"Isolierverbundplatte für den Bau von Kaminbausätzen""Insulating composite panel for the construction of chimney kits"
The present invention relates to an insulating composite panel for the construction of fireplace kits.
According to the current state of the art, fireclay panels or heat-storing panels containing foam are generally used to build fireplace kits. These are very heavy, which makes transport and assembly very complex. Furthermore, fireclay is cast and is difficult to work with mechanically, which means that fireclay cannot be used to make fireplace kits of any shape. Furthermore, fireclay heats up during use of the fireplace kit, which can cause cracks to form at the seams of the plaster applied over the fireclay. There are light, heat-resistant panels made of mineral materials that can also be worked with mechanically. However, these panels are neither break-proof nor bend-proof. Furthermore, these panels are inherently unstable, which means that depressions can be pressed into the panels without great effort.
The problem underlying the present invention is the creation of an insulating composite panel for the construction of fireplace kits that is light, heat-resistant, workable and yet mechanically stable, in particular break- and bend-resistant.
This is achieved according to the invention in that the insulating composite panel comprises a panel made of a mechanically workable material with a density of less than 1 g/cm 3 0 and furthermore at least one reinforcing layer arranged on at least one side to which a layer of plaster can be applied. Due to the reinforcing layer, the panel becomes so mechanically resistant that no more depressions can be pressed in.
Furthermore, the plate is resistant to breakage and bending because transverse forces are absorbed within the reinforcement layer.
Preferably, the plate has a density of less than 0.5 g/cm 3. Due to the low weight of the plate, the transport costs are greatly reduced.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the plate is heat-resistant up to 700 ° C, preferably up to 900 ° C and is therefore ideally suited for the construction of fireplace kits.
Preferably, the panel consists of either a non-fibrous mineral filler with an inorganic binder, such as ISOLIT 750, or a mixture of calcium silicates and aluminum silicates, such as PORRATH 900. Both of these materials have low thermal conductivity, so that the material remains cool on the outside when the stove is in operation, which means that the applied plaster no longer has any cracks in the area of the interconnected panels.
Gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung des Erfindungsgedankens besteht die mindestens eine Verstärkungsschicht aus einerAccording to a preferred embodiment of the inventive concept, the at least one reinforcing layer consists of a
25Glass fiber mat, which is preferably applied to the panel using an adhesive layer. A glass fiber mat is ideal for absorbing transverse forces, so that the bending strength of the insulating composite panel is very high. 25
According to an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the at least one reinforcing layer can also consist of a net-like aluminum mat or of a glass fiber reinforced plastic layer, which is applied in a random arrangement, for example by a two-component injection molding process.
Advantageously, a reinforcement layer can be arranged on each of the two sides of the plate. This increases the resistance of the plate to deflection in both directions.
-3--3-
In a fireplace kit made with the insulating composite panels according to the invention, the panels can be glued together, whereby the reinforcing layer is applied in a closed form in the case of panels glued together over the corner area, so that the corner area can be made very stable. Fireplace kits made with the insulating composite panel according to the invention are very inexpensive and can be made into almost any desired shape due to the simple processing.
Darin zeigen 5Further advantages and features of the present invention will become clear from the following description of preferred embodiments with reference to the accompanying figures. They show: 5
Fig. 1 einen Schnitt durch eine erfindungsgemäße Isolierverbundplatte;Fig. 1 is a section through an insulating composite panel according to the invention;
Fig. 2 shows a section through two interconnected insulating composite panels according to the invention.
The insulating composite panel according to the invention shown in Fig. 1 comprises a panel 1 and two glass fiber mats 3 glued to it by means of two adhesive layers 2. Plaster 4 can be applied to the outer glass fiber mat 3.
0 Hier empfiehlt sich beispielsweise ein mineralisches Material wie "PORRATH 900" das folgende Zusammensetzung aufweist:Plate 1 is made of a light, heat-resistant and easily workable material that is mechanically resistant. 0 A mineral material such as "PORRATH 900" is recommended here, which has the following composition:
Al2O3 60 % Al2O3 60 %
SiO2 15 % SiO2 15 %
Fe2O3 4 %Fe 2 O 3 4 %
CaO 11,5 %CaO11.5%
anderes 9,5 %other 9.5%
Both panels are fireproof up to about 900 ° C and can be sawn, filed, drilled and, in particular, glued together.
*™ !3 ~**™ !3 ~*
Two mats 3 made of glass fibers are glued to these plates 1 using the adhesive layer 2. These glass fiber mats 3 hold the heat-resistant but slightly brittle plates 1 together in such a way that any shape, for example fireplace kits, can be made from them.
The glass fibre mat can, for example, be a textile glass fabric made of individual glass fibres, which can also be coated with plastic.
Woven aluminum mats can also be used instead of glass fiber mats. It is also possible to spray a layer of glass fiber reinforced plastics using a two-component spray gun, for example in a random arrangement, which also significantly increases the breaking strength of the panels coated with it.
The two panels 1 are glued together using an adhesive layer 5. An adhesive layer 2 is then applied to their common outside, which serves to attach a glass fiber mat 3. This glass fiber mat 3 is laid over the corner area of the panels 1, thereby stabilizing the corner connection of the two panels 1. A layer of plaster 4 can be applied over the glass fiber mat 3 laid around the corner area. In this way, a fireplace kit of any shape 0 can be made from the insulating composite panels according to the invention, whereby the corner areas joined together at any angle are also made stable and can be plastered all around. To reinforce the panels, additional glass fiber mats 3 can also be applied to the inside of the panels 1 (shown in Fig. 2).
