Abstract
一种机舱底架和主轴的连接结构,包括主轴和机舱底架,所述机舱底架在与主轴连接的位置设置有同轴的第一、第二轴承座,所述主轴通过两轴承安装于机舱底架上,两轴承座内径分别与对应安装的轴承外圈相配合。本实用新型采用两个主轴轴承支撑主轴的结构。其中前主轴轴承为圆柱滚子轴承,主要承受径向载荷;后主轴轴承为双列圆锥滚子轴承,主要承受以径向载荷为主的径向与轴向联合载荷。本实用新型可以承载更大的径向及轴向载荷,并且又不需要轴承做的太大。本实用新型机舱底架上前、后两个轴承座与机舱底座是一体式的,可以保证前、后两个轴承座的同轴度等形位公差,最终使得整个结构能够优化风力发电机的载荷承载路径,大大缓解传动链所受的载荷。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于风力发电技术领域,特别是涉及一种机舱底架和主轴的连接结构。
背景技术
在如今安装的风力发电机中,有75%~80%采用的是主轴轴承支撑原理,也就是主轴承的内圈安装在旋转的主轴上,外圈安装在固定的轴承座里。主轴起支承轮毂及叶片,传递扭矩到增速箱的作用。主轴轴承主要承受径向力,其性能的好坏不仅对传递效率有影响,而且也决定了主传动链的维护成本,所以要求具有良好的调心性能、抗振性能和运转平稳性。大容量的风力发电机由于具有更大直径的风轮,所以可以捕获更多的风能。但它所受的风的载荷以及自身的重量也会相应变大。这就使得在设计大容量风力发电机时,需要对它的主轴支撑结构进行特殊设计。现有的机舱底架与主轴间一般采用一个轴承支撑,其稳定性差。尤其是大容量风力发电机更不适用。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明提供一种机舱底架和主轴的连接结构,它通过改变机舱底架的结构,使得主轴与机舱底架的连接更加稳固。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种机舱底架与主轴的连接结构,包括主轴和机舱底架,所述机舱底架在与主轴连接的位置设置有同轴的第一、第二轴承座,所述主轴通过两轴承安装于机舱底架上,两轴承座内径分别与对应安装的轴承外圈相配合。
进一步地,所述第一轴承座内设置圆柱滚子轴承。
进一步地,所述第二轴承座内设置双列圆锥滚子轴承。
本发明的有益效果为:
1.本发明采用两个主轴轴承支撑主轴的结构。其中前主轴轴承为圆柱滚子轴承,主要承受径向载荷;后主轴轴承为双列圆锥滚子轴承,主要承受以径向载荷为主的径向与轴向联合载荷。双主轴轴承支撑主轴的结构可以承载更大的径向及轴向载荷,并且又不需要轴承做的太大。
2.本发明机舱底架上前、后两个轴承座与机舱底座是一体式的。这样,可以通过后续的机械加工保证前、后两个轴承座的同轴度等形位公差,最终使得整个结构能够优化风力发电机的载荷承载路径,大大缓解传动链所受的载荷。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例和附图对本发明作进一步详述。
实施例: 参见图1,一种机舱底架与主轴的连接结构,包括主轴4和机舱底架3,所述机舱底架3在与主轴4连接的位置设置有第一、第二轴承座31、32,所述主轴4通过两轴承安装于机舱底架3上,两轴承座内径分别与对应安装的轴承外圈相配合。
所述第一轴承座31内设置圆柱滚子轴承1。参见图3,此类轴承负荷能力大,主要承受径向负荷。在圆柱滚子轴承1中,滚动体为圆柱形滚子,滚子与滚道为线接触或修下线接触,径向承载能力大,适用于承受重负荷与冲击负荷。轴承内圈或外圈可分离,便于安装和拆卸。
所述第二轴承座32内设置双列圆锥滚子轴承2。参见图2,此类轴承主要用于承受以径向载荷为主的径向与轴向联合载荷,并且能够限制轴沿一个方向的轴向位移。在双列圆锥滚子轴承2中,滚动体为圆锥形滚子,内、外圈均具有锥形滚道,轴承承载能力取决于外圈的滚道角度,角度越大承载能力越大。
参见图2,本发明中的机舱底架3为球墨铸铁件,第一、第二主轴轴承座31、32与机舱底架3是一体铸造出来的。通过后续的机械加工,可以很好地控制两个轴承座的同轴度等形位公差,这样就可以保证两个主轴轴承与第一、第二轴承座31、32及主轴4的装配精度,确保整机的平稳运转。
参见图1-4,本发明在装配时,先将主轴4倒立置于平地,接着加热圆柱滚子轴承1的内圈13,安装在主轴4上,再组装滚子12、保持架14和外圈11。然后加热机舱底架3的后主轴轴承座位置,再把后主轴轴承安装于轴承座内。最后,同时加热第二轴承座32及双列圆锥滚子轴承2的内圈23,待达到预定温度后,把机舱底架3整体吊起,落置于主轴4之上,待温度冷却后,整个装配完成。

1.一种机舱底架和主轴的连接结构,包括主轴和机舱底架,其特征在于:所述机舱底架在与主轴连接的位置设置有同轴的第一、第二轴承座,所述主轴通过两轴承安装于机舱底架上,两轴承座内径分别与对应安装的轴承外圈相配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述机舱底架和主轴的连接结构,其特征在于:所述第一轴承座内设置圆柱滚子轴承。
3.根据权利要求1所述机舱底架和主轴的连接结构,其特征在于:所述第二轴承座内设置双列圆锥滚子轴承。
