Disclosure of Invention
In view of the foregoing, it is desirable to provide a clip applier that prevents the clip from falling off and that effectively prevents the back-out of the delivery member pushing the clip.
The continuous hair clip applier comprises a pushing handle, a tube rod, a clip head arranged at the front end of the tube rod, a feeding device arranged in the tube rod, a push-pull rod and a storage bin, wherein the feeding device comprises a conveying part and a driving part for pushing the conveying part to move; the near front end of the pipe rod is provided with a shaft rod, the shaft rod is used for fixing the clamp head, the conveying piece is provided with a strip-shaped through groove, groove walls on two sides of the strip-shaped through groove are provided with at least one pair of protruding anti-rollback clips, the shaft rod penetrates through the rear two ends of the strip-shaped through groove to be fixed to the pipe rod, the tail end diameter of the anti-rollback clips is smaller than that of the shaft rod, and the shaft rod is elastically clamped between the two anti-rollback clips after the conveying piece pushes the closed clips so as to prevent the conveying piece from rollback.
Further, the storage bin comprises a front bin and a rear bin, the front bin extends to the opening of the clamp head, an upper lip piece and a lower lip piece are arranged at the joint of the front bin and the rear bin, the upper lip piece and the lower lip piece are respectively arranged on the upper portion and the lower portion of the front bin, an interval is reserved between the upper portion and the lower portion of the front bin and the top portion and the bottom portion of the front bin, strip-shaped side grooves are reserved on the left side and the right side of the rear bin, the front bin and the rear bin are integrally formed, and the rear end of the rear bin is in threaded connection with the front end of the push-pull rod.
Further, the binding clip includes a pair of relative tong arms, the end of tong arm is equipped with the tail of pincers, the inboard of tong arm is equipped with the guide way, the guide way is constructed for the extension of preceding storehouse, the nearly top of guide way bottom is equipped with the anticreep hole, and the outside of closure clamp has the projection, the conveyer promotes the closure clamp to follow the opening part in preceding storehouse slides in the guide way, and the closure clamp opens under self tension effect, makes the projection card of closure clamp lateral wall locate in the anticreep hole.
Further, the conveying piece comprises a push rod and a hollow cavity, the push rod is arranged in the hollow cavity, side bars extending along the axial direction of the hollow cavity are arranged on two sides of the front end of the hollow cavity, and the side bars penetrate into the side grooves; the ejector rod is connected to the top end of the side edge strip, the strip-shaped through groove extends along the length direction of the ejector rod, the anti-back-off clips are arranged in pairs, extend out of the inner side wall of the strip-shaped through groove and extend along the conveying direction of the closing clip; the top of the anti-rollback clip is provided with a bulge, the bulge points to the inside of the strip-shaped through groove, and the distance between two opposite bulges is smaller than the diameter of the shaft rod.
Further, the pliers arm comprises flat installation parts, the two installation parts are respectively arranged in the interval between the upper lip piece and the lower lip piece and the front bin, the pliers tail is provided with a shaft hole and an oblique hole, the shaft rod is arranged in the shaft hole in a penetrating mode, the pair of oblique holes are respectively arranged at the rear ends of the two installation parts and are intersected from outside to inside, and the oblique hole is internally provided with a rotating shaft in a penetrating mode.

Further, the drive member includes a gear assembly including a gear and a wheel handle distal from the gear side; the rear end of the conveying piece is provided with tooth strips, the pushing handle is connected with a mounting pipe, a rack groove is formed in the position, corresponding to the tooth strips, of the mounting pipe, and the gear extends into the rack groove and is meshed with the tooth strips; the gear assembly is installed on the installation tube through a fixed shaft and a safety shaft, the gear assembly rotates by taking the fixed shaft as an axis, and the safety shaft is used for locking or unlocking the gear assembly.
Further, the gear assembly is provided with a first fixing hole and an arc through hole, and the arc through hole is in the same direction as the gear and is arranged between the gear and the first fixing hole; the gear assembly is arranged between the two fixing pieces, the fixing pieces are provided with second fixing holes and safety holes, the positions of the second fixing holes correspond to the positions of the first fixing holes, and the positions of the safety holes correspond to the positions of the arc-shaped through holes; the gear assembly rotates by taking the fixed shaft as a shaft; the safety shaft is arranged in the safety hole and the arc-shaped through hole in a penetrating mode, and when the gear assembly rotates, the arc-shaped through hole passes through the safety hole when rotating.
Further, the safety shaft comprises an elastic piece, a base and a shaft pin which are oppositely arranged, the shaft pin is fixed in the base in a threaded manner, the shaft pin and the top end of the outer side of the base are respectively provided with a protruding edge, and the elastic piece is arranged between the base and the fixing piece.
Further, a plurality of closing clamps are arranged in the front bin, the rear end of the push-pull rod is connected to the pushing handle and moves under the pushing of the pushing handle, the front end of the push-pull rod is movably connected to the rear end of the rear bin, and the front end of the front bin is connected to the clamp head and enables the clamp head to be opened or closed; the conveying piece stretches into the front bin, a groove is formed in the top end of the conveying piece, the groove is clamped on the protrusion at the rear end of the closing clamp, and the closing clamp is sequentially pushed to the clamp head.
In the continuous hair clip applier, the shaft rod and the rotating shaft are arranged in the strip-shaped through groove of the conveying part in a penetrating manner, the protrusions at the top ends of the anti-back-off clips in the strip-shaped through groove have a blocking effect on the shaft rod and the rotating shaft, so that the conveying part cannot move reversely after moving towards the clip head direction, the conveying part is prevented from backing, meanwhile, the driving part cannot be pushed by the safety shaft to move by the driving part, the conveying part can be prevented from backing when the continuous hair clip applier is normally used, and the driving part can be prevented from pushing the conveying part to move forwards or backwards due to misoperation; set up in the guide way bottom of binding clip the anticreep hole, the projection in the closure clamp outside wears to locate the anticreep hole makes the binding clip can be gripped the closure clamp, just the closure clamp is difficult for droing, the continuous hair clip applier is right the grasp and the release of hemostatic forceps are more stable, and the operation is more smooth and easy. The invention has simple structure, easy realization, low cost and convenient popularization.
Detailed Description
In this embodiment, the clip applier is taken as an example, and the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to specific embodiments and drawings.
Referring to fig. 1,2, 3, 4 and 5, a continuous hair clip applier 100 provided by an embodiment of the present invention includes a pushing handle 10, a tube rod 20, a clip head 30 mounted at the front end of the tube rod 20, a feeding device disposed in the tube rod 20, a push-pull rod 60 and a storage bin 50, where the feeding device includes a conveying member 41 and a driving member 42 pushing the conveying member 41 to move; the proximal front end of the tube rod 20 is provided with a shaft lever 31, the shaft lever 31 is used for fixing the clamp head 30, the conveying member 41 is provided with a strip-shaped through slot 411, two side slot walls of the strip-shaped through slot 411 are provided with at least one pair of protruding anti-backspacing clips 412, the shaft lever 31 passes through the two ends of the strip-shaped through slot 411 and is fixed on the tube rod 20, the tail end diameter of the anti-backspacing clips 412 is smaller than the diameter of the shaft lever 31, and the shaft lever 31 is elastically clamped between the two anti-backspacing clips 412 after the conveying member 41 pushes the closing clips so as to prevent the conveying member 41 from backspacing.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the side of the continuous clip applier close to the clip head 30 is a front end, and the side opposite to the front end is a rear end.
Specifically, a plurality of closing clips are placed in the storage bin 50, the storage bin 50 is movably connected with the clamp head 30, the front end of the push-pull rod 60 is connected to the rear end of the storage bin 50, the rear end of the push-pull rod 60 is connected to the pushing handle 10, and the pushing handle 10 enables the storage bin 50 to move back and forth through the push-pull rod 60, so that the clamp head 30 is controlled to be opened or closed; the front end of the conveying member 41 extends into the storage bin 50, the rear end of the conveying member 41 is meshed with the driving member 42 through gears, the driving member 42 pushes the conveying member 41 to move towards the front end of the storage bin 50, and the conveying member 41 pushes out the closing clamp in the storage bin 50 to the clamp head 30.
Further, the storage bin 50 includes a front bin and a rear bin, the front bin extends to the opening of the clamp head 30, an upper lip 52 and a lower lip 53 are disposed at the connection of the front bin and the rear bin, the upper lip 52 and the lower lip 53 are disposed at the upper portion and the lower portion of the front bin respectively, a space is formed between the upper portion and the lower portion of the front bin and the top and the bottom of the front bin, strip-shaped side grooves are formed in the left side and the right side of the rear bin, the front bin and the rear bin are integrally formed, and the rear end of the rear bin is connected to the front end of the push-pull rod 60 in a threaded manner.
Further, the clamp head 30 includes a pair of opposite clamp arms, the tail ends of the clamp arms are provided with clamp tails, the inner sides of the clamp arms are provided with guide grooves, the guide grooves are configured to extend from the front bin, the anti-falling holes 33 are formed in the near top ends of the bottoms of the guide grooves, the outer sides of the closing clamps are provided with convex columns, the conveying parts 41 push the closing clamps to slide into the guide grooves from the opening of the front bin, and the closing clamps are opened under the action of self tension, so that the convex columns of the outer side walls of the closing clamps are clamped in the anti-falling holes 33.
Specifically, the closed clamp is placed in the front bin, the conveying piece 41 pushes the closed clamp out of the opening of the front bin, the closed clamp opens to be V-shaped under the action of self tension, the convex column on the outer side wall of the closed clamp slides towards the front end of the clamp head 30 along the bottom of the guide groove, when the convex column reaches the anti-falling hole 33, the convex column is clamped in the anti-falling hole 33 under the action of self tension, and the clamp head 30 firmly clamps the closed clamp, so that the closed clamp is not easy to fall off.
Further, the conveying member 41 includes a push rod and a hollow cavity, the push rod 60 is accommodated in the hollow cavity, two sides of the front end of the hollow cavity are provided with side bars extending along the axial direction of the hollow cavity, and the side bars penetrate into the side grooves; the ejector rod is connected to the top end of the side edge strip, the strip-shaped through slot 411 extends along the length direction of the ejector rod, the anti-back-off clips 412 are arranged in pairs, and the anti-back-off clips 412 extend from the inner side wall of the strip-shaped through slot 411 and extend along the conveying direction of the closing clip; the top end of the anti-back-off clip 412 is provided with a protrusion, the protrusion points to the inside of the strip-shaped through slot 411, and the distance between two opposite protrusions is smaller than the diameter of the shaft rod 31. The protrusions are semi-cylindrical or pyramidal, and the cylindrical or conical surfaces of the protrusions are surfaces in contact with the shaft 31.
Further, the pliers arm includes a flat mounting portion 34, the two mounting portions 34 are respectively disposed in the intervals between the upper lip 52 and the lower lip 53 and the front bin, the pliers tail has a shaft hole and an oblique hole, the shaft rod 31 is disposed in the shaft hole in a penetrating manner, the pair of oblique holes are respectively disposed at the rear ends of the two mounting portions 34 and are intersected from outside to inside, and the rotating shaft 32 is disposed in the oblique hole in a penetrating manner.
Further, the front bin is provided with a long through hole 51 and a round hole, the long through hole 51 extends along the length direction of the front bin, the shaft lever 31 is penetrated in the strip-shaped through slot 411 of the conveying member 41, the long through hole 51 of the front bin and the shaft hole of the mounting part 34, and two ends of the shaft lever 31 are respectively and fixedly connected to the upper side wall and the lower side wall of the pipe rod 20; the rotating shaft 32 is inserted into the strip-shaped through slot 411 of the conveying member 41, the round hole of the front bin and the inclined hole of the mounting portion 34, and two ends of the rotating shaft 32 are fixedly connected to the upper lip 52 and the lower lip 53, respectively.
Specifically, the length of the long through hole 51 is the same as the length of the push-pull rod 60 driving the storage bin 50 to move, when the storage bin 50 moves to the rear end, the rotating rod moves along with the storage bin 50 to the rear end, and the shaft rod 31 does not move along with the movement of the storage bin 50, so that the rotating rod moves to the rear end of the mounting portion 34 in the inclined hole, and the clamp head 30 is closed.
Specifically, the anti-back-off clips 412 are disposed on the inner side walls of the strip-shaped through slots 411 in pairs, the number and the interval of the anti-back-off clips 412 correspond to the number and the length of the closing clips disposed in the storage bin 50, each time a closing clip is pushed, the ejector rod moves a corresponding distance toward the front end, the shaft rod 31 passes through the gap between the protrusions on the top ends of the opposite pair of anti-back-off clips 412, and the protrusions block the ejector rod from back-off.
Further, the driver 42 comprises a gear assembly 421, the gear assembly 421 comprising a gear and a wheel handle remote from the gear side; the rear end of the conveying member 41 is provided with a toothed bar 413, the pushing handle 10 is connected with a mounting tube 11, a rack groove is formed in the mounting tube 11 at a position corresponding to the toothed bar 413, and the gear extends into the rack groove and is meshed with the toothed bar 413; the gear assembly 421 is mounted on the mounting tube 11 by a fixing shaft 425 and a safety shaft, and the gear assembly 421 rotates around the fixing shaft 425, and the safety shaft is used for locking or unlocking the gear assembly 421.
Further, the gear assembly 421 has a first fixing hole and an arc-shaped through hole, and the arc-shaped through hole is in the same direction as the gear and is disposed between the gear and the first fixing hole; the rack groove is provided with two fixing pieces which extend outwards from two sides respectively, the gear assembly 421 is arranged between the two fixing pieces, the fixing pieces are provided with second fixing holes and safety holes, the positions of the second fixing holes correspond to the positions of the first fixing holes, and the positions of the safety holes correspond to the positions of the arc-shaped through holes; a fixed shaft 425 is arranged in the first fixed hole and the second fixed hole in a penetrating way, and the gear assembly 421 rotates by taking the fixed shaft 425 as an axis; the safety shaft is arranged in the safety hole and the arc-shaped through hole in a penetrating way, and when the gear assembly 421 rotates, the arc-shaped through hole passes through the safety hole when rotating.
Further, the safety shaft includes an elastic member 424, and a base 422 and a shaft pin 423 disposed opposite to each other, where the shaft pin 423 is screwed in the base 422, and the shaft pin 423 and the top end of the outer side of the base 422 each have a protruding edge, and the elastic member 424 is disposed between the base 422 and the fixing member.
Specifically, when a closing clip is placed in the continuous clip applier and the blood vessel is gripped by the closing clip using the push handle 10, the safety shaft is locked so that the driving member 42 cannot move, preventing erroneous operation during the operation. When the closing clip needs to be pushed, the safety shaft is opened, the gear assembly 421 is rotated, and the conveying member 41 pushes the closing clip to move toward the binding clip 30.
Specifically, the gear assembly 421 is marked with a position where the gear rotates, and after the gear rotates by a corresponding arc, the conveying member 41 is moved by a corresponding distance toward the front end, so as to push the closure clip out of the storage bin 50.
Further, a plurality of closing clips are placed in the front bin, the rear end of the push-pull rod 60 is connected to the pushing handle 10 and moves under the pushing of the pushing handle 10, the front end of the push-pull rod 60 is movably connected to the rear end of the rear bin, and the front end of the front bin is connected to the clamp head 30 and enables the clamp head 30 to be opened or closed; the conveying member 41 extends into the front bin, a groove is formed in the top end of the conveying member 41, the groove is clamped on a protrusion at the rear end of the closing clip, and the closing clip is sequentially pushed to the clamp head 30.
In the continuous clip applier, the shaft rod 31 and the rotating shaft 32 are inserted into the strip-shaped through slot 411 of the conveying member 41, and the protrusions at the top ends of the anti-back-off clips 412 in the strip-shaped through slot 411 have a blocking effect on the shaft rod 31 and the rotating shaft 32, so that the conveying member 41 is not easy to move reversely after moving towards the clip head 30, and the conveying member 41 is prevented from backing, and meanwhile, the safety shaft locks the driving member 42, so that the driving member 42 cannot push the conveying member 41 to move, thereby preventing the conveying member 41 from backing when the continuous clip applier is normally used, and preventing the driving member 42 from pushing the conveying member 41 to advance or backing due to misoperation; the anti-falling hole 33 is formed in the bottom of the guide groove of the clamp head 30, the convex column on the outer side of the closed clamp penetrates through the anti-falling hole 33, so that the clamp head 30 can be firmly clamped by the closed clamp, the closed clamp is not easy to fall off, and the continuous clip applier is more stable in gripping and releasing of the hemostatic forceps and smoother in operation. The invention has simple structure, easy realization, low cost and convenient popularization.
