本实用新型涉及煤矿液压支架控制系统的交替单向阀。
背景技术
交替单向阀是液压支架控制系统中应用较为广泛的液压元件之一，在液压支架的液压系统中，当液压缸的一个工作腔需要用两条进液管交替供液，而这两条进液管又不能连通时就需要利用交替单向阀，它用于综采工作面液压支架油缸联动与差动回路。现有交替单向阀结构较为简单，但存在一缺点：与阀芯两端密封的两个零件的密封面加工精度要求很高，加工难度较大，成品率不高。这无疑增加了交替单向阀的加工成本。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的在于提供一种结构简单，零件加工难度和维修成本相对较低的交替单向阀。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型采取的解决方案是：交替单向阀，它包括阀体、阀体上开设有阀腔、P1进液孔、A出液孔，接头组件上开设P2进液孔。P1进液孔、P2进液孔、A出液孔与阀腔相通，其中P1进液孔、P2进液孔分别与两条进液管相连，A孔通过胶管与千斤顶一腔相连。所述阀腔内设有压盖、阀套、阀芯、弹簧和接头组件，阀芯左端与压盖锥面密封，阀芯右端与接头组件锥面密封，密封都采用硬密封，阀芯材质选用黄铜，在交替单向阀维修当中可以直接更换阀芯而保存其他关键件，阀芯的加工相对简单，精度也容易保证，节省了维修成本。

参见图1，交替单向阀，它包括阀体1、阀体上开设有阀腔7、P1进液孔8、A出液孔10。接头组件6上开设P2进液孔9，P1进液孔8、P2进液孔9、A出液孔10与阀腔7相通，其中P1进液孔8、P2进液孔9分别与两条进液管相连，A出液孔10通过胶管与千斤顶一腔相连。所述阀腔7内设有压盖2、阀套3、阀芯4、弹簧5和接头组件6，阀芯4左端与压盖2锥面密封，阀芯4右端与接头组件6锥面密封，密封都采用硬密封，阀芯4材质选用黄铜。

1.一种交替单向阀，它包括阀体(1)、阀体上开设有阀腔(7)、P1进液孔(8)、A出液孔(10);接头组件（6）上开设P2进液孔（9），P1进液孔(8)、P2进液孔(9)、A出液孔(10)与阀腔(7)相通，其中P1进液孔(8)、P2进液孔(9)分别与两条进液管相连，A出液孔(10)通过胶管与千斤顶一腔相连;所述阀腔(7)内设有压盖(2)、阀套(3)、阀芯(4)、弹簧(5)和接头组件(6)，阀芯(4)左端与压盖(2)锥面密封，阀芯(4)右端与接头组件(6)锥面密封，密封都采用硬密封，阀芯(4)材质选用黄铜。
