Description

轮辋和具有承载支撑的轮辋总成
本发明涉及一种整体安装的轮辋,用于具有一径向胎体和一轮胎胎冠支撑环的轮胎,所述轮胎构成一滚动总成,特别适于用在比要求的压力低的充气压力下的滚动状态,甚至所述的工作压力变为零。本发明还涉及所述的总成。

该两个支座直径的不同使其不需要靠近该大直径第二轮辋支座处具有安装槽,该第二轮辋支座的轴向内端由一小的或零高度的凸棱与胎冠支撑件的支撑面连接。该总成的承载支撑件,是用能够承受变为椭圆形的变形的弹性材料制造的,并且能够固定在该承载支撑面上,轴向宽度可以等于两个轮胎胎冠之间轴向距离。所述胎冠承载支撑件,象它的名称所意味的,起着防止该胎冠折叠的作用,这样尽管充气不足或没有充气也允许该轮胎在可行的弯曲程度上滚动,同时将该轮胎的胎边牢固地保持在其轮毂支座上的位置。
一种如上所述的滚动总成,具有一胎冠承载支撑件,并且实际上必须具有一支承件,在没有安全部件时,当在恶化条件下,即轮胎的充气压力变得很低或为零滚动时,该支撑件是必须的。
为了避免安装和使用没有胎冠承载支撑件的的滚动总成,本发明提供了一种轮辋,包括两个直径不同的轮辋支座,该支座向外倾斜,并由两个小高度的突起轴向向外延伸,该较小直径的轮辋支座借助一截锥部件轴向向内连接一承载支撑面,该较大直径的轮辋支座由一小的或零高度的凸棱连接在胎冠支撑面的内边,它们的轴向内壁具有一个母线,它相对于旋转轴线构成一径向和轴向向外边敞开的等于30°的夹角,其特征在于所述凸棱具有的轴向宽度至多等于所述第二支座轴向宽度的轴向内壁,其环向上提供有至少两个小尺寸横向槽。
支座“向外倾斜”理解为一支座,其轴向内边边缘的直径大于轴向外边边缘的直径。同样,该轮辋支座的直径是具有其最大直径的边缘的直径。“小高度”的突起,考虑到与该轮辋尺寸以及固定于该轮辋上的轮胎尺寸有关,理解为意味着这一突起,其高度至多是该轮辋支撑面最小直径的2.5%。同样,小高度的凸棱高度最多等于是该轮辋支撑面最小直径的2.5%。
由于结合了倾斜和截锥部件的凹部,该截锥部件将该胎冠支撑件与该轮辋支座轴向内端连接,上述轮辋不能满足充气的轮胎所需的基本气密性。
由于通常希望该滚动总成尽可能轻地构成,其优点是提供了一种安装轮辋,同时具有位于较小直径的支座边上的环形槽,它将该支撑件的支撑面分为两个不同的区域。该胎冠支撑件可具有等于该两个轮胎胎冠内壁之间间距的轴向宽度,并被安装在该轮辋支撑面的整个宽度上。所述支承件还具有一较小宽度,并且如FR99/10108所描述,只被安装在最靠近较大直径轮辋支座支承面区域上。在后者的情况下,所述支承件具有基部,该基部设置于带有突起物的径向内面,在安装中,它进入在轮辋支撑面上的槽,与靠近具有较大直径的轮辋支座区域端部相比,所述的槽更靠近具有较小直径支座一边的支撑区域的端部。无论其轴向宽度,在安装中该胎冠支撑件轴向向外推动有较大直径的胎边,使得所述胎边在其轮辋支座上自动定位。
由此,在邻近较大直径轮辋支座的凸棱内边与该轮辋支撑面的端部之间径向,由小尺寸环形槽获得轮胎支撑总成安装的良好控制。当大尺寸轮胎胎边要在轮辋上移动时,其可在所述槽中被轻微地挡住。该推力产生的阻力起到指示所述胎边到位的信号,由于该轮辋的轴向外突起,随后是所表示的第二阻力。
本发明将通过结合附图对一个总成的非限定实施例说明而更好地理解,该总成具有一轮车轮轮辋和一固定轮胎的支撑件。在附图中:

Claims (6)

1、一种车轮轮辋J,具有两个直径不同的轮辋支座(11、12),该支座向外倾斜,并由两个小高度的突起(21、22)轴向向外延伸,该较小直径的轮辋支座(11)借助一截锥部件(31)轴向向内连接一承载支撑面(5),该较大直径的轮辋支座(12)由一小的凸棱(6)轴向连接在胎冠支撑面(5)的内边,它们的轴向内壁(60)具有一个母线,它相对于旋转轴线构成一向径向内和轴向向外边敞开的等于30°的夹角β,其特征在于所述凸棱(6)具有的轴向内壁(60),其轴向宽度L6至多等于第二支座12轴向宽度L12,该凸棱(6)在环向上提供有至少两个小尺寸横向槽(7)。
2、根据权利要求1的轮辋,其特征在于,该安装轮辋J的支撑面(5)被一位于较小直径支座(11)边上的环向槽(8)轴向分为两个支撑区域(51)和(52)。
3、根据权利要求2的轮辋,其特征在于支撑区域(52)提供有一环向槽(53),与靠近具有较大直径的轮辋支座区域端部相比,所述的槽(53)更靠近具有较小直径支座一边的支撑区域(52)的端部。
4、根据权利要求1至3的轮辋,其特征在于该轮辋的外面提供有一小尺寸环形槽(54),该环形槽(54)轴向设置在凸棱(6)内边(60)端部之间,靠近较大直径轮辋支座(12),该凸棱(6)的壁(60)直接连接较大直径轮辋支座(12)。
5、根据权利要求1至4任一项所形成的轮辋总成及胎面支撑件S,其特征在于,该支撑件的轴向宽度等于固定在轮辋J上轮胎胎边两内壁之间的距离。
