Abstract

Т-клеточный рецептор (ТКР), обладающий способностью связывать комплекс EVDPIGHLY с HLA-A1 и включающий определенный ТКР дикого типа, который имеет определенные мутации в вариабельном домене альфа- и/или бета-цепи для увеличения аффинности. Такие ТКР можно использовать для адоптивной терапии.
