Eine ausführliche Beschreibung des Flammspritzens, seiner Anwendung, der verwendeten Spritzwerkstoffe und -geräte ist in Appen, A. A.; Petzold, A.: Hitzebeständige Korrosions-, Wärme- und Verschleißschutzschichten; VEB Verlag für Grund stoffindustrie Leipzig, Leipzig 1984 und in Kretzschmar, E.: Metall-, Keramik- und Plastspritzen; VEB Verlag Technik Ber lin, Berlin 1970, enthalten.A detailed description of flame spraying, its Application that is spraying materials and equipment used in Appen, A. A .; Petzold, A .: Heat-resistant corrosion, Heat and wear protection layers; VEB publishing house for reason Stoffindustrie Leipzig, Leipzig 1984 and in Kretzschmar, E .: Metal, ceramic and plastic syringes; VEB Verlag Technik Ber lin, Berlin 1970, included.
The use of flame spraying is neither a ceramic base still proven for the spray materials glass or glazes sen. The usual application of flame spraying is in the generation of wear, heat and / or corrosion protective layers on a metallic surface.
For the technical task of applying glazes Building ceramics are different processes in use and be knows. The majority of glazed building ceramics Products are made after the Schrueh or Bisquitbrand (depending on Displacement of the mass firing temperature at 1050 to 1200 ° C) aqueous glaze slip applied. In the following Smooth firing (firing temperature 1100 to 1250 ° C depending on the type of glaze) the glaze slip melts to the egg generic glaze.
The previously required smooth belt costs a lot of thermal energy. There have been numerous efforts to get this fire going bypass and glaze the raw tiles straight away. It was developed the so-called penetration process. Disadvantage of this Process is the risk of warping, especially with flow over 100 mm x 100 mm dimension.
Die Spritzschichten werden getränkt, um die Poren zu verschließen (mit Metallen, Gläsern und Emails, anorgani schen Stoffen und zersetzbaren Salzlösungen).A detailed description of flame spraying, its Application, the spraying materials and equipment used is in "Heat-resistant protection against corrosion, heat and wear layers "(Appen, A.A .; Petzold, A .; VEB Verlag für Grund stoffindustrie Leipzig, Leipzig 1984) and in "Metall-, Kera mic and plastic syringes "(Kretzschmar, E .; VEB Verlag Technik Berlin, Berlin 1970) included. The use of flame spraying for glasses is not mentioned. The usual application so far One of the uses of flame spraying is to produce ver wear, heat and / or corrosion protection layers on me tall underground. A major difference of the "glass flame spraying "to the previous flame spraying is the hot one Substrate necessary when applying layers of glass is, sprayed ceramic layers always have one Porosity percentage (often <10%). By various Measures are attempted to address the disadvantages of porosity Reduce. The spray layers are soaked around the pores to seal (with metals, glasses and enamels, inorganic substances and decomposable salt solutions).
The aim of the invention is to apply the Flame spraying process to glaze building ceramic products. This makes it possible to save on glaze or smooth firing ren. The invention is when using templates or Partial coating suitable, decors or design effects to achieve. The spray layers to be used white or colored, transparent, semi-opaque or opaque be. The cullet to be coated can be densely burned or still be absorbent.
The invention has for its object by using the known flame spraying process, glazes or glass layers to apply to building ceramics. So that the glaze or Smooth burn saved and there are completely new color and Design effects possible.
Folgende Voraussetzungen sind notwendig:According to the invention, this object is achieved in such a way that that glaze or glaze layers with the help of Flame spraying process can be sprayed onto building ceramics. The Spray application can be carried out using the KMP 64, KMP flame spray gun 64/1 or devices with corresponding performance. The following requirements are necessary:
The building ceramic substrate must have a temperature <= Softening temperature of the glass to be sprayed or Have glaze,
- 2. die Ausdehnungskoeffizienten des Untergrundes und der aufzuspritzenden Glasur oder des Glases müssen annähernd gleich groß sein, um thermische Spannungen und Abplatzungen zu vermeiden.2. the expansion coefficients of the subsurface and the glaze or glass to be sprayed on must be approximate be equal to thermal stresses and flaking to avoid.
According to the invention the object is achieved in that glazes or glassy layers are applied to building ceramics with the aid of the flame spraying process. After the Schrueh or Bisquit fire, the products to be sprayed should still have a temperature <= the softening temperature of the glaze or the glass to be sprayed on, the spray application can be carried out. Spraying can be carried out using the KMP 64, KMP 64/1 flame spray gun or devices with the appropriate power. The wettable powders, glazes or glass powders should meet the requirements of the respective spray gun and meet certain parameters with regard to grain size, grain width, particle shape, meltability, etc. The glaze or glass powder should preferably have a grain size of 70 to 150 · 10 -3 mm. The substrate must have a temperature <= the softening temperature of the glass or the glaze (approx. 500 to 600 ° C) and be free of impurities. For energy-economic reasons, the spray application will be classified in the technological process in such a way that the products to be glazed still have this temperature due to the previous fire. The spray application can be done manually or mechanically or automatically with several spray guns arranged side by side or one after the other. Several spraying processes can be carried out in succession or side by side with different colors and layer thicknesses. It is possible to achieve partial coatings and decorative effects by using stencils.
The parts are in the artistic design of Baukeramit through appropriate measures to the necessary temperature hold, the spray application is carried out manually. It is possible to use partial coatings and decorative effects to achieve by using templates. Mixing Colors allows an almost unlimited range of colors, at Mixing in non-melting components can be additional decorative effects can be achieved.
The sprayed on glazes or glass layers can be white or colored, in transparent, semi-opaque or opaque Execution apply.
