Disclosure of Invention
In order to make up for the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the flexible light bar positioning mechanism, the suction mechanism and the television lamp strip feeding equipment thereof, which have simple structures and are convenient to use.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the invention discloses a flexible light bar positioning mechanism, which is characterized in that: the device comprises a fixed substrate, and an adjustable positioning assembly, a middle positioning assembly and a cable supporting assembly which are arranged on the fixed substrate;
the adjustable positioning components are arranged on the fixed substrate according to certain rows and columns;
the middle positioning component is a long strip plate and is fixed in the middle of the fixed substrate according to the row direction;
the cable supporting components are arranged in a line and fixed on the fixed substrate;
the top of adjustable locating component is equipped with the recess that holds the lamp strip, and the top of cable supporting component is equipped with the recess that holds the cable.
In the flexible light bar positioning mechanism, a positioning hole is arranged in a groove at the top of the adjustable positioning component, and a positioning pin is inserted into the light bar and the positioning hole to position the light bar; the opening of the groove is at an angle of 60-90 degrees.
In the flexible lamp strip positioning mechanism, the adjustable positioning component, the middle positioning component and the cable supporting component are fixed with a magnetic gauge stand at the bottom through bolts respectively, the magnetic gauge stand is fixed in a positioning track groove of a fixed base plate in an adsorption manner, and a knob of the magnetic gauge stand is rotated to control the adsorption and separation of the magnetic gauge stand and the fixed base plate, so that the positions of the adjustable positioning component and the cable supporting component on the fixed base plate are adjusted.
In the flexible light bar positioning mechanism, a positioning connecting plate is connected between each adjustable positioning component in the same row; a plurality of positioning blocks are fixed at the top end of the middle positioning component, and a light bar is positioned at the end part of each positioning block.
In the flexible light bar positioning mechanism, all light bars are connected in parallel or in series through cables and then are connected with a circuit board of a television through a power switch. The fixed substrate is made of iron materials.
The invention discloses a flexible light bar suction mechanism, which is characterized in that: the adsorption tool comprises an adsorption tool connecting plate and an adjustable absorption tool base plate fixed at the lower end of the adsorption tool connecting plate; a plurality of mutually parallel sucker component fixing plates are arranged below the adjustable sucking tool base plate, and a plurality of vacuum sucker components are arranged on each sucker component fixing plate and used for sucking and installing a flexible light bar; the fixed plate of the sucker component is also provided with a cable clamping jaw; and distance adjusting devices are connected between the fixed plates of the sucker components.
In the flexible light bar suction mechanism, a cable clamping jaw adopts a pneumatic clamping jaw; and a silencer is arranged on the adsorption tool connecting plate.
The flexible light bar suction mechanism and the flexible finished light bar positioning mechanism are matched for use, and the cable clamping jaw can clamp a cable positioned by the flexible finished light bar positioning mechanism; the vacuum chuck component can adsorb the lamp strip positioned by the flexible finished lamp strip positioning mechanism.
In the flexible light bar suction mechanism, the distance adjusting device comprises an adjustable guide rail combination arranged on an adjustable suction tool base plate, the adjustable guide rail combination adopts a diamond expansion bracket, a row of hinged shafts in the middle of the diamond expansion bracket are respectively connected with each sucker component fixing plate through nuts, the head hinged shaft of the middle row of hinged shafts is fixedly connected with the adjustable suction tool base plate, the tail hinged shaft of the middle row of hinged shafts is connected with a distance adjusting driving device, and the distance adjusting driving device is arranged on the adjustable suction tool base plate; in the diamond-shaped expansion bracket, a sliding groove is formed in a row of hinge shafts in the middle, the sliding groove is slidably sleeved on a supporting guide rail, the supporting guide rail is fixedly connected with an adjustable suction tool base plate, and the sliding groove can be a dovetail groove or a T-shaped groove.
In the flexible light bar suction mechanism, a left group of diamond-shaped expansion brackets and a right group of diamond-shaped expansion brackets are adopted, the middle of each of the left group of diamond-shaped expansion brackets and the right group of diamond-shaped expansion brackets is provided with a row of articulated shafts, a push rod is connected between the left and right end articulated shafts, and a first articulated shaft is fixedly connected with an adjustable suction tool substrate; the distance adjusting driving device adopts a synchronous belt component or an air cylinder; when a synchronous belt component is adopted, the synchronous belt component comprises a servo motor, a synchronous belt wheel and a synchronous belt which are connected in sequence, a connecting piece is fixedly arranged at the lower part of the synchronous belt, and the synchronous belt is connected with a push rod of a final articulated shaft through the connecting piece; when the distance adjusting driving device adopts the air cylinder, one end of the air cylinder is connected with the adjustable suction tool base plate, and the other end of the air cylinder is connected with the push rod of the last articulated shaft through the connecting piece; the adjustable suction tool base plate is provided with a hollow groove for the connecting piece to move.
In the flexible light bar suction mechanism, a vacuum generator and a vacuum breaking electromagnetic valve are mounted on an adjustable suction tool substrate, and the vacuum generator is connected with a vacuum sucker component through a pipeline and an air exhaust electromagnetic valve to realize air exhaust and vacuum adsorption of the flexible light bar; the vacuum sucker component is also connected with a vacuum destruction electromagnetic valve to realize the functions of air inlet and destruction adsorption;
the sucker component fixing plate is installed through the strip hole and the bolt, and the positions of the vacuum sucker component and the cable clamping jaw are adjusted; the positions of the sucking disc and the clamping jaw can be manually and rapidly adjusted;
the synchronous belt pulley at one end of the synchronous belt component is arranged on the adjustable absorption tool base plate through the tensioning tailstock combination and the bolt, the bolt is arranged in the strip hole in the tensioning tailstock combination, and the installation position of the synchronous belt pulley is adjusted through the strip hole so as to tension the synchronous belt.
The invention relates to a lamp strip equipment on a television, which is characterized in that: the flexible light bar positioning mechanism and the flexible light bar suction mechanism are matched for use.
According to the television lamp strip feeding equipment, two sides of a fixed substrate of a flexible finished lamp strip positioning mechanism are installed in a linear guide rail of the flexible fully-compatible television lamp strip feeding equipment, and the bottom or two sides of the fixed substrate are connected with an air cylinder installed on the flexible fully-compatible television lamp strip feeding equipment; an adsorption tool connecting plate of the flexible light bar adsorption device is connected with a three-axis linear module robot on a light bar device on a flexible fully-compatible television; the lamp strips are placed and positioned on the flexible finished product lamp strip positioning mechanism, the flexible finished product lamp strip positioning mechanism is driven by the air cylinder to slide so as to convey the lamp strips to the designated positions, and the flexible lamp strip adsorption device is used for vacuum adsorption to extract the lamp strips and clamp cables and then is placed on the television.
The flexible lamp strip positioning mechanism has the beneficial effects that the flexible lamp strip positioning mechanism adopts a magnetic adsorption structure, and can position the lamp strips at any interval in the left and right directions in the range of the fixed substrate so as to meet the requirements of the lamp strips, so that the lamp strips can be conveniently positioned and taken away from the flexible finished lamp strip positioning mechanism by using the flexible fully-compatible television lamp strip equipment of the automation equipment, and the lamp strips can be installed. This flexible finished product lamp strip positioning mechanism is equipped with cable support (cable supporting component), supports the connecting cable, and reserves sufficient operating space for the cable grafting, and work efficiency promotes one time.
The flexible lamp strip suction mechanism has an automatic distance adjusting function, a synchronous belt is driven by a servo motor, and stepless adjustment of lamp strip distances is achieved through a sucker component fixing plate and a rhombic expansion bracket which are parallel to each other. When the flexible finished lamp strip positioning mechanism is used for taking workpieces, the distance between the lamp strips is uniformly fixed, and when the workpieces are placed, the distance between the lamp strips is adjusted according to the drawing technological parameter requirements.

The flexible light bar positioning mechanism comprises a fixed substrate 1, and an adjustable positioning component 2, a middle positioning component 3 and a cable supporting component 5 which are arranged on the fixed substrate;
the adjustable positioning components are arranged on the fixed substrate according to certain rows and columns;
the middle positioning component is a long strip plate and is fixed in the middle of the fixed substrate according to the row direction;
the cable supporting components are arranged in a line and fixed on the fixed substrate;
the top of adjustable locating component is equipped with the recess 8 that holds the lamp strip, and the top of cable supporting component is equipped with the recess that holds the cable.
In the flexible light bar positioning mechanism, a positioning hole 10 is formed in a groove 8 in the top of the adjustable positioning component, and a positioning pin 4 is inserted into the light bar and the positioning hole to position the light bar; the opening of the groove is at an angle of 60-90 degrees.
In the flexible lamp strip positioning mechanism, the bottom of the adjustable positioning component, the middle positioning component and the cable supporting component are respectively fixed with a magnetic gauge stand 12 through bolts 9, the magnetic gauge stand is fixed in a positioning track groove 15 of a fixed substrate in an adsorption manner, and a knob 13 of the magnetic gauge stand is rotated to control the adsorption and separation of the magnetic gauge stand and the fixed substrate, so that the positions of the adjustable positioning component and the cable supporting component on the fixed substrate are adjusted.
In the flexible light bar positioning mechanism, a positioning connecting plate 14 is connected between each adjustable positioning component in the same row. A plurality of positioning blocks 11 are fixed at the top end of the middle positioning component, and a light bar is positioned at the end part of each positioning block.
In the flexible finished light bar positioning mechanism, all light bars are connected in parallel or in series through cables and then are connected with a circuit board of a television through a power switch. The fixed substrate 1 is made of a ferrous material.
The flexible lamp strip suction mechanism comprises a suction tool connecting plate 19 and an adjustable suction tool base plate 18 fixed at the lower end of the suction tool connecting plate; a plurality of mutually parallel sucker component fixing plates 20 are arranged below the adjustable sucking tool base plate, and a plurality of vacuum sucker components 23 are arranged on each sucker component fixing plate and used for sucking and installing a flexible lamp strip; the fixed plate of the sucker component is also provided with a cable clamping jaw; and distance adjusting devices are connected between the sucker component fixing plates 20.
In the flexible light bar suction mechanism, a cable clamping jaw adopts a pneumatic clamping jaw 28; the muffler 32 is mounted on the adsorption tool connecting plate 19.
The flexible light bar suction mechanism and the flexible finished light bar positioning mechanism are matched for use, and the cable clamping jaw can clamp a cable positioned by the flexible finished light bar positioning mechanism; the vacuum chuck component can adsorb the lamp strip positioned by the flexible lamp strip positioning mechanism.
In the flexible light bar suction mechanism, the distance adjusting device comprises an adjustable guide rail combination 25 arranged on an adjustable suction tool base plate, the adjustable guide rail combination adopts a diamond expansion bracket, a row of hinge shafts in the middle of the diamond expansion bracket are respectively connected with each sucker component fixing plate 20 through nuts, the head hinge shaft of the middle row of hinge shafts is fixedly connected with an adjustable suction tool base plate 18, the tail hinge shaft of the middle row of hinge shafts is connected with a distance adjusting driving device, and the distance adjusting driving device is arranged on the adjustable suction tool base plate; in the diamond-shaped expansion bracket, a sliding groove 31 is arranged on a row of hinge shafts in the middle, the sliding groove is slidably sleeved on a supporting guide rail 33, the supporting guide rail is fixedly connected with the adjustable suction tool base plate 18, and the sliding groove can adopt a dovetail groove or a T-shaped groove.

In the flexible light bar suction mechanism, a vacuum generator 17 and a vacuum breaking electromagnetic valve 27 are arranged on an adjustable suction tool substrate 18, and the vacuum generator is connected with a vacuum chuck assembly 23 through a pipeline and an air suction electromagnetic valve to realize air suction and vacuum adsorption of the flexible light bar; the vacuum sucker component is also connected with a vacuum destroying electromagnetic valve 27 to realize the functions of air inlet and destroying adsorption;
the sucker component fixing plate 20 is installed and adjusted in position through the strip hole 24 and the bolt; the positions of the sucking disc and the clamping jaw can be manually and rapidly adjusted;
the synchronous belt pulley at one end of the synchronous belt assembly is mounted on the adjustable absorption tooling base plate 18 through the tensioning tailstock combination 22 and the bolt, the bolt is mounted in the long hole 30 on the tensioning tailstock combination, and the mounting position of the synchronous belt pulley is adjusted through the long hole so as to tension the synchronous belt.
The television lamp strip feeding device adopts the flexible lamp strip positioning mechanism and the flexible lamp strip sucking mechanism, and the flexible lamp strip positioning mechanism and the flexible lamp strip sucking mechanism are matched for use.
According to the television lamp strip feeding equipment, two sides of a fixed substrate of a flexible finished lamp strip positioning mechanism are installed in a linear guide rail of the flexible fully-compatible television lamp strip feeding equipment, and the bottom or two sides of the fixed substrate are connected with an air cylinder installed on the flexible fully-compatible television lamp strip feeding equipment; an adsorption tool connecting plate of the flexible light bar adsorption device is connected with a three-axis linear module robot on a light bar device on a flexible fully-compatible television; the lamp strips are placed and positioned on the flexible finished product lamp strip positioning mechanism, the flexible finished product lamp strip positioning mechanism is driven by the air cylinder to slide so as to convey the lamp strips to the designated positions, and the flexible lamp strip adsorption device is used for vacuum adsorption to extract the lamp strips and clamp cables and then is placed on the television.

Manually lay the lamp strips one by one on the flexible finished lamp strip positioning mechanism, and then insert the cables at the two ends. The equipment is operated by two people, puts 5 lamp strips at most once, puts the cable support with the cross-over connection cable on, and the rethread is inserted respectively and is connected on 5 lamp strips. Then, the lamp strip assembly manually assembled on the positioning mechanism is extracted and installed on other parts of the television by using another device.
The flexible fully-compatible television lamp strip feeding equipment is provided with a machine table 34, a flexible finished lamp strip positioning mechanism 35, a feeding mechanism, a three-axis linear module robot combination 36, a vacuum suction tool 38 (namely a flexible lamp strip adsorption device), a lifting and middle holding mechanism 37, a protection mechanism, an electrical control system and the like, and is further provided with a controller, wherein the controller can be a P L C controller or a single chip microcomputer.
The machine platform is of a steel frame structure, and a damping foot margin with adjustable height is arranged below the machine platform.
The upper layer of the double-layer alternate feeding mechanism is provided with a flexible finished lamp strip positioning mechanism driven by cylinders on two sides; the lower layer is driven by the cylinder at the bottom of the middle part to form a flexible finished product light bar positioning mechanism, and the two sides of the lower layer are provided with fixing substrates connected with the flexible finished product light bar positioning mechanism through linear sliding rails. The strokes of the upper layer feeding mechanism and the lower layer feeding mechanism are not less than 700 mm. Each layer of flexible finished lamp strip positioning mechanism is provided with a middle stop block supporting block (namely, a middle positioning component 3) in a set mode, 10 lamp strip positioning supporting blocks (namely, adjustable positioning components 2 with positioning holes in grooves) in a set mode, 10 lamp strip supporting blocks (namely, adjustable positioning components 2 without positioning holes in grooves) in a set mode, and 4 cable supporting blocks (namely, cable supporting components 5) in a set mode. All the supporting blocks are adsorbed and fixed on the fixed substrate 1 by adopting a magnetic meter seat, and the magnetic meter seat can be manually switched between magnetic and non-magnetic force, so that the quick movement and fixation of the positioning supporting blocks are realized.
In order to realize quick production change, a row of 5 sets of lamp strip positioning support blocks (namely the adjustable positioning components 2) are respectively fixed by a positioning connecting plate 14, and the 5 sets of positioning support blocks (namely the adjustable positioning components 2) can slide left and right on the fixed substrate 1 at the same time. When the production is changed, the magnetic gauge stand is loosened, the lamp strip positioning holes are fixed according to the actual positions, and the production change can be completed by moving the left side and the right side once at most.
The three-axis linear modular robot combination can provide a coverage space not less than 1200 x 300 mm.
The vacuum suction tool (namely a flexible lamp strip adsorption device) has an automatic distance adjusting function, a synchronous belt is driven by a servo motor, and stepless adjustment of the distance between the lamp strips is realized through a parallel link mechanism (namely a sucker component fixing plate 20) and a rhombic expansion bracket. When the workpiece is taken, the distance is uniformly fixed, and when the workpiece is placed, the distance between the lamp strips is adjusted according to the drawing technological parameter requirements. The sucker component fixing plates 20 in this embodiment may be used in 5 groups, 7 groups, or more or less groups. For convenience of description, the following description will be given by taking 5 groups as examples.
Every 6 vacuum chuck (can select in a flexible way the in-service use quantity according to lamp strip length) fix on a sucking disc subassembly fixed plate 20, and 5 groups sucking disc subassembly fixed plates 20 constitute parallel link mechanism, by servo motor drive hold-in range, adjustable guide rail combination (being the rhombus expansion bracket), according to the lamp strip interval automatic adjustment who sets for.
The vacuum suction tool (namely the flexible light bar adsorption device) is characterized in that the structural parts are all made of light aluminum alloy materials, 30 vacuum sucker assemblies and 4 cable clamping jaws are arranged, and the vacuum suction tool is fixed on the adjustable suction tool base plate 18 through butterfly screws. Adjustable absorption tooling base plate 18 is equipped with the bar mounting hole that the modulus is 20mm, through the vacuum chuck subassembly to and 20 mm's of cable clamping jaw eccentric structure (namely the cable clamping jaw is installed on sucking disc subassembly fixed plate and is deviated to one side), can cover 960 x 560 mm's lamp strip scope. The sucking disc subassembly fixed plate 20 can realize manual quick adjustment sucking disc and clamping jaw position through rectangular hole 24 and bolt installation, adjustment vacuum sucking disc subassembly, cable clamping jaw's position. The vacuum generator 17 is arranged on the upper part of the adjustable suction tool base plate 18, so that the length of a pipeline is reduced, and the vacuum efficiency is improved.
Lifting and holding the middle mechanism: the lifting assembly separates the workpiece from the collector plate, and then the centering mechanism centers, positions and fixes the workpiece.
This flexible full compatible TV lamp strip equipment of going up is equipped with protection machanism all around, and the non-operation side all has the guardrail protection, and the operator side can install safety protection bars additional according to the demander requirement.
The electric control system is arranged in the independent control cabinet. Is arranged at the lower part of the machine table.
Pneumatic components such as triplets, electromagnetic valves and the like are made of SMC (sheet molding compound) brands, are installed below a machine table, are independent in space, and are visible through a pressure gauge.
The process flow comprises the following steps:
1.1 the equipment is operated by two persons, the cable bridging part is manually placed on a cable support frame (cable support component 5) of a flexible finished product light bar positioning mechanism, 5 light bars are respectively taken, cables are inserted onto the light bars one by one from near to far, and the light bars are placed on a positioning support block (adjustable positioning component 2) of the flexible finished product light bar positioning mechanism one by one. After the assembly is finished, the assembled flexible lamp strip is conveyed to a material taking station by pressing a button, and the feeding mechanism works alternately in an upper layer and a lower layer.

The robot moves to a standby position. The flexible finished light bar positioning mechanism returns to the original position under the action of the air cylinder, and the light bar and the cable are continuously placed.
