Abstract
提供一种表面活性剂组合物,其中配合有阴离子性表面活性剂,即使表面活性剂浓度高使用性也良好,具有可容易地在室温下使用的低粘度。该表面活性剂组合物中含有(a)通式(Ⅰ)所示的非离子性表面活性剂和(b)阴离子性表面活性剂,配比为重量比(a)/(b)=90/1~10/99:[式中,R为C8-20烷基等,EO为氧化亚乙基,PO为氧化亚丙基,x、x′为1以上,y为大于0、小于x与x′之和的数。另外,(EO)x、(PO)y、(EO)x′依次嵌段结合。]
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种表面活性剂组合物,更详细地说,涉及这样一种表面活性剂组合物,该组合物含有特定的非离子性表面活性剂和阴离子性表面活性剂,即使以高浓度与水配合也能维持低粘度,其使用性良好,可用作衣料用液体洗涤剂。
发明背景
聚氧乙烯型非离子性表面活性剂,由于其高的洗净力以及容易与其他离子性表面活性剂组合使用,各种表面活性剂是众所周知的,特别是在洗净力方面公开了很多与阴离子性表面活性剂组合的表面活性剂组合物。由于这些表面活性剂组合物主要用作洗涤剂,都是以与水等稀释剂混合的稀浓度状态来使用。
众所周知,非离子性表面活性剂和阴离子性表面活性剂在与水混合时,在高浓度表面活性剂范围内的粘度增加,比表面活性剂本身的粘度高10倍以上,特别是阴离子性表面活性剂与水混合时,粘度在很宽的浓度范围内显著增加,变得非常难以使用,因此一般在低浓度表面活性剂范围内使用。如果从经济理由考虑,希望含表面活性剂的洗涤剂尽可能不含有多余的液体成分,例如单独含有阴离子性表面活性剂时可使用的浓度在约30重量%以下,在高于50重量%以上的浓度下,水等稀释剂的减粘效果降低,很难在通常使用的罐或桶等容器中使用。
为了解决这种问题,例如特公平6-76594号中公开了将脂肪族醇或在脂肪族醇中添加环氧化物用作粘度调整剂,此时的粘度在70℃下为10000 cp左右,这种粘度在常温下不易使用。另外,特开昭53-58508号中公开了一种由聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯烷基醚与聚氧乙烯烷基醚硫酸盐组合而成的流动性良好的液体洗涤剂,但其中未记载高浓度表面活性剂范围内的粘度。另外,也可以配合增溶剂来降低粘度,虽然增溶剂的减粘效果大,但另一方面,如果根据种类而增加配合量,则出现易燃性等,是不利的。
另外,EP-A 58139公开了用(A)阴离子活性剂与(B)添加有环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷的非离子嵌段聚合物来处理织物,但未记载高浓度配合体系的行为特征。
如上所述,至今尚未发现配合有阴离子性表面活性剂、且即使表面活性剂的浓度高使用性也良好的表面活性剂组合物,寻求一种可在室温下容易使用的、配合了阴离子性表面活性剂的高浓度表面活性剂组合物。
发明的公开
本发明的课题是提供这样一种表面活性剂组合物,该组合物中配合有阴离子性表面活性剂,即使表面活性剂的浓度高其使用性也良好,具有可在室温下容易使用的低粘度。
本发明者们为了开发阴离子性表面活性剂配合型高浓度表面活性剂组合物进行了深入的研究,结果发现,将具有特定加成形态的聚亚烷基二醇型非离子性表面活性剂与阴离子性表面活性剂合并使用,这样获得的表面活性剂可抑制阴离子性表面活性剂的增粘特性,既能以高浓度配合表面活性剂,又能保持低粘度,至此完成本发明。
本发明的表面活性剂组合物,含有(a)下述式(Ⅰ)所示的非离子性表面活性剂和(b)阴离子性表面活性剂,(a)组分与(b)组分的配比为重量比(a)/(b)=99/1~10/90。
RO-(EO)x-(PO)y-(EO)x′-H (Ⅰ)式中,R为碳原子数8~20的直链或支链烷基或链烯基,EO为氧化亚乙基,PO为氧化亚丙基,x、x′表示环氧乙烷的平均加成摩尔数,为1以上的数,y表示环氧丙烷的平均加成摩尔数,为大于0、小于x与x′之和的数,(EO)x、(PO)y、(EO)x′按顺序依次嵌段结合。
以下详细地说明本发明的实施方案。
用作本发明(a)组分的、式(Ⅰ)所示的非离子性表面活性剂,可以通过将环氧乙烷、其次环氧丙烷、再其次环氧乙烷按顺序依次嵌段加成到式(Ⅱ)所示的醇上而获得:
R-OH (Ⅱ)(式中,R的含义与上述相同)。
作为式(Ⅱ)所示的醇,可以举出碳原子数8~20的饱和或不饱和的、直链或支链的伯醇或仲醇,作为其具体实例可以举出癸醇、月桂醇、肉豆蔻醇等直链醇(花王(株)制,商品名“Kalcohl 1095”、“Kalcohl2098”和“Kalcohl 4098”等)、在碳原子数8~20范围内混合的混合醇(花王(株)制,商品名“Kalcohl 2474”等)、采用羰基法或Ziegler法合成的具有支链的碳原子数8~20的醇(协和发酵(株)制,商品名“Oxocol900”、“Oxocol1213”、“Decanol”和“Tridecanol”、三菱化学(株)制,商品名“Dobanol23”、“Dobanol25”和“Diadol115H”、Shell化学公司制,商品名“Neodol23”、“Neodol25”、“Neodol 1”和“Linevol 911”等)等。而且,优选的碳原子数为10~15。
另外,作为将环氧化物加成到这些醇上的方法,可以举出采用公知的烷氧基化方法在催化剂的存在下加成的方法,但本发明的(a)组分中,环氧化物的加成顺序非常重要,应按照顺序进行嵌段加成,首先加成环氧乙烷,接着加成环氧丙烷,再加成环氧乙烷。用于该烷氧基化的催化剂可以是酸催化剂,也可以是碱催化剂,另外,也可以使用以下催化剂来合成,如特开平7-227540号中所述的MgO-ZnO、MgO-SnO、MgO-TiO2、MgO-SbO等给出窄环氧化物加成分布(narrow range)的催化剂、特开平1-164437号中所述的同样的Mg系催化剂有选择地给出窄环氧化物加成分布的催化剂。
本发明中,式(Ⅰ)所示的非离子性表面活性剂的环氧乙烷平均加成摩尔数x、x′、分别为1以上。优选地,其合计数(x+x′)高于4摩尔,在使用性方面,优选低于20摩尔,更优选为6摩尔~15摩尔。如果环氧乙烷的平均加成摩尔数高于4摩尔,则通式(Ⅰ)所示的非离子性表面活性剂与水的相溶性特别好。
另外,式(Ⅰ)所示的非离子性表面活性剂的环氧丙烷平均加成摩尔数y可以在大于0、不超过总的环氧乙烷平均加成摩尔数的范围内选择,如果加成摩尔数过高,则生物降解性变差,因而不是优选的。环氧丙烷的平均加成摩尔数的优选范围为0.5~6.0,更优选1.0~4.5。
作为用于本发明的(b)组分的阴离子性表面活性剂没有特别的限制,可以举出例如烷基硫酸盐、烷基醚硫酸盐、烷烃磺酸盐、烷基磺基脂肪酸盐、二烷基磺基琥珀酸盐、烷基苯磺酸盐、烷基磷酸盐、脂肪酸皂、聚氧乙烯烷基醚的羧甲基化物、α-烯烃磺酸盐、α-磺基脂肪酸盐等,其中优选烷基硫酸盐、烷基醚硫酸盐、烷烃磺酸盐、烷基磺基脂肪酸盐、二烷基磺基琥珀酸盐等。
本发明的表面活性剂组合物中,(a)非离子性表面活性剂与(b)阴离子性表面活性剂的配比为重量比(a)/(b)=99/1~10/90,优选为99/1~50/50。如果(a)/(b)大于99/1,则得不到阴离子性表面活性剂的配合效果,而(a)/(b)小于10/90时,则得不到非离子性表面活性剂的减粘效果。
作为优选的本发明表面活性剂组合物特别是含有水,(a)组分与(b)组分合计量与水的配比{[(a)+(b)]/水}为重量比50/50以上,在25℃下的粘度低于1000cp。
即,本发明的表面活性剂组合物,含水时,即使表面活性剂对水与表面活性剂合计量的比率超过50重量%,粘度的变动也很少,25℃下的粘度低于阴离子性表面活性剂单独与水配合时的一半,通常可将粘度抑制到1000cp以下。而且,如果25℃下的粘度低于300cp就可以使用一般的低粘度溶液输送用密封泵或磁力泵,那么实用上的优势更大,是优选的。粘度在300cp~1000cp的范围也是室温下使用的范围,但由于流动性有一定程度的降低,有些情况下需要用对应高粘度的设备代替通常的泵。如果粘度超过1000cp,则由于流动性低,难以在一般的罐或桶等容器中使用,为了在工业上获得充分的输送量而使设备大型化或带有加热设备等,成本上的不利因素增多。
本发明的表面活性剂组合物,只要不破坏本发明的效果,也可以与其他非离子性表面活性剂、阳离子性表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂、螯合剂、杀菌剂等组合使用,为了进一步微调整表面活性剂组合物的粘度,也可以添加增粘剂或减粘剂等粘度调整剂。
作为降低粘度用的溶剂,乙醇、异丙醇、丙二醇的粘度降低效果大,安全性上也优良,是优选的。优选的添加量为0.1~10重量%,通过有效地利用本发明组合物的特征,少量添加即可充分发挥效果。从降低溶剂臭味考虑,特别优选0.1~5重量%。
作为用于本发明的其他非离子性表面活性剂的例子,可以举出胺氧化物类和除通式(Ⅰ)所示的非离子性表面活性剂以外的聚亚烷基二醇烷基醚类。作为阳离子性表面活性剂,可以举出脂肪族胺盐类、季铵盐类等,作为两性表面活性剂,可以举出甜菜碱、磺基甜菜碱类、氨基酸盐类等。另外,作为螯合剂,可以举出乙二胺四醋酸钠、氮基三乙酸钠等,作为杀菌剂,可以举出氯苄烷铵等。
本发明的表面活性剂组合物,即使以高浓度配合表面活性剂粘度也很低,在使用性和经济性方面优良,可以容易地与各种洗涤辅助成分混合,可适用于厨房用洗涤剂和住宅用洗涤剂、浴室用洗涤剂、衣料用洗涤剂等用途,此外,还可适用于工业用途的纤维精炼剂、聚合用乳化剂、金属脱脂剂、电子零件等洗涤剂用途。
特别地,本发明的表面活性剂组合物为均匀的低粘度,而且由于可显示出很高的洗净性特征,可用作衣料用液体洗涤剂。
以下用非离子性表面活性剂的合成例和本发明的实施例更详细地说明本发明,但本发明不限定于这些实施例。
应予说明,例子中的%如果没有特别说明,皆以重量为基准。合成例1
以式C12H25O-(EO)5-(PO)4-(EO)5-H表示的非离子性表面活性剂的合成
向带有环氧乙烷用和环氧丙烷用的2个计量槽的5升旋转搅拌式高压釜中加入月桂醇(商品名“Kalcohl 2098”,花王(株)制)500g、氢氧化钾3.0g,氮气置换后升温至110℃,在40乇下脱水1小时。接着,升温至150℃,以3.5kg/cm2的压力将环氧乙烷592g导入高压釜中,使其反应,直到压力降低至一定值,然后冷却至120℃,以3.5kg/cm2的压力将环氧丙烷624g导入高压釜中。与环氧乙烷的情况同样使其反应,直到压力降低到一定值。然后再升温至150℃,导入环氧乙烷592g,使其反应,直到压力降低到一定值。反应结束后,使温度降低,抽出合成的样品,获得约2.3kg的目的聚亚烷基二醇月桂基醚。合成例2
以式C10H21O-(EO)2-(PO)2-(EO)3-H表示的非离子性表面活性剂的合成
按与合成例1相同的顺序,首先使环氧乙烷279g与癸醇反应,其次使环氧丙烷368g反应,再使环氧乙烷418g反应,获得约1.5kg的目的聚亚烷基二醇癸基醚。合成例3
以式C12H25O-(EO)7-(PO)3-(EO)3-H表示的非离子性表面活性剂的合成
按与合成例1相同的顺序,首先使环氧乙烷829g与月桂醇反应,其次使环氧丙烷468g反应,再使环氧乙烷355g反应,获得约2.1kg聚亚烷基二醇月桂基醚。合成例4
以式C12H25O-(EO)3-(PO)4-(EO)3-H表示的非离子性表面活性剂的合成
按与合成例1相同的顺序,首先使环氧乙烷355g与月桂醇反应,其次使环氧丙烷625g反应,再使环氧乙烷355g反应,获得约1.8kg聚亚烷基二醇月桂基醚。合成例5
以式C12H25O-(EO)6-H表示的非离子性表面活性剂(比较品)的合成
按与合成例1相同的顺序,只使环氧乙烷710g与月桂醇反应,获得目的产物聚乙二醇月桂基醚。合成例6
以式C12H25O-(PO)4-(EO)10-H表示的非离子性表面活性剂(比较品)的合成
按与合成例1相同的顺序,首先使环氧丙烷624g与月桂醇反应,其次使环氧乙烷1184g反应,获得目的产物聚亚烷基二醇月桂基醚。合成例7
以式C12H25O-(EO10/PO2)-H表示的非离子性表面活性剂(比较品)的合成
加入与合成例1同样量的月桂醇和催化剂按与合成例1相同的顺序,使环氧乙烷1184g与环氧丙烷312g的事先混合物反应,获得约2.0kg的目的聚亚烷基二醇月桂基醚。实施例1~7和比较例1~4
将表1所示的非离子性表面活性剂与阴离子性表面活性剂按表1所示的比例配合,再将该表面活性剂的合计量与水按表1所示的比例配合,配制表面活性剂组合物。
按下述方法测定所获表面活性剂组合物的粘度,评价其使用性。结果示于表1。
<粘度测定法>
使用E型粘度计(东机产业(株)制:VISCONIC-EMD),测定25℃下的各表面活性剂组合物的粘度。
使用性的评价基准,粘度300cp以下的为◎,300cp~1000cp的为○,超过1000cp的为×。

从表1看出,本发明的表面活性剂组合物(实施例1~7)皆不显示增粘性,完全维持低粘度。与此相反,与本发明规定以外的非离子性表面活性剂组合的对比表面活性剂组合物(比较例1~4)增粘很多,这种粘度在室温下难以使用,使用性恶化。实施例8~13、比较例5,6
使用用与合成例1~6同样方法合成的非离子性活性剂1~3,配制表2所示的液体洗涤剂组合物,用以下所示方法测定洗涤性能、稳定性(组合物的外观)和粘度。结果示于表2。
(1)将液体洗涤剂组合物90ml加入100ml容积的无色透明玻璃瓶中密封,放置24小时后,观察外观并测定粘度。粘度用B型粘度计(株式会社东京计器制),在组合物温度20℃下测定。组合物的评价基准如下。
○ 均匀透明。低粘度(300cp以下)。
× 白浊或分离。高粘度(1000cp以上)。
(2)洗净力试验方法
所使用的皮脂污垢污染布(人工污染布)是在10×10cm的棉布上均匀涂布2g的由下述组成构成的典型皮脂污垢而形成的。
[典型的皮脂污垢组成]
棉籽油 60%
油酸 10%
棕榈酸 10%
固态石蜡 10%
液体石蜡 10%
[洗涤条件及评价方法]
将5块上述人工污染布放入评价用洗涤剂组合物稀释水溶液1升中,用涤垢仪(Terg-O-Tometer)以100rpm的转速按如下条件洗涤。

洗涤时间 10分钟
洗涤剂浓度 0.07%
水的硬度 4°DH
水温 20℃
漂洗 自来水漂洗5分钟
洗净力是用自动记录色彩计(日本电色(株)制,Z-300A)测定污染前的原布和洗涤前后的棉布在550nm下的反射率,按下式求出洗净率(%)(表中示出5块布的洗净率平均值。)。 表2

Claims (8)
1.一种表面活性剂组合物,其中,它含有(a)下述式(Ⅰ)所示的非离子性表面活性剂和(b)阴离子性表面活性剂,(a)组分与(b)组分的配比为重量比(a)/(b)=99/1~10/90,
RO-(EO)x-(PO)y-(EO)x'-H (Ⅰ)式中,R为碳原子数8~20的直链或支链烷基或链烯基,EO为氧化亚乙基,PO为氧化亚丙基,x、x′表示环氧乙烷的平均加成摩尔数,为1以上的数,y表示环氧丙烷的平均加成摩尔数,为大于0、小于x与x′之和的数,(EO)x、(PO)y、(EO)x′依次嵌段结合。
2.权利要求1中所述的组合物,其中,(a)/(b)=99/1~50/50。
3.权利要求1中所述的组合物,其中,含有水的比例为,(a)组分与(b)组分合计量与水的配比为重量比50/50以上。
4.权利要求1中所述的组合物,其中,x与x′之和为4~20。
5.权利要求1中所述的组合物,其中,阴离子性表面活性剂选自烷基硫酸盐、烷基醚硫酸盐、烷烃磺酸盐、烷基磺基脂肪酸盐、二烷基磺基琥珀酸盐。
6.权利要求1中所述的表面活性剂组合物,其中,进一步含有选自乙醇、异丙醇、丙二醇中至少一种溶剂。
7.含有权利要求1中所述组合物的衣料用液体洗涤剂。
8.将权利要求1中所述组合物用作衣料洗涤剂的用途。
