Abstract

Η εφεύρεση αυτή αφορά σε νέα ανάλογα του DNA-αλκυλιωτικού παράγοντα CC-1065 και προϊόντα σύζευξης αυτών. Περαιτέρω, η εφεύρεση αυτή αφορά ενδιάμεσα για την παρασκευή των εν λόγω παραγόντων και προϊόντων σύζευξης. Τα προϊόντα σύζευξης είναι σχεδιασμένα για να απελευθερώνουν το (πολλαπλό) ωφέλιμο φορτίο αυτών μετά από ένα ή περισσότερα στάδια ενεργοποίησης ή/και σε ένα ρυθμό και χρονικό διάστημα που ελέγχεται με το προϊόν σύζευξης, για να απελευθερώνεται εκλεκτικώς ή/και να απελευθερώνεται με ελεγχόμενο τρόπο ένας ή περισσότεροι από τους εν λόγω παράγοντες αλκυλίωσης DNA. Οι παράγοντες, προϊόντα σύζευξης και ενδιάμεσα μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθούν για να θεραπεύεται ασθένεια η οποία χαρακτηρίζεται από ανεπιθύμητο πολλαπλασιασμό (κυττάρου).
