Türrahmen (Rohling) aus stabverleimten Vollholz
Türrahmen üblicher Bauart aus Massivholz mit Zapfen und Dübel konstruiert, unregelmäßige Leimverteilung erwirkt ungleiches schwinden des Rahmenholzes und erwirkt somit Verdrehungen.
Der im Schutzanspruch angegebenen Erfindung liegt das Problem zugrunde, eine Verwindung durch gleichmäßiges schwinden zu verhindern.
Dieses Problem wird mit der im Schutzanspruch aufführten Verbindung gelöst.
Mit der Erfindung wird ein gleichmäßiger Leimauftrag und eine größere Leimfläche erreicht.
Die durchlaufende seitliche Nut- und Federzahnfräsung ermöglicht eine variabele Fries- u. Sprossengestaltung.

    Schutzansprüche
    Türrahmen (Rohling) aus B4 stabverleimtes Vollholz beidseitiger Decklage
    mit variabeler Innenfries- Gestaltung
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß der Grundrahmen aus 2 aufrechten Friesen (1) und 2 Quer-Friesen (2) besteht.
    Die Maße betragen in der Stärke 42 mm in den Breiten 14,5 cm.
    Die Verbindung der aufrechten Friese u. Quer-Friese erfolgt durch Nut- und Federzahnfräsung und Verleimung mit B4.
    Durchlaufende Nut-Zahnfräsung - Außenfries (1) einseitig - Innenfries (2) beidseitig und Feder-Zahnfräsung an Stirnseite Quer- und Längsfriese ( Innenfriese ) ermöglicht variabele Innenfries (3-4-5-6) Gesaltung.
