The hair clip applier of claim 2, wherein said drive member comprises a gear assembly including a gear and a wheel handle on a side remote from said gear; the rear end of the conveying piece is provided with a rack stripe, the pushing handle is connected with a mounting pipe, a rack groove is formed in the position, corresponding to the rack stripe, of the mounting pipe, and the gear extends into the rack groove and is meshed with the rack stripe; the gear assembly is mounted on the mounting pipe through a fixing shaft and a safety shaft, the gear assembly rotates by taking the fixing shaft as a shaft, and the safety shaft is used for locking or unlocking the gear assembly.
