In one embodiment, the lifting mechanism includes a power mechanism 309, a fixed plate 307, a screw mechanism 308 and a lifting movable portion 306, the lifting movable portion 306 is a movable plate, the screw mechanism 308 includes a screw and a screw nut sleeved on the screw, wherein: the screw rod is fixed on an upright fixing plate 307 through a bearing, and one end of the screw rod is connected with a power mechanism 309 below; the lead screw nut is connected with the lifting movable part 30. Specifically, the power mechanism 309 is a motor, and the power mechanism 30 cooperates with the screw mechanism 308. It is understood that in another embodiment, the actuating mechanism 309 may be an air cylinder, and the air cylinder cooperates with a linear motion mechanism such as a linear module.
In one embodiment, the lifting mechanism further includes a base, the fixing plate 307 is fixed to the base, a through hole for the screw to pass through is formed in the base, and the base is fixed to the power mechanism 309 through a fastener. Specifically, the power mechanism 309 may be installed at a lower end of the base, and a lead screw connected to a motor shaft of the power mechanism 309 passes through a through hole of the base.

Referring to fig. 8 and 9, the inclination of the pressing member 301 at different angles can be achieved by adjusting the degree of tightness of the angle limiting member 305. When the angle limiting piece 305 is screwed to the lower limit position, the flattening piece 301 and the lifting movable portion 306 are in a vertical state, and when the angle limiting piece 305 is screwed to the upper limit position from the lower limit position, an included angle smaller than 90 degrees is formed between the flattening piece 301 and the lifting movable portion 306 by means of the elastic force of the spring 304.
Referring to fig. 5, a rectangular grid is disposed on the pressing member 301, a frame of the grid is a main contact portion between the jig and the pressing member 301, so as to press the jig, and a hollow portion is used to expose a processing area.
Further, the side surface of the movable base 501 is fixedly connected with the lower portion of the fixing plate 307 of the jig pressing device 300, and the positioning mechanism further includes a guide rail disposed below the movable base 501 and a slider slidably connected to the guide rail, and the slider is connected with the upper end of the fixing plate 307.
The present application further provides a mounting apparatus, which includes the mounting conveyor according to any of the above embodiments and optional embodiments, and further includes the mounting device 400. The mounting device 400 includes two brackets 401, a mounting portion 402 crossing the mounting conveyor, and a mounting mechanism 403, the mounting mechanism 403 is mounted on the mounting portion 402 in a laterally movable manner, and two ends of the mounting portion 402 are respectively fixedly connected to the two brackets 401. The support 401 may be a vertical column, two vertical columns are vertically arranged oppositely, the mounting portion 402 may be a cross beam, two ends of the cross beam are fixedly connected to the vertical columns, and the mounting mechanism 403 is connected to the cross beam in a sliding straight line. The placement mechanism 403403 can move linearly along the beam 402 during placement, and the placement mechanism 403 can lift up and down, so as to realize the actions of grabbing the placement object and placing the placement object on the workpiece on the jig.

the conveying mechanism comprises a conveying assembly for supporting and conveying the jig and a driving mechanism for driving the conveying assembly to operate, and can be lifted up and down relative to the positioning mechanism;
the jacking mechanism drives the conveying mechanism to switch between an ascending state and a descending state relative to the positioning mechanism; when the conveying mechanism is in a lifting state, the conveying assembly is driven to lift, and when the conveying mechanism is lifted to a first height, the jig is separated from the fixed seat, supported on the conveying assembly and can move through the conveying assembly; when the conveying mechanism is in a descending state, the conveying assembly is driven to descend, and when the conveying mechanism descends to a second height, the jig is separated from the conveying assembly, supported on the fixed seat and fixed on the fixed seat.

A mounting conveyor according to claim 3, wherein said conveying mechanism comprises a dual-shaft motor, a motor mount and a transmission shaft mount, one end of said dual-shaft motor is used for driving one conveyor belt of said conveyor assembly to transmit, the other end of said dual-shaft motor is connected to one end of said transmission shaft through a coupling, said transmission shaft is used for driving the synchronous transmission of another conveyor belt of said conveyor assembly, and said at least one jacking bearing seat is connected to said motor mount and/or said transmission shaft mount.

the lifting mechanism is installed on one side of the jig conveying track;
the switching component is hinged to the lifting movable part of the lifting mechanism and can lift up and down along with the lifting movable part;

the angle limiting piece is used for limiting the rotation angle of the switching assembly relative to the lifting mechanism and correspondingly limiting the relative angle of the flattening piece relative to the jig.

The placement conveyor as claimed in claim 5 wherein said adapter assembly comprises an adapter block and an adjustment seat, wherein: the transfer block is hinged with the lifting movable part of the lifting mechanism; the lower part of the adjusting seat is fixed on the upper part of the transfer block, the side end of the adjusting seat is connected with the lifting movable part of the lifting mechanism through the angle limiting part, and the flattening piece is fixed on the adjusting seat.

A mounting conveyor according to claim 2, wherein said jig conveyor includes a track width adjusting mechanism, said conveyor includes a movable rail mounting plate, a fixed rail mounting plate and a movable rail seat arranged at intervals, said conveyor assembly includes a movable rail conveyor belt mounted on said movable rail mounting plate and a fixed rail conveyor belt mounted on said fixed rail mounting plate, wherein:
the lower part of the movable rail mounting plate is fixed on the movable rail seat, and the movable rail seat is connected with the rail width adjusting mechanism in a sliding manner;
the track width adjusting mechanism is used for adjusting the position of the movable rail seat so as to adjust the distance between the movable rail mounting plate and the fixed rail mounting plate.
