Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Gasdüse, wie sie in Schutzgas-Handschweißbrennern zum Einsatz kommt. Die Gasdüse ist über einen Gasdüsenträger mit dem Brennerhals des Schutzgas-Handschweißbrenners verbunden. Die Gasdüse ist bei bekannten Brennern über Steck- oder Schraubverbindungen am Gasdüsenträger angeordnet und dieser wiederum sitzt i.d.R. im Brennerhals.The invention relates to a gas nozzle as used in inert gas hand welding torches. Der Gasdüsenträger 2 kann so über eine kombinierte Schraub-Steckverbindung sicher und fest mit der Gasdüse 1 verbunden werden und gewährleistet dabei eine maximale Wärmeübertragungsfläche, wie 10 zeigt. Zur Unterstützung der sicheren kombinierten Schraub-Steckverbindung zwischen Gasdüsenträger und Gasdüse sind erfindungsgemäß an der Gasdüsenoberfläche im Bereich des Innengewindes 5 Dehnungsfugen 7 angeordnet, die von Feder 8 mit Vorspannung umschlossen werden und so das Dehnungsverhalten der Gasdüse 1 während des Brennerbetriebes kompensieren.The contact surface 3 can be cylindrical, as shown, or conical.
