Abstract
Настоящее изобретение касается способа удаления сероводорода и диоксида углерода из потока текучей среды, включающего: а) этап абсорбции, на котором поток текучей среды вступает в контакт с абсорбентом, содержащим водный раствор (i) амина общей формулы (I), где R, Rи Rнезависимо друг от друга выбраны из С-С-алкила и С-С-гидроксиалкила; Rсоответственно независимо выбран из водорода, С-С-алкила и С-С-гидроксиалкила; Rсоответственно независимо выбран из водорода, С-С-алкила и С-С-гидроксиалкила; X означает ОН или NH(CRRR); m означает 2, 3, 4 или 5; n означает 2, 3, 4 или 5; и о означает 0 или 1; и, при необходимости, (ii) по меньшей мере одного третичного амина, при этом молярное отношение (i) к (ii) составляет более 0,05; причем из потока текучей среды извлекают по меньшей мере 90% сероводорода, и селективность для сероводорода по отношению к диоксиду углерода составляет не более 8, и, таким образом, получают СО- и HS-насыщенный абсорбент; b) этап регенерации, на котором регенерируют по меньшей мере один ответвленный поток СО- и HS-насыщенного абсорбента, и, таким образом, получают регенерированный абсорбент; и с) этап рециркуляции, на котором по меньшей мере один ответвленный поток регенерированного абсорбента возвращают на этап а) абсорбции. Способ позволяет получить высокую степень отделения сероводорода при одновременно высокой соабсорбции диоксида углерода.
