Emergency unlocking principle:
when the control circuit 70 controls the motor to fail, an operator inserts a mechanical key into the emergency unlocking lock cylinder 61 and reverses the key, the emergency unlocking lock cylinder 61 drives the emergency unlocking rotating shaft 62 to reverse, one end of the emergency unlocking rotating shaft 62 drives the driven gear 24 to reverse by pressing the driving protrusion 243 of the driving groove 242, the driven gear 24 rotates to drive the driving gear 23 to rotate forward by gear pair transmission, meanwhile, the convex column 241 on the driven gear 24 can move in the sliding groove 211 of the locking piece 21 and press the side wall of the sliding groove 211 to drive the locking piece 21 to move towards the direction far away from the rocker hole 11, when the locking piece 21 is completely separated from the rocker hole 11 and does not shield the rocker hole 11, at this time, the driven gear 24 rotates 90 °. An operator rotates forwards by 90 degrees to reset the emergency unlocking lock cylinder 61 and extracts the mechanical key, and the emergency unlocking rotating shaft 62 is reset by 90 degrees in a forward rotation mode relative to the hollow stroke in the driving groove 242, namely the driven gear 24 is static, and the emergency unlocking rotating shaft 62 moves to avoid the driven gear 24. At this time, the operator can insert the rocker to operate the earthing knife switch.
The emergency locking process is basically the same as the emergency unlocking process, and is not described again.
And (3) exception problem processing:
1. pressing button 90 detects that the earthing switch is not electrified, and if the rocker is not inserted after the locking member 21 is opened: after a certain delay, the blocking member 21 will be reset; manual advancing back of the closure member 21 may also be achieved by depressing the button 90 again;
2. after the earthing knife-switch is operated, the rocker is pulled out, and the rocker is inserted again before the lockset is unlocked, and the detection component 40 is triggered: each time the detection assembly 40 is released, i.e. the rocker is pulled out, the delay timing is carried out as the initial moment of the delay locking;
3. after the grounding switch has been operated, the rocker does not completely pull out the lock, i.e. stops in a position in which it can block the blocking member 21, and the triggering of the detection assembly 40 has been released: the lockset carries out locking action after a certain time delay, but the locking piece 21 is blocked by the rocker and cannot be closed, the indicator light buzzer carries out alarm prompt, the lockset does not become a locking state and stops acting after being repeatedly carried out for three times, if the lockset needs to be recovered, the rocker is pulled out, the button 90 is pressed, the locking action can be carried out again, and the locking state is recovered;
4. button 90 will be deactivated upon detection of rocker insertion by detection assembly 40;
5. the earthing knife-switch is electroless, and the button 90 is pressed and the lock can not be unlocked: the emergency unlocking key is used for rotating to unlock, the state of the lock is changed, the grounding switch detection circuit is activated, whether the grounding switch is electrified or not is judged, and the emergency unlocking key can normally complete unlocking if no electricity exists;
6. the earthing knife-switch has electricity, uses the urgent unlocking key to unlock: when the state of the lock is changed, the grounding switch detection circuit is activated to judge whether the grounding switch is electrified or not, the control circuit 70 sends an instruction to enable the lock to perform locking action, the lock performs locking and drives the emergency unlocking key to rotate reversely, and meanwhile, the indicator lamp buzzer performs alarm prompting.
It should be noted that, a plurality in the above embodiments means at least two.

Claims (10)

1. A rocker hole latching lockset, comprising:
a housing assembly (10), the housing assembly (10) having a rocker hole (11) into which a rocker is inserted;
the locking assembly (20) is movably arranged in the shell assembly (10) and has a locking state for shielding the rocker hole (11) and an unlocking state for avoiding the rocker hole (11);
a plurality of retainer rings (30), the retainer rings (30) being detachably disposed in the rocker holes (11), the retainer rings (30) having insertion holes (31), the insertion holes (31) communicating with the rocker holes (11), the insertion holes (31) of each retainer ring (30) having diameters that are not identical, different retainer rings (30) being selectively installed in the housing assembly (10) to cooperate with rockers of different diameters;
the detection assembly (40) is movably arranged at the position of the limiting ring (30) and extends into the jack (31), and the rocker is inserted into the jack (31) to trigger the detection assembly (40).
2. Rocker hole locking lock according to claim 1, characterized in that the plug hole (31) is arranged coaxially to the rocker hole (11), and that a part of the detection unit (40) is radially movably arranged through the stop ring (30).

The rocker hole latching lock according to claim 1, further comprising a plurality of sleeves (50), the sleeves (50) being axially arranged with the retainer ring (30), and the through holes (51) of the sleeves (50) being of the same diameter as the insertion holes (31) of the retainer ring (30).

The rocker hole latch lock according to claim 4, characterized in that the latch assembly (20) comprises a latch member (21), the latch member (21) protrudes into the rocker hole (11) to shield the rocker hole (11), the sleeve (50) and the retainer ring (30) are respectively located on opposite sides of the latch member (21) in the axial direction of the rocker hole (11), and the latch member (21) is located closer to an end of the rocker hole (11) into which the rocker is inserted than the retainer ring (30).
6. The rocker hole latching lock according to claim 1, characterized in that said detection assembly (40) comprises:
the stop pin (41) penetrates through the limiting ring (30) and can extend into or withdraw from the jack (31);
the trigger switch (42) is positioned on the motion path of the stop pin (41), the rocker presses the stop pin (41) to withdraw from the insertion hole (31) when being inserted into the insertion hole (31), and the stop pin (41) triggers the trigger switch (42);
the resetting piece (43) is abutted to the stop pin (41), and provides resetting force extending into the insertion hole (31) for the stop pin (41).
7. The rocker hole latching lock according to claim 1, characterized in that said latching assembly (20) comprises:
a latch member (21), the latch member (21) being movably disposed within the housing assembly (10), the latch member (21) extending into the rocker hole (11) and blocking passage of the rocker through the rocker hole (11) when the latch assembly (20) is in the latched state, the latch member (21) exiting the rocker hole (11) when the latch assembly (20) is in the unlatched state, the rocker being passable through the rocker hole (11);
a drive member (22);
a transmission assembly in driving connection with the driving member (22) and the locking member (21), wherein the driving member (22) drives the locking member (21) to extend into or withdraw from the rocker hole (11) through the transmission assembly.
8. The rocker hole latching latch of claim 7, wherein said drive assembly comprises:
the driving gear (23), the driving gear (23) is in driving connection with the output shaft of the driving piece (22);
the driven gear (24) is meshed with the driving gear (23), the driven gear (24) is provided with a convex column (241), the locking piece (21) is provided with a sliding groove (211), the length direction of the sliding groove (211) is not parallel to the moving direction of the locking piece (21), and the convex column (241) is located in the sliding groove (211) and extrudes the inner wall of the sliding groove (211) to drive the locking piece (21) to move.
9. The rocker hole latch lock according to claim 8, further comprising an emergency unlatching assembly (60), said emergency unlatching assembly (60) comprising:
an emergency unlocking cylinder (61);
