Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种具有至少两个腔及一个管头的多腔管,该管头具有与腔数目相应的可闭合的排出孔,该多腔管由至少两个分开制造的彼此平行布置的管状管道聚集而成并具有对所有管状管道共同的被整圆的外周面。
这种两腔管已由WO 94/19251公开。该管由多个分开制造的单管组成,每个单管具有一个带有排出孔的管头,这些单管在一端上通过将它们保持在一起的一个闭合件及在另一端上通过一个密封件保持在一起。该多腔管的制造成本高,因为要制造多个分开的管及将它们保持在一起的包围所有管头的附加闭合件。

图1表示作为多腔管一个例子的两腔管1,它由两个管体2,2’组成,这些管体可按照任何公知的方法通过搭接纵向缝制成,例如根据由DE-C-31 05 146公知的方法制成。
被制成的管体2,2’-需要时被切成一定长度-接着在两个位置上轴向地刻痕或刻槽,其中这些刻痕线3标出了管体2,2’上的位置,在这些位置上将进行弯曲,在该实施例中从制成的圆形弯成D形的管体2,2’。这些刻痕线3被这样地刻出,即当两个管体2,2’被弯成D形并用各直线区段彼此相靠地放置时,将产生一个被整圆的外周面。该外周面例如可制成圆形或任意的椭圆形。整圆的类型将由D形管体2,2’上两个刻痕线3的距离预给定。

接着这些D形的管体2,2’被单个地分别提供给一个相应构型的心轴,这些心轴为了拉上管体最好彼此隔开地布置及可彼此靠近地移动。在将管体2,2’套到D形的心轴上时应注意:每个管的接缝区域彼此分开地、即彼此间距地位于D形管体2,2’的直线区段上,由此当将管体2,2’组合成一个多腔管时不会出现重叠的四重层。用于拉上管体2,2’隔开的或偏转的D形心轴将聚集到一起及共同输送到一个压制站,在压制站中将借助一个或需要时多个材料熔化部分制造出具有隔开的输出孔5和/或需要时多个分隔壁6的管头4。同时对两个管体2,2’既在外边缘上也在分隔壁6上进行连接,以致结果形成两个完全彼此分开的腔7,7,。在推进时在输送到压制站的两个管体端部之间留有一个在肩部轮廓高度上的剩余间隙,它与构成管头肩部的空心空间形成连接及由此在压制过程中用材料熔化部分填入。这样就使管体2,2’的边缘端部被熔化部分环绕地流过及在固化时彼此形成牢固的连接。
如上所述地,在所述过程中管体2,2’的相对置的上端也彼此牢固地连接起来。此外,沿着形成多腔管的所有管体在多腔管的彼此相靠的-最好直线-区段的任何区域中通过熔焊或粘接过程可实现连接,由此例如也可使管体2,2’的背离管头4的端部彼此形成牢固的连接。
在需要的情况下,这时可使制成的多腔管切成一定长度,例如借助旋转刀具。
Claims (5)
1.具有至少两个腔(7,7’)及一个管头(4)的多腔管,具有与腔(7,7’)数目相应的可闭合的排出孔(5),该多腔管由至少两个分开制造的彼此平行布置的管状管道(2,2’)聚集而成并具有对所有管状管道共同的被整圆的外周面,其特征在于:它具有一个对所有管状管道(2,2’)共同的由压制的熔化部分制成的整体管头(4),该管头包括与管状管道(2,2’)的数目相应的及与管状管道(2,2’)连接的分隔壁(6),其中管体(2,2’)的边缘端部同时地被熔化材料环绕地流过及在固化时彼此形成牢固的连接。
2.用于制造根据权利要求1的多腔管的方法,其特征在于:制造与所需腔(7,7’)的数目相应的多个管状管道(2,2’),将管状管道(2,2’)套到分心轴上,将带有管状管道(2,2,)的分心轴聚集到一起构成一个横截面被整圆的外周面,将聚集到一起的带有管状管道(2,2’)的分心轴导入一个压制装置,及压制一个塑料部分以制成具有分隔壁(6)的一个管头(4)并同时地使管头(4)与管状管道(2,2’)的棱边及管体(2,2’)的边缘端部形成连接。
3.根据权利要求2的用于制造多腔管的方法,其特征在于:在每个管体(2,2’)中至少在两个隔开的位置上刻出轴向的刻痕棱线(3)。
4.根据权利要求3的用于制造多腔管的方法,其特征在于:管体(2,2’)沿轴向刻痕棱线(3)被变形成-在横截面中看-部分圆形的段。
5.根据权利要求2至4中一项的用于制造多腔管的方法,其特征在于:彼此相靠的管状管道段在其纵向延伸上至少局部地彼此相连接。
