Description

The present invention relates to a device for holding a target device on a handgun according to the preamble of independent claim 1.

Line devices, such as riflescopes, infrared, night vision laser aiming devices, with a detachable holder on handguns are known. The image plane should always be at the same distance from the eye. Due to this distance to be maintained, the mounting and location of the bracket is predetermined. Accordingly, the eyepiece must be in the area of the rear sight or the corresponding diopter. In order to set the optical axis of the aiming device with respect to the axis of the barrel of the weapon, it is known that the aiming device is mounted on a carrier which also carries the corresponding devices for setting and alignment. Since this setting should only be made once for a certain period of time for a specific weapon and, if need be, for a specific shooter, the fastening elements have to meet very strict conditions. In addition, the necessary structures on the weapon should be reduced to a minimum in order to be able to handle any weapon with or without a target device in the same way.

The mentioned conditions for the fastening elements include, among other things, assembly of the target device without preparation work, without tools, use of the same target device on different weapons of the same type, secure mounting even when used in the field, i.e. Insolubility due to blows, mountability in the field, therefore, if possible, no devices on the weapon itself that are obstructed by dirt during operation and accuracy, and finally low costs for the devices on the weapon itself so that it can be serially equipped with it.

According to CH-A-399 959, a mount for a telescopic sight has become known. The holding block carrying the rear sight is rigidly connected to the breech housing and has a trapezoidal support surface running in the axial direction of the weapon for a seat surface of a carrier connected to the telescopic sight. The holding block has an extension towards the muzzle of the weapon. A bolt lying transversely to the axis is arranged both at this mouth-side end and in the diopter. On the mouth side, the carrier has a nose which engages under the corresponding bolt and at the rear end a bolt which interacts with the second bolt. This bolt is slidably guided in the axial direction in the longitudinal direction and is pressed outwards with a helical spring to reach under the second bolt. There is a pin on the bolt which projects into an upper recess in the carrier and thus limits the axial displacement of the bolt. A lever arranged transversely to the axis of the weapon serves to move the bolt from the outside in order to move the bolt tip out of the holding position under the bolt.

An elongated trapezoidal bed, which is formed in an elongated holding block, thus serves to guide the carrier laterally. This forms an essential structure on the weapon, which is expensive due to the dimensional processing of the surfaces and can easily be damaged in the field. The lever is only secured by frictional forces and could only come loose in the event of strong impacts, in order to pull the bolt out of the system under the bolt.

A further possibility for fastening a telescopic sight on a rifle is shown in US-A-2,510,289. Extensive holding devices must be provided on the rifle. The telescope, which is also provided with complex devices, is fastened by means of a resilient plug-in device with a tube which, on the one hand, is inserted into a guide bush and, on the other hand, can be inserted into an opposite guide bush with an axially resilient bolt. Such a mount in the field is not guaranteed and the changes for the weapon are so extensive that the weapon is very expensive.

It is therefore an object of the invention to improve such a mount in such a way that no expensive structures are required on the weapon itself, on which the alignment accuracy of the target device depends.

According to the invention this is achieved by the features in the characterizing part of independent claim 1.

  • Fig. 4 eine Draufsicht auf eine Arretierscheibe.
  • Fig. 5 eine schnittansicht eines variante eines Zentrierung.
An embodiment of the invention is explained below with reference to the drawing. Show it:
  • 1 is a side view of a rifle scope placed on the breech housing with carriers and fasteners shown partly in section,
  • 2 is a sectional view of the front fastener and the carrier according to the section line 11-11 in Fig. 1,
  • Fig. 3 is a sectional view in a sectional plane perpendicular to the axis of the weapon according to the section line 111-111 in Fig. 2, and
  • Fig. 4 is a plan view of a locking washer.
  • Fig. 5 is a sectional view of a variant of a centering.

Only the upper boundary line of the breech housing 1 of a handgun is shown, because on the one hand such a weapon is known from general weapon technology, and on the other hand the breech housing and the weapon itself have no features belonging to this invention. A mounting block 2 for a rotatable diopter 3, also in a known design, as is known from the aforementioned CH-A 399 959, is fastened to the closure housing in a conventional design. At a distance from the muzzle of the weapon, a wedge-shaped guide attachment 4 is placed on the breech housing 1 Stigt (see Fig. 2). From this wedge-shaped guide attachment 4, the two flanks 5 and 6 converge towards the holding block 2 and are provided with lateral grooves 7, 8 (FIG. 3) which have a dovetail-shaped groove arrangement with an upper horizontal surface and a lower inclined surface.

There is an axially aligned conical recess 9 in the holding block 2. Thus, only the guide attachment 4 is additionally attached to the weapon itself and the holding block 2 has the recess 9. Necessary changes to the weapon are therefore not extensive and can be attached to any weapon in series without making it significantly more expensive.

The target device 10 is supported on an elongated support 20 and screwed onto the support 20 by means of screws 14, 15.

The carrier 20 has at the front an outwardly widening fork 21 (FIG. 2), the inside flanks 22, 23 of which are provided with ribs 24, 25 engaging in the mentioned grooves 7, 8. The carrier 20 is provided with a through hole 30 along its entire length. A locking pin 31 is inserted into this bore, which is encompassed by a helical spring 32 and is screwed into a centering pin 34 at its rear end 33. The centering pin 34 has a centering tip 35 protruding from the bore 30. The length of the locking pin 31 and centering pin 34 can be changed by means of a transverse front bore 36 and a similar rear bore 37 by the screw connection by the locking pin 31 using a mandrel (not shown) is held and the centering pin 34 is rotated by means of a pin in the rear bore 37 until the correct tolerance-dependent setting is found.

A locking disk 40 with a recess 41 (FIG. 4) with a subsequent beveled surface area 42 is rotatably mounted in the area behind the fork 21 by means of a screw 43. A lever 44 for actuating it is arranged radially on this locking disk 40.

To place such a target device 10 with the associated carrier 20, the lever 44 is turned in an inclined position so that the recess 41 is aligned with the bore 30. The locking pin 31 can be moved by pressing the centering tip 35 against the force of the spring 32. That is, when the centering tip 35 is inserted into the recess 9 in the holding block 2, the carrier 20 can be advanced in the direction against the holding block 2 and against the force of the spring 32 until the fork 21 with the guide ribs 24, 25 into the guide grooves 7, 8 engage in the guide block 4. Thereafter, the carrier 20 is pushed forward by the force of the spring 32 until the clamping bracket caused by the widening of the flanks 5, 6 comes into effect. If the lever 44 is now rotated, the centering pin 34, which is fixedly connected to the blocking pin 31, is pressed into the centering bore 9 by the locking pin 31 running onto the inclined surface 42. The carrier 20 is thus anchored free of play and mechanically firmly between the recess 9 and the guide block 4. The engagement of a locking bolt 50 loaded with spring force in corresponding recesses 51 secure the locking disk 40 against unintentional loosening.

The above-mentioned tasks of a fastening device are therefore completely fulfilled by this device in that the additional devices on the weapon are kept to a minimum, which are also very cheap and, together with the carrier 20, allow the target device to be aligned precisely and repeatably. Even with repeated disassembly and reassembly on the same weapon, readjustment of the aiming device, in contrast to other known fastening devices, is not necessary.

A variant is shown in FIG. 5. Here, the centering pin 34 has a recess 35 'and instead of the recess 9 in the holding block 2 there is a centering cone 9'. The cone tips 9 'or 35 can be designed with a conical or spherical tip.
