Den foreliggende opfindelse angår en beholder til oplagring og transport af et drikkevarekoncentrat samt til afgivelse af koncentratet fra beholderen i en drikkevareautomat, idet et lager og et udløb for drikke-5 varekoncentratet er fast forbundet med hinanden som en transportenhed.
Ved drikkevareautomater eksempelvis til kaffe, te, chokolade og softdrinks doseres en lille mængde koncentrat, som fortyndes til normal brugsstyrke. Koncen-10 traterne fortyndes alt efter den pågældende drikkevare med en 3-50 gange større mængde vand. Normalt drejer det sig om at dosere en koncentratmængde, som kan variere fra nogle få ml til nogle centiliter. Ved de i handelen værende apparater udgør den med koncentrat fyldte og med 15 en udløbsslange forsynede koncentratbeholder en udskiftelig del af automaten. Fra denne beholder tilføres der doseret via en fast i automaten installeret doseringsindretning en mængde koncentrat, som det eksempelvis er kendt fra US-patentskrift 3.843.020.
20 Disse kendte automater frembyder forskellige u- lemper. En ulempe består i, at koncentratet kommer i berøring med forskellige dele af automaten. Da der herved bliver ekstraktrester tilbage, kan en mere eller mindre stærk forurening af disse dele ikke undgås. Det er der-25 for nødvendigt periodisk at rense og eventuelt desinficere disse dele. Denne procedure er i almindelighed meget tidsrøvende og kan kun gennemføres af uddannet personale.
Ved en i GB-patentskrift nr. 1.344.825 omhand-30 let drikkevareautomat kan den førnævnte ulempe undgås ved, at beholderens udløbsslange tillige danner den produktførende del af doseringsindretningen. Ganske vist kræves der ved ibrugtagningen af denne drikkevareautomat en betydelig monteringsindsats for at indfø-35 re de produktførende elementer såsom den ikke formstabile udløbsledning (fleksibel slange) i aktiveringsind-

Formålet for opfindelsen er at tilvejebringe en beholder med hvilken betjeningsindsatsen til dosering af koncentrat forenkles, dvs. indføringen af beholderudlø-bet i aktiveringsindretningen lettes.
Dette opnås ifølge opfindelsen ved, at udløbet er udformet som et i det væsentlige cylindrisk doseringselement med en slange, der har elastisk tilbagefjedrende vægge samt kontraventiler ved ind- og udstrømningsenden, og som er indrettet til at kunne optages af en sammentrykning s indretning med en lige, til begge sider åben gennemgang.
Hermed opnås ikke blot, at koncentrater, der af producenten er emballeret aseptisk eller sterilt, til og med doseringen holdes i denne tilstand, uden at der her-15 til kræves tidsrøvende servicearbejder. Drikkevareautomatens doseringsberedskab kan tilvejebringes på simpel måde. Udløbets elastiske, under indflydelse af tyngdekraften formstabile slange kan nemlig uden ekstra mon-2Q tageindsats uden videre indskydes i den lige, til begge sider åbne gennemgang i sammentrykningsindretningen. Derved fremkommer ved siden af den simple opbygning af aktiverings- eller doseringsindretningen samtidigt en enkel betjening af drikkevareautomaten.
Til forenkelt drift af drikkevareautomaten bi-25 . · · drager endvidere, at sammentrykningsindretningen optager slangen med de elastisk tilbagefjedrende vægge ved hjælp af en med fluidum deformerbar slange.
Opfindelsen skal i det følgende beskrives ud fra udførelsesformer, idet der henvises til tegningen, på hvilken fig. 1 viser en beholder med lager for et koncentrat og et som doseringsdel udformet udløb, som er indsat driftklart i en sammentrykningsindretning, __ fig. 2 den i fig. 1 viste genstand, idet sammen- trykningsindretningens trykmedium også anvendes til fortynding af koncentratet, og 3

fig. 3 en ved den nedre ende af sammentryk-ningsindretningen anbragt indstillingsindretning for doseringsmængden.
Ved den i fig. 1 viste udførelsesform anvendes en udskiftelig beholder til koncentratet bestående af et 5 lager 9, som let kan sammentrykkes under indflydelse af atmosfæretrykket, og som er fast forbundet med et doseringselement 11-18, som har en slange 14 af stærkt elastisk materiale, idet slangen 14 ved den ene mod lageret vendende ende er adskilt fra dette ved én ind i slangen 14 åbnende kontraventil 13 og ved den anden, frie ende har en udad åbnende kontraventil 15, 16. Lageret 9 og doseringselementet 11-18 danner en enhed. Slangen 14 omsluttes løst af én sammenfoldelig slange 19, omkring hvilken der befinder sig et trykmedium.

Lageret til koncentratet kan også være udformet stift. Ved ikke-selvkonserverende koncentrater kræves der så tilførsel af renset, filtreret luft.
Den udskiftelige beholders let deformerbare la-2Q ger 9 har foroven en ophængningsåbning 10 og ved udgangsenden en stiv hals 11. Lageret 9 kan f.eks. være fremstillet af polyethylen og den stive hals 11 f.eks. af massiv polyester. Om en forsnævret del 12 af halsen 11 er påsat en flad elastisk slange, der i form af en 25 læbeventil fungerer som kontraventil 13. Den elastiske slange i kontraventilen kan f.eks. være af latex af fødevarekvalitet med en vægtykkelse på ca. 1 mm. Halsen 11 omsluttes af slangen 14 af stærkt elastisk materiale. Ved den nedre ende af slangen 14 danner en plasthætte 15 (f.eks. af polyester) med et derover trukket, tyndt elastisk slangeafsnit 16 den udadtil åbnende kontraventil 15, 16. Ventilvirkningen af hætten 15 og slangen 16 opnås ved hjælp af en central boring 17 og dermed kommu- nikerende radiale boringer 18, idet boringerne 18 lukkes ved hjælp af det om den nedre del af hætten 15 klemmende 35

4 anbragte tynde elastiske slangeafsnit 16. Slangen 16 kan f.eks. være af latex af fødevarekvalitet og have en vægtykkelse på 0,1 mm.
Slangen 14 kan indskydes i en sammenfoldelig slange 19, der f.eks. kan være en siliconeslange med 6 en vægtykkelse på f.eks. ca. 3 mm. Til indspænding af slangen 19 i et cylindrisk metalhus 20 er der i huset 20 anbragt tynde metalbøsninger 21 og 22, som fastholdes beliggenhedssikkert af ringkraver 23 og 24, som er be- fæstet til huset 20. Metalhuset 20 med den indbyggede, sammenfoldelige slange 19 er en fast del af drikkevareautomaten. Det danner en indretning til ved hjælp af et alsidigt derpå virkende trykmedium at sammentrykke slangen 14. Trykmediet kan være flydende eller gasformigt, særlig fordelagtig er anvendelsen af drikkevand (jf. fig. 2).
Mellem ydervæggen af huset 20 og den sammenfoldelige slange 19 findes et rum 25 til trykmediet, og det er via en ledning 26 forbundet med en magnetisk aktiverbar tregangshane 27, jfr. fig. 2.
I hvilestillingen er ledningen 26 trykaflastet via en ledning 28. Derimod forbindes ledningen 26 under drift af drikkevareautomaten ved hjælp af tregangshanen 27 kortvarigt med en til et vandledningsnet tilsluttet 25 ledning 29; Tregangshanen 27 kan f'.eks. aktiveres ved hjælp af et normalt i drikkevareautomater foreliggende tidsrelæ. Under det kortvarige tidsrum for sammentrykningen antager slangerne 19 og 14 en flad facon, så at næsten alt koncentrat, der befinder sig inden i slangen 14, udpresses via den nedre ventil 15,16.
Koncentratet kommer gennem en tragt 30 ned i en ikke vist optagebeholder, f.eks. i et drikkebæger. Efter dosering af koncentratet forbindes ledningen 26 igen ved hjælp af tregangshanen 27 med ledningen 28. De elastiske slanger 14 og 19 antager igen deres oprindelige runde fa-35 con, hvorved en til den doserede mængde koncentrat svaren-

5 ° de mængde vånd sprøjtes ud fra en snæver åbning 31 i ledningen 28 i tragten 30. SprØjtevandet renser den nedre ventil for eventuelt vedhængende koncentrat. Tilførslen af fortyndingsvand sker som sædvanligt ved hjælp af en ind i tragten 30 ragende tilførselsledning 32.

Med doseringsindretningen kan der opnås en høj grad af nøjagtighed og reproducerbarhed. Ved elastiske slanger 14 og 19 af f.eks, "Phyton silicon" og "Tygon" med indvendige diametre mellem 8 og 25 mm og vægtykkelser mellem 2 og 4 mm kan der allerede ved et ringe over- 10 tryk af vandet opnås en praktisk talt fuldstændig uddrivning af koncentratet. Dette betyder, at en trykforøgelse næsten ingen indflydelse har på doseringsmængden. Da overtrykket i vandledningsnet normalt svinger mellem lf5 og 6 atm opnås således praktisk talt over alt den samme 15 dosering.
Med den i fig. 3 viste, ved den nedre ende af huset 20 anbragte indretning kan doseringsmængden indstilles alt efter behov. Hertil erstattes bøsningen 22 (fig. 1) med en holdebøsning 33 med fint indvendigt gevind, og en nippel 34 med en på ydersiden rulleteret rand-35 indskrues. Ved ind- eller udskruning af niplen 34 kan den sammentrykkelige del af slangen 19 og dermed af slangen 14 varieres.

Claims (2)
1. Beholder til oplagring og transport af et drikkevarekoncentrat samt til afgivelse af koncentratet fra beholderen i en drikkevareautomat, idet et lager og et udløb for drikkevarekoncentratet er fast for- 5 bundet med hinanden som en transportenhed, kendetegnet ved, at udløbet er udformet som et i det væsentlige cylindrisk doseringselement (11 til 18) med en slange (14), der har elastisk tilbagefjedrende vægge samt kontraventiler (13,15,16) ved ind- og udstrømningsenden, og som er indrettet til at kunne optages af en sammentrykningsindretning med en lige, til begge sider åben gennemgang.
