Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur logistischen Bedienung von Textilmaschinen, insbesondere zur Gewährleistung von Materialnachschub, Unterhalt und Entnahme von Fertigware bei Webmaschinen.The invention relates to a device for logistical operation of textile machines, in particular to ensure material replenishment, maintenance and removal of finished goods in weaving machines.

Eine solche Vorrichtung ist z.B. in der US-PS 2 994 939 offenbart. Dabei handelt es sich um ein auf Rollen fahrbares Gestell zur Aufnahme mehrerer Kettbäume, wobei das Gestell zur Zusammenwirkung mit Teilen der Webmaschine vorgesehen ist. Diese Vorrichtung weist jedoch den Nachteil auf, dass jeweils nur ein enger Teilbereich der Webmaschine zugänglich ist. So lassen sich jeweils lediglich entweder Vorder- oder Rückseite bedienen und zwecks Wechsel von der Vorder- zur Rückseite muss das Gestell in zeitraubender Weise durch die Gänge zwischen den Maschinen zur anderen Seite der Webmaschine gerollt werden. Weiter ist die Zugänglichkeit in der Mitte der Webmaschine nicht genügend gewährleistet und es lassen sich nur eine beschränkte Zahl von Bedienungsvorgängen durchführen, da das Gestell eine sehr beschränkte Aufnahmekapazität hat. Sollen verschiedene Bedienungsvorgänge durchgeführt werden, sind zeitraubende Umrüstarbeiten am Gestell erforderlich. Zwar ist auch in der DE-A-2 832 742 eine Vorrichtung zur logistischen Bedienung von Textilmaschinen beschrieben, die ein über den Textilmaschinen bewegliches, wenigstens zwei parallele Träger aufweisendes Traggestell aufweist, wobei die Träger in Längsrichtung verstellbar sind, und wenigstens ein Träger eine Führungsanordnung für mindestens ein in dessen Längsrichtung bewegliches Element zur Aufnahme von den Textilmaschinen zusteuerbaren Arbeitsgliedern aufweist. Es ist für den Fachmann jedoch keineswegs eine Selbstverständlichkeit, diese Träger so zu gestalten, dass sie in der Querrichtung verstellbar sind, denn das Problem der Einstellung der Anlage auf verschiedene Webmaschinenbreiten stellt sich bei der Reinigung gar nicht. Es genügt, dass die mit der Brücke verfahrbaren Saugvorrichtungen zum entsprechenden Reinigungspunkt gefahren werden.
