In the outermost container provided with the automatic temperature control heating device, although the container cover adopts a heat insulation structure, condensed water formed by water vapor is still inevitably accumulated below the container cover, so that the condensed water drops onto the wall opening edge of the container when the container cover is opened, even outside the container; in contrast, a device for catching the condensed water pocket when the cover is opened and returning the condensed water into the container when the cover is closed can be arranged below the container cover; the device is a transverse water receiving tank (the cover is horizontal when opened) which is 1 or more J-shaped (or C-shaped with an upward opening when the cover is opened and erected) with two ends plugged, when the cover is opened, the water receiving tank receives a condensate pocket, and when the cover is closed, the condensate in the water receiving tank returns to the container; if 1 water receiving tank is arranged on the cylindrical container, a semicircular water receiving tank can be arranged on one side of the container cover where the hinge is arranged, namely below the container cover when the container cover is opened and erected;
the device can be a device which guides the condensed water into the container when the cover is opened, the device can be a device which opens a gap in the middle of the water receiving tank and is connected with a water flowing groove at the gap, when the cover is lifted, the condensed water collected by the water receiving tank is guided into the container through the gap and the water flowing groove; in order to make the condensed water flow smoothly, the water receiving tank can be designed into an inverted herringbone shape; under the condition that the barrel-shaped container is provided with 1J-shaped (also can be said to be C-shaped with an upward opening when the container cover is opened and erected) water receiving tank, an elastic water flowing tank can be arranged; when the container cover is closed, the elastic water flowing groove is restricted by the container wall and forms an angle of approximately 90 degrees with the plane of the container opening, when the container cover is lifted, in order to prevent the container cover from falling down, the general container cover and the plane of the container form an angle of 100-110 degrees, the elastic water flowing groove is overturned for 100-110 degrees along with the container cover and then flicked for more than 15 degrees, and an angle of more than 5 degrees is formed below the plane of the container, so that condensed water flowing into the water receiving groove when the container cover is opened flows into the container in time; in the case-shaped or box-shaped container, the device for guiding the condensed water into the container can also be that a lining cover formed by a plastic or metal film (soft board) is arranged under the cover of the case-shaped or box-shaped container to be used as a condensed water guide plate, the length of the lining cover is equivalent to the length in the container, the width of one side of the mounting hinge is a little more than the width in the container, the mounting hinge is bent into the container, and when the container cover is opened and lifted, the condensed water under the lining cover (namely the condensed water guide plate) is guided into the container; the device for guiding the condensed water into the container when the cover is opened avoids the heat loss caused by the fact that the condensed water returns to the container after being cooled by the water when the cover is opened;
the problem of the dropping of the condensed water is solved, and a device which enables the condensed water to drop under the container cover in time is preferably arranged; the device can be that a lining cover is arranged under the container cover, cones with triangular, rhombic, square, rectangular and round shapes are fully distributed on the lower surface of the lining cover, and hydrophobic resin, such as fluoroplastic, organic silicon and the like, is coated on the surfaces of the cones; or, the inner surface of the inner wall of the container cover is directly and fully distributed with cones which are triangular, rhombic, square, rectangular and round without using an inner lining cover, and the surfaces of the cones are coated with hydrophobic resins such as fluoroplastic, organic silicon and the like; or, without the cone, the surface of the container cover or the inner lining cover is coated with hydrophobic resin such as fluoroplastic, organic silicon and the like; or cones which are triangular, rhombic, square, rectangular and circular are fully distributed on the lower surface of the container cover or the lining cover; the device for dropping the condensed water under the container cover in time has the advantages of minimum heat loss and energy conservation.
After the container at the outermost layer is tightly covered, the temperature change of water or salt water in the container causes the difference of air pressure inside and outside the container, generates larger pressure on the container, and can damage the container or cause difficulty in opening the container cover. In contrast, the container lid or the upper part of the side wall of the container body may be provided with an internal/external air pressure balance valve.
The inner and outer air pressure balance valves are composed of valve body, valve seat, and can be added with structure-improving devices such as valve positioning device, valve spring pressing positioning device, etc.; two valves are arranged, one valve faces the inside of the container, and the other valve faces the outside of the container; when the air pressure difference between the inside and the outside of the container reaches the set parameters, the air at the side with high air pressure pushes the valve open and flows to the side with low air pressure, so that the air pressure difference returns to the allowable range.
For small containers, such as those using manual flaps, a pressure balancing valve for venting air from the inside of the container to the outside of the container is not necessary in general, and only a pressure balancing valve for venting air from the outside of the container to the inside of the container, i.e., only a pressure balancing valve for eliminating negative pressure in the container, may be used.
The outermost container provided with the automatic temperature control refrigerating or heating device can be internally provided with a fence or a sideboard for separating the meals so as to distinguish and extract different soft packaged convenient meals; preferably, the cold exchange elements such as evaporator tubes (plates), the heat exchange elements such as electric heating plates (tubes), and the steam tubes (plates) are vertically installed in the container and also serve as separators in the container, which can be used for separating different meals in the container to facilitate the extraction of the meals, can also facilitate the cold and heat exchange of water in the container, can also save manufacturing materials, and can increase the space in the container.
In the outermost container provided with the automatic temperature control refrigerating or heating device, the container cover may be difficult to open due to freezing of condensed water at the joint of the container cover and the container body outdoors in cold regions or indoors without heating. For this purpose, an electric heating film can be arranged at the joint of the container cover and the container body or a hydrophobic resin layer such as fluoroplastic, organic silicon and the like can be coated on the surface of the joint; the electric heating film can be arranged on the container cover, can also be arranged on the container body, and can also be arranged on both the container cover and the container body; similarly, the water repellent resin may be applied to the container lid, the container body, or both the container lid and the container body; preferably, a hydrophobic resin, such as fluoroplastic, organic silicon, etc., is coated on the joint of the container cover and the container body, the hydrophobic resin is coated on the container cover, or coated on the container body, or coated on the container cover and the container body, and an electric heating film is arranged on the joint of the container cover and the container body, and the electric heating film is arranged on the container cover, or arranged on the container body, or arranged on the container cover and the container body; the sealing strip at the joint of the container cover and the container body can also be a silicon rubber sealing strip, or the sealing strip, the electrothermal film and the hydrophobic resin can be combined at the joint of the container cover and the container body, for example, the silicon rubber sealing strip is arranged on the container cover, the electrothermal film is arranged on the container body, and the hydrophobic resin is coated on the electrothermal film.
The outermost container with automatic temperature control refrigerating or heating device is preferably provided with a water supply valve at the upper part of the container wall and a water drainage valve at the bottom or the lower part of the container wall; the water can be drained by a water pump, and the water pump can be used as a water pump for filling the container carried by the consumer in a store hall.
The outermost container provided with an automatic temperature control refrigerating or heating device can be externally provided with a circulating water pump, connected with the container through a water inlet and outlet pipeline, and the circulating water pump and the water inlet and outlet pipeline are externally coated with a heat insulating material; in this case, the electric heating plate (pipe), steam pipe, hot water pipe, evaporator for cooling, and semiconductor refrigeration plate for supplying heat can be arranged in the water inlet/outlet pipe connecting the water container and the circulating water pump (part of the water pipe can be changed into water tank to increase heat exchange area), and the circulating water is used for supplying heat or cooling to the container; the heating and cooling mode is similar to that of a hot water unit and a cold water unit of an air conditioner, and only the working device is a water container for storing soft packages and facilitating food. By using the distribution valve or the reversing valve, the circulating water pump can also be used as a drainage pump and also used as a water pump for draining waste water or filling water into a container carried by a consumer.
In factories, transfer warehouses, large dining halls and restaurants, the hot water container is heated, and a boiler can be used for heating steam or hot water without electricity, so that the electric power shortage is relieved, and the cost is reduced. In mobile vendors, transportation vehicles, or places where electric power is not available, gas or oil can be used for heat supply.
The outermost container provided with an automatic temperature control refrigerating or heating device is suitable for short-distance movement, and wheels can be arranged below the container; in order to be suitable for long-distance movement, the container can be combined with a vehicle, the container is used as a carriage and is provided with a heat insulation structure, an automatic temperature control heating device and an automatic temperature control refrigerating device, and the container becomes a special transport vehicle or a vending car; the container can also be reinforced and reformed to prevent water leakage, and has a heat-insulating structure, a heating device and a refrigerating device with automatic temperature control, and the container is transported by a container vehicle.
If the container arranged on the outermost layer and provided with the automatic temperature control refrigerating or heating device is large, the soft package arranged in the container is convenient for meal, water or salt water, and the composition of the container is heavy, and the large container is preferably additionally provided with a hoisting device; the base of the hoisting device is a container wall or a container cover. This is particularly applicable when the container is associated with a vehicle.
The container used for selling the scene, preferably the container is attached with the device which dries the soft package and facilitates the surface of the meal, the device can be a centrifugal drying device, can also be a blowing drying device, can also be a combination of the centrifugal drying device and the blowing drying device; for the thermal preservation of food, the blowing air is preferably hot air.
The flexible package convenient meal is delivered to canteens, fast food restaurants and shops of schools, institutions and enterprises and public institutions immediately after being produced in factories for sale, or a container containing high-temperature or low-temperature water or salt water is not used as an outer package, but a lower heat-insulating container with proper strength is used for packaging (the flexible package convenient meal is stacked up and down in a small quantity), the heat-insulating container is stacked and loaded into a heat-insulating delivery truck, and the flexible package convenient meal is delivered to canteens, fast food restaurants and shops of schools, institutions and enterprises and public institutions for sale. With reference to the above concept of the utility model, especially for dishes and partial dishes with staple food, the utility model can be implemented as follows: instant meal, including dishes such as various fish, poultry, eggs, mushroom, fruits and vegetables, bean meal, edible finished products of soup, and the like; the dish, dish and staple food such as various meat porridge, fish porridge, vegetable porridge, bone porridge, various fried noodles, mixed noodles, soup noodles, various fried rice, dish-soaked rice, various Yunnan rice noodles, meat soup vermicelli, soup and the like are edible finished products, and are characterized in that different varieties, or different components of the dish, dish and staple food are respectively combined with a soft package for sealing and then combined with a high-temperature container or a low-temperature container, namely,

Detailed Description
The present invention is further illustrated by the following examples, which are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
First, preparation work
1. Making a portable heat-insulating container for use by a consumer or a small amount of food delivered by an operator, wherein the container mainly adopts a box, a barrel and a bag form (please refer to figure 1)
1.1, the inner layer and the outer layer are made of terylene, nylon and polypropylene coated cloth, and the middle layer is made of heat-insulating materials such as polyurethane foam plastic, polystyrene foam plastic or space cotton, so that the heat-insulating bag is required to be watertight and convenient and reliable to seal;
1.2, manufacturing a heat-insulating barrel or a heat-insulating box with an interlayer structure by using plastic, stainless steel, aluminum plates and the like, filling polyurethane foam or vacuumizing in the interlayer (the barrel can be singly vacuumized, and silicon particles, open-pore microbubble rigid polyurethane, glass spherical particles and the like need to be filled in the vacuumizing of the box plate, the box and a barrel cover), and sealing the joint of the cover, the box and the barrel body by using a resin soft sealing strip;
1.3, manufacturing a heat-insulating barrel or a heat-insulating box by using a plastic foaming forming technology;
1.4, a portable heat-insulating container, the volume of which is generally 5-20 liters, and consumers and operators can select and use the container according to the situation;
1.5, for durable portable heat-insulating containers made of plastics or metals, a refrigerating or heating device capable of automatically controlling the temperature can be additionally arranged according to the requirement.
2. Preparing soft package for hermetically packaging instant meal (please refer to fig. 3-6)
2.1, manufacturing the bag-shaped, barrel-shaped, house-shaped, box-shaped, bowl-shaped, disc-shaped, dish-shaped, cup-shaped, brick-shaped, bottle-shaped, can-shaped or other packaging shapes favored by consumers by using plastic, aluminum foil, paper and the like and composite materials thereof;
2.2, manufacturing a plastic film bag or a plastic, paper and aluminum foil composite film bag, and determining whether to place a weight block for regulating the specific gravity through experiments according to the properties of the rice and dishes to be packaged for later use;
2.3, making bowls, dishes, plates and cups made of plastics or composite films of plastics, paper and aluminum foils for later use;
for the sealing covers of bowls, dishes, plates and cups, according to the expected situation that the packed fast food is loaded in the bowls, plates and cups, the cover is prefabricated into a concave or convex shape by vacuum (plastic sucking), blow molding, mould pressing and other forming methods in advance, and the shape of the concave or convex cover is matched with the shape of the bowls, plates and cups, so that the cover is tightly attached to the food as much as possible, and the gaps between the packing materials and the food are reduced;
for well-cooked spherical meals such as juicy peaches, fish balls and meat balls, symmetrical hemispherical depressions with the diameter of 0.5-2 mm larger than that of the spherical meals are processed on a plastic composite film (sheet) by a plastic suction method; one plastic composite film (sheet) is provided with a plurality of hemispherical depressions;
for the weight of the weight block which needs to be additionally installed to increase the specific gravity, the weight of the galvanized iron block installed at the bottom of the bowl, the dish, the plate and the cup is determined in advance through experiments, the size and the thickness of the galvanized iron block are determined according to the diameter of the bottom edge of the bowl, the dish, the plate and the cup, and then a fixed process method is determined;
the fixed process method comprises the following steps: if the bowl, dish, plate and cup are made by plastic sucking and blow molding, ultrasonic welding is used; if the bowl, the dish, the plate and the cup are manufactured by an injection molding method, 2-4 uniformly symmetrical rectangular small holes are prefabricated on the bottom edges of the bowl, the dish, the plate and the cup when the bowl, the plate and the cup are manufactured, the galvanized iron block is large in size, two ends of the galvanized iron block are small, the sizes of the two ends of the galvanized iron block are equivalent to those of the rectangular small holes (slightly smaller than the small holes), and the lengths of two boundary positions (namely two shoulders) of the body and the two small ends are equal to the diameters of the bottom edges of the bowl, the dish, the plate and the cup;
2.4, determining a process scheme for packaging the meal by the automatic bag-making filling packaging machine according to a test for producing the flexible packaged instant meal;
2.5, determining a can making and packaging process scheme of the metal two-piece can according to a test for producing the flexible package instant meal.
3. Preparing a storage container for a canteen, a retail store, or a home (see FIGS. 7 to 14)
3.1, the container adopts a rectangular cabinet and is divided into 3 independent units by a heat insulation structural member, wherein 1 unit is provided with a refrigerating device with automatic temperature control, and 2 units are provided with a heating device with automatic temperature control;
3.2, the food cold storage water cabinet with the automatic temperature control refrigerating device for containing low-temperature water directly uses the technology of the food cold storage and refrigeration cabinet, and the temperature control range is set to be three grades of-2 ℃ (± 1 ℃), 2 ℃ (± 1 ℃), and 8 ℃ (± 1 ℃); the strength of the cabinet body is increased; the inner container is closely connected without water leakage, and is preferably formed by integrally stamping and drawing a metal plate, the evaporator or the semiconductor refrigeration plate is arranged at the lower half part of the inner container so as to prevent the rice and dish from being lifted out, the liquid level from falling, and the cold exchange effect is poor after the part of the evaporator or the semiconductor refrigeration plate is higher than the liquid level (in the same way, the heated electric heating plate and the heated pipe are also arranged at the lower part of the container wall); the upper part of the container wall is provided with a water inlet valve so as to inject new water; the bottom is slightly inclined, and the lowest part is provided with an opening and a drainage valve so as to drain water to be discarded; a baffle plate for separating the soft package to facilitate food is arranged in the cabinet, the baffle plate is composed of two layers of aluminum alloy plates, and an evaporator tube is arranged at the lower part in the baffle plate;

7.3, manufacturing the plastic box with the required volume by an injection molding method, and arranging an interlayer or a screw hole at the bottom of the box or at the middle lower part of the periphery of the box so as to fix a metal or cement drop block when needed; an interlayer or a screw hole is arranged at the middle upper part of the periphery of the box cover or the box so as to fix a foam plastic block or an air bag when needed;

Claims (17)

1. An apparatus for packaging and transporting convenient meals, comprising:
soft packing; and
the heat-insulating storage and transportation container is provided with at least one of a high-temperature storage and transportation chamber and a low-temperature storage and transportation chamber, wherein the high-temperature storage and transportation chamber is internally provided with high-temperature water or salt solution with the temperature of 55-95 ℃, the high-temperature storage and transportation chamber is internally provided with a plurality of soft packing materials, and the low-temperature storage and transportation chamber is internally provided with low-temperature water or salt solution with the temperature of 0.5-10 ℃ or low-temperature salt solution with the temperature of-5-10 ℃, and the low-temperature storage and transportation chamber is internally provided with a plurality of.
2. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein said flexible package has an additional drop mass.
3. The apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the temperature of the high temperature water or the saline solution is 60 ℃ to 80 ℃; the temperature of the low-temperature water or the salt water is 1-5 ℃.
4. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein said insulated storage and transportation vessel has an insulated structure; or a structure for adjusting specific gravity; or a structure with a heat preservation structure and a specific gravity adjusting structure;
A. the heat preservation structure is as follows:
a. the container bottom, the container wall and the container cover are made of foamed plastics; or,
b. the container bottom, the container wall and the container cover are externally provided with heat insulation materials; or,
c. the container bottom, the container wall and the container cover are internally provided with heat insulation materials; or,
d. thermal insulation materials are arranged between the container bottom, the container wall and the outer wall and the inner wall of the container cover; or,
e. the container bottom, the container wall and the container cover are of hollow and vacuum structures;
B. the structure for adjusting the specific gravity is as follows:
a. a metal and concrete drop block is arranged in the container; or,
b. the bottom of the container and the middle lower part of the container wall are provided with metal and concrete dropping blocks;
c. the material of the container is foam plastic; or,
d. the container is internally provided with foam plastics and an air bag; or,
e. the middle upper parts of the container cover and the container wall are provided with foam plastics and an air bag.
5. A soft package for the sealed package of instant food is composed of a main body in the shape of barrel, room, box, bowl, disk, dish, or cup, and a sealed cover, and features that said cover has the concave or convex shape or the combination of concave and convex shapes, and the shape of said cover and the edge of said main body are matched with the shape of instant food.
6. A container for storing and transporting the soft package of instant food or dish features that its container body and cover have thermal insulating structure, the skeleton of container body has reinforcing structure, and the wall and bottom of container body are connected together and have an automatic temp controller at 55-95 deg.C.

B. the lower surface of the container cover is provided with a J-shaped water receiving tank, the middle of the water receiving tank is provided with a gap, and the gap is provided with a water flowing tank; or,
C. a liner cover of a film or a soft plate is arranged below the container cover to form a condensate water guide plate; or,
D. the lower surface of the container cover is provided with a hydrophobic resin layer; or,
E. a lining cover is arranged below the container cover, and a hydrophobic resin layer is arranged on the lower surface of the lining cover; or,
F. the lower surface of the container cover is provided with a triangular, square, rectangular or round cone; or,
G. a lining cover is arranged below the container cover, and a triangular, square, rectangular or circular cone is arranged on the lower surface of the lining cover; or,
H. the lower surface of the container cover is provided with a triangular, square, rectangular or circular cone, and the surface of the cone is provided with a hydrophobic resin layer; or,
I. the lower surface of the container cover is provided with a triangular, square, rectangular or circular cone, and the surface of the cone is provided with a hydrophobic resin layer.
9. A container for storing and transporting soft package material used for sealing and packing instant food is characterized by that its container body and cover have thermal insulation structure, the cover is placed on the container, and has automatic temp-control refrigerating device, its refrigerating temp. is-5 deg.C-10 deg.C, the container body has skeleton reinforcing structure, and the container wall and bottom are connected into one body to form cold water storage instant food container.
10. The container of claim 9, wherein said refrigeration temperature is between 1 ℃ and 5 ℃.
11. The container according to claim 9, characterized in that it further comprises heating means for automatic temperature control, the heating temperature being between 2 ℃ and 10 ℃.
12. A container as claimed in claim 6 or claim 9, wherein the container has a tray for sealing a flexible package containing convenient meals, lifted manually or electrically.
13. Container according to claim 6 or 9, wherein the lid or the upper part of the side wall of the container,
A. an inner air pressure balancing valve and an outer air pressure balancing valve; or,
B. there is a pressure balancing valve for supplying air from the outside of the container to the inside of the container.
14. A container as claimed in claim 6 or claim 9, wherein the container has a barrier or fence separating the food products.
15. A container according to claim 6 or 9, wherein the container contains electrical, steam or evaporator tubes.
16. A container according to claim 6 or 9, wherein the junction of the container lid and the container body has means for preventing freezing, the means being:
A. the electric heating film is arranged at the joint of the container cover and the container body, the electric heating film is arranged on the container cover, or the electric heating film is arranged on the container body, or the electric heating film is arranged on the container cover and the container body; or,
B. the surface of the joint of the container cover and the container body is provided with a hydrophobic resin layer, the container cover is provided with a hydrophobic resin layer, or the container body is provided with a hydrophobic resin layer, or the container cover and the container body are provided with a hydrophobic resin layer; or,
C. the surface of the joint of the container cover and the container body is provided with a hydrophobic resin layer, the container cover is provided with a hydrophobic resin layer, or the container body is provided with a hydrophobic resin layer, or the container cover and the container body are provided with hydrophobic resin layers, and the joint of the container cover and the container body is provided with an electrothermal film, the container cover is provided with an electrothermal film, or the container body is provided with an electrothermal film, or the container cover and the container body are provided with electrothermal films; or,
D. the joint of the container cover and the container body is provided with a silicon rubber sealing strip; or,
E. the joint of the container cover and the container body is provided with a silicon rubber sealing strip; and the electric heating film and the hydrophobic resin layer are arranged at the joint of the container cover and the container body.
17. An apparatus for packaging and transporting convenient meals, comprising:
soft packing; and
the soft package suitable for heat preservation is taken as a middle package by a heat preservation container, the middle package container is taken as an outer package by a high-temperature container with an automatic temperature control device, and the control temperature of the high-temperature container is 60-85 ℃; or,
for soft packing materials suitable for heat preservation, a high-temperature container with an automatic temperature control device is used as an outer packing material, and the control temperature of the high-temperature container is 60-85 ℃;
the soft package suitable for cold preservation is taken as a middle package by using a heat preservation container, the middle package container is taken as an outer package by using a low-temperature container with an automatic temperature control device, and the control temperature of the low-temperature container is 0.5-10 ℃; or,
for soft package suitable for cold preservation, a low-temperature container with an automatic temperature control device is used as an outer package, and the control temperature of the low-temperature container is 0.5-10 ℃.
