Claims (2)

Patentansprüche:
1. Peltierbatterie mit Wärmeaustauscher, bei der zwischen den die Thermoelementschenkel verbindenden Kupferbrücken und dem Wärmeaustauscher eine elektrisch isolierende und thermisch leitende Schicht angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die sich mit den Flächen (2) des Wärmeaustauschers (1) berührenden Flächen der Kupferbrücken (6) und/oder die sich mit den Kupferbrücken (6) berührenden Flächen (2) des Wärmeaustauschers (1) mit mindestens einer Halbleiterschicht versehen sind, so daß eine (3) oder mehrere Sperrschichten (4 bis 5) vorhanden sind, die gegebenenfalls eine Vorspannung erhalten.
2. Paltierbatterie mit Wärmeaustauscher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere verschiedene Halbleiterschichten übereinander angeordnet sind.
