本发明涉及一种窗户升降器中用于支持窗玻璃的组件。
背景技术
这种组件在机动车辆所使用的传统缆索牵引式窗户升降器中是公知的组成部分。这些窗户升降器通常具有两个导轨,所述导轨例如安装在车门中,并且用于支持窗玻璃的组件在各种情况下附装到所述导轨;该支持组件可以是支架,或者该组件的支持板可以是支架的一部分。窗玻璃的下边缘被夹持在两个支持组件中,使得窗玻璃能在车门中移动。其缺点在于:在库存中通常必须保存四种不同形式的支持组件,即对于车辆左侧的前导轨、车辆右侧的前导轨、车辆左侧的后导轨和车辆右侧的后导轨各准备一种形式的支持组件。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于对窗户升降器中用于支持窗玻璃的组件进行改进,使得不管安装位置如何,都仅需一种形式的支持组件。
为此,本发明提供一种窗户升降器中用于支持窗玻璃的支持组件,该支持组件包括基体和夹爪,在所述基体中设置至少一个圆弧状的细长孔,并且所述夹爪附装到所述基体且具有与所述细长孔接合的引导部。所述引导部设置在夹爪上或是夹爪的一部分,并且可以在所述细长孔内移动,使得夹爪能够以不同的倾角附装到基体。因为所述细长孔为圆弧状,所以即使最微小的倾角变化在此也能够实现。由于不再需要生产不同形式的支持组件并且不再需要为了安装而保存不同形式的支持组件,而仅仅需要一种形式的支持组件,所以导致窗户升降器的成本降低。
优选地,引导部是与夹爪一体形成的销。销的一体化设计保证稳定的夹爪和引导部单元,尤其是在夹爪是弯曲金属片部件时也是如此。
优选地,止动盘具有圆形外表面,窗玻璃能够与该圆形外表面相接触。因为其上设置止动盘的紧固螺栓到窗玻璃边缘的间隔是恒定的,所以由于所述圆形接触表面,窗玻璃能够以任何方向靠在止动盘的外表面处。
例如,有夹持橡胶件设置在所述基体与夹爪之间。该夹持橡胶件防止金属片制成的基体或夹爪与窗玻璃直接接触。任何直接接触可能导致窗玻璃的局部过载并造成破坏。
夹持橡胶件优选地具有带两个腿部的U形横截面,其中一个腿部与所述基体平面地接触,而另一个腿部紧固到所述夹爪。
夹持橡胶件紧固到夹爪的那个腿部优选地设置有钩状边缘部分,使得夹持橡胶件固定在夹爪上。
根据优选实施例,基体具有两个相互对置的细长孔,这些细长孔的曲率中心与所述夹爪在基体上的固定轴线重合。所述夹爪借助紧固螺栓紧固到基体的点与所述引导部之间的间隔总是保持相同。由于细长孔的曲率中心与所述夹爪在基体上的固定轴线重合,所述夹爪能以旋转180度的状态紧固到支持组件,使得该支持组件例如既能用于车辆左侧的前导轨上也能用于车辆右侧的前导轨上。这导致窗玻璃的成本降低。
所述支持组件可以是支架,也就是该支持组件自身具有能在该窗户升降器的导轨中移动的滑动部分。作为替换方案,该支持组件可以紧固到中间部件,该中间部件自身具有滑动部分并可在所述窗户升降器的导轨中移动。

具体实施方式
在图1、图2和图3中示出窗户升降器中用于支持窗玻璃的组件。该组件的基本构件是基体10和夹爪12。基体10和夹爪12都是模压的弯曲金属片部件。
基体10具有本体部分14和滑动部分16。滑动部分16设置为可移动地附装在窗户升降器的导轨中。滑动件(未示出)通常插入滑动部分16中,所述滑动件由塑料制成并用于在导轨上以低的摩擦和噪音引导基体10。
在未示出的一种实施方式中,支持组件也可以紧固到包括滑动部分16并能在窗户升降器的导轨中移动的中间部件,从而代替支持组件自身包括滑动部分16的方式(如文中所示),从而成为窗户升降器支架的支架(如在此所示出的)。
基体10设置有孔18,该孔具有螺纹并用于容纳紧固螺栓20。基体10具有两个圆弧状的细长孔22,所述细长孔22相互对置并且具有曲率中心M,该曲率中心M与夹爪12借助紧固螺栓20固定在基体10上的固定轴线重合(参看图1)。在此,细长孔22是穿孔,其宽度选择为使得夹爪12的引导部24能接合相应的细长孔22。
夹爪12在相对于图1的下边缘处具有前述的引导部24。该引导部24(具体参见图3)与夹爪12一体地形成并且具有销的形状,使得引导部在穿过细长孔22后从本体部分14突出。
在夹爪12上设置有穿孔26,紧固螺栓20能穿过该穿孔。
在相对于图1的上边缘处,夹爪12设置有形成为凸起的倒钩28。夹爪12的平面向外弯曲的边指向穿孔26。
设有U形夹持橡胶件30,其具有两个腿部32和34,一个腿部32具有钩状边缘部分(图4)。该钩状边缘部分与夹爪12上的倒钩28配合,使得夹持橡胶件30可靠地保持在夹爪12上。
但是,夹持橡胶件30的第二腿部34构造成具有平面形状并在安装状态下靠在基体10上。基体10在夹持橡胶件30的平面腿部34所能倚靠的区域处也是平面的,使得没有突出物等妨碍夹持橡胶件30旋转。
在这两个腿部32和34之间,夹持橡胶件30具有平坦底部36,在已装配的状态下窗玻璃37靠在平坦底部36处。
带有圆形外表面的止动盘38具有中心开口40,紧固螺栓20穿过该中心开口。在已装配的状态中,止动盘38设置在基体10与夹爪12之间,且夹持橡胶件30紧靠在止动盘38的所述外表面处。
图2和图3示出处于已装配状态下的支持组件。夹持橡胶件30的钩状边缘部分紧固到夹爪12的倒钩28,并且夹爪12的引导部24穿过基体10中的细长孔22。在附装紧固螺栓20时,该紧固螺栓穿过基体10中的孔18,然后穿过止动盘38的开口40,接着穿过夹爪12的穿孔26。窗玻璃37被引入在夹持橡胶件30的两个腿部32和34之间的间隙中,使得窗玻璃37的下边缘靠在夹持橡胶件30的底部36处。夹持橡胶件30的底部36靠在止动盘38处,并且夹持橡胶件30由于止动盘38的圆形外表面而进行自我调整。
由于引导部24能以不同的取向设置在圆弧状的细长孔22中,所以夹爪12能够以任何倾角附装到基体10。此外,夹持橡胶件30的底部36在大多数位置可以紧靠止动盘38的圆形外表面。
图5示出:夹爪12既能附装到基体10的下部细长孔22’(根据图5),又能(旋转到180度)附装到基体10的上部细长孔22,使得该支持组件既能附装到车辆左侧或右侧的前导轨又能附装到车辆侧部的后导轨。
Claims (12)
1.一种窗户升降器中用于支持窗玻璃的组件,其特征在于,包括基体(10)和夹爪(12),在所述基体中设置有至少一个弧形的细长孔(22),所述夹爪附装到所述基体(10)并且具有与所述细长孔(22)接合的引导部(24)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组件,其特征在于,所述引导部(24)是与所述夹爪(12)一体形成的销。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的组件,其特征在于,设置有紧固螺栓(20),所述夹爪(12)借助所述紧固螺栓附装到所述基体(10),并且在所述紧固螺栓(20)上设置有止动盘(38),所述止动盘(38)用作夹持在所述基体(10)与所述夹爪(12)之间的窗玻璃(37)的止动装置。
4.根据权利要求3所述的组件,其特征在于,所述止动盘(38)具有圆形外表面,所述窗玻璃(37)能与所述圆形外表面接触。
5.根据权利要求1所述的组件,其特征在于,设置有夹持橡胶件(30),所述夹持橡胶件设置在所述基体(10)与所述夹爪(12)之间。
6.根据权利要求5所述的组件,其特征在于,所述夹持橡胶件(30)具有带两个腿部(32、34)的U形横截面,其中一个腿部与所述基体(10)平面地接触,而另一个腿部紧固到所述夹爪(12)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的组件,其特征在于,所述夹持橡胶件(30)紧固到所述夹爪(12)的腿部(32)设置有钩状边缘部分。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的组件,其特征在于,在所述两个腿部(32、34)之间设置有平坦底部。
9.根据权利要求1、2、4-7中任一项所述的组件,其特征在于,所述基体(10)具有两个相互对置的细长孔(22),这些细长孔的曲率中心与所述夹爪(12)固定到所述基体(10)上的固定轴线重合。
10.根据权利要求3所述的组件,其特征在于,所述基体(10)具有两个相互对置的细长孔(22),这些细长孔的曲率中心与所述夹爪(12)固定到所述基体(10)上的固定轴线重合。
11.根据权利要求1、2、4-7和10中任一项所述的组件,其特征在于,所述组件是窗户升降器系统的支架。
