In order to solve the problems of complex structure and large size of a moving mechanism of a zooming optical system in the prior art, the application provides a zoom lens system, an image pickup device and a mobile terminal.
The mobile terminal of the present application includes an image pickup device having a zoom lens system described below.
A zoom lens system as in fig. 1 to 8 in the present application includes a housing 10, a base 20, a frame 30, a lens support 40, at least one fixed lens 50, and a movable lens 60. The housing 10 covers the base 20 and forms an accommodating space with the base 20; at least a portion of the frame 30 is disposed in the accommodating space; the lens support 40 is movably arranged between the base 20 and the frame 30; the fixed lens 50 is disposed on the frame 30; the movable lens 60 is disposed on the lens support 40 and is movable with the lens support 40.
When the zoom lens system in the present application is used, since the fixed lens 50 and the movable lens 60 are provided, a large-power optical zoom can be realized by the movement of the movable lens 60 relative to the fixed lens 50, and the zoom lens system can be applied to the driving of a wide-angle lens. In the zoom lens system in the present application, since there is the frame 30, a mount position can be provided for the fixed lens 50 by the frame 30. Meanwhile, because the lens support body 40 is further provided, the movable lens 60 can be arranged on the lens support body 40, and the movable lens 60 is driven by the lens support body 40 to move relative to the frame 30, so that the movable lens 60 can move relative to the fixed lens 50, and further the zooming function can be realized. Therefore, the zoom lens system effectively solves the problems of complex structure and large size of a moving mechanism of a zoom optical system in the prior art.
Specifically, at least one lens is disposed inside the fixed lens 50 and inside the movable lens 60, respectively. In the present application, the number of lenses of the fixed lens 50 and the movable lens 60 is determined according to an actual use situation, and thus the fixed lens 50 and the movable lens 60 may each have a plurality of lenses.
In the present application, a plurality of movable lenses 60 may be provided, and each of the plurality of movable lenses 60 is provided on the lens support 40 and can move together with the lens support 40.
It should be noted that in the present application, the imaging effect of the zoom lens mainly depends on the lens design in the fixed lens 50 and the movable lens 60, and the present application provides a driving mechanism for lens movement, and large-power optical zooming is realized by the relative movement between the lens groups.
Optionally, a side of the frame 30 facing the lens support 40 has an avoidance space for avoiding the movable lens 60. In the present application, since the lens support 40 moves between the frame 30 and the base 20, when the lens support 40 moves the movable lens 60, the collision between the lens support 40 or the movable lens 60 and the frame 30 can be prevented by providing an escape space on the side of the frame 30 facing the lens support 40.
Alternatively, the fixed lens 50 is plural, the plural fixed lenses 50 include at least a first lens 51 and a second lens 52, the first lens 51 is fixedly disposed on a side of the frame 30 away from the lens support 40, the second lens 52 is disposed on a side of the frame 30 close to the lens support 40, and the movable lens 60 is disposed between the first lens 51 and the second lens 52.
In one embodiment of the present application, the fixed lenses 50 are two in total, one of which is a first lens 51 and the other is a second lens 52, and the first lens 51 is disposed on a side of the frame 30 away from the lens support 40, and the second lens 52 is disposed on a side of the frame 30 close to the lens support 40. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the movable lens 60 can move between the first lens 51 and the second lens 52 under the movement of the lens support 40.
In one embodiment of the present application, an end of the frame 30 remote from the lens support 40 protrudes out of the housing 10, and the first lens 51 is disposed on a portion of the frame 30 protruding out of the housing 10. That is, the first lens 51 is disposed outside the housing 10 in the present embodiment, and since the lens support 40 is moved between the frame 30 and the base 20 in the present application, that is, the lens support 40 is moved inside the accommodating space, the movable lens 60 can be effectively prevented from colliding with the first lens 51 by this arrangement. In addition, by the arrangement, the structure in the accommodating space can be effectively ensured to be more compact, so that the miniaturization design of the zoom lens system is more facilitated.
Optionally, the base 20 has a first avoidance opening 21, and an end of the second lens 52 away from the movable lens 60 extends into the first avoidance opening 21. In the present application, since the base 20 has a certain thickness, the first avoiding opening 21 is provided on the base 20, and a part of the second lens 52 extends into the first avoiding opening 21, so that the space of the first avoiding opening 21 can be effectively utilized, thereby ensuring that the overall structure of the zoom lens is more compact, and further being more beneficial to the miniaturization design of the zoom lens system.
Specifically, the lens support body 40 includes a winding carrier 41 and a lens mount 42. The winding carrier 41 has a second escape opening 411; a lens mount 42 is provided at an end of the bobbin carrier 41 remote from the base 20, and a movable lens 60 is provided on the lens mount 42. The zoom lens system further includes a driving coil 80 and a driving magnet 90, wherein the driving coil 80 is wound on the bobbin 41 of the lens support 40; the two drive magnets 90 are provided on the inner side wall of the housing 10 so as to face the drive coil 80. With this arrangement, the lens support 40 can move the movable lens 60 relative to the frame 30 and zoom by the mutual induction of the driving coil 80 and the driving magnet 90.
In one embodiment of the present application, the winding carrier 41 and the lens mount 42 are integrally formed. Through the arrangement, the winding carrier 41 and the lens can be connected more stably, the assembly process is simplified, and the use performance of the zoom lens system is further ensured.
Specifically, the bobbin carrier 41 is a frame structure, the lens mount portion 42 includes a ring structure 421 and a plurality of connection pins 422, the plurality of connection pins 422 are disposed on the periphery of the ring structure 421, and the connection pins 422 are connected to the bobbin carrier 41 so that the ring structure 421 and the bobbin carrier 41 are spaced apart from each other. In addition, in an embodiment of the present application, at least a portion of the movable lens 60 extends into the annular structure 421, and an outer periphery of the movable lens 60 is fixedly connected to an inner side wall of the annular structure 421, so that the stability of connection between the movable lens 60 and the mounting portion can be effectively ensured, and thus, in the process that the lens support body 40 drives the movable lens 60 to move, the movable lens 60 and the annular structure 421 of the lens mounting portion 42 are effectively prevented from moving relative to each other, and a portion of the movable lens 60 in contact with the annular structure 421 is prevented from being loosened, thereby effectively ensuring the usability of the zoom lens system.
And, connect foot 422 in this application including connect in order and be the first section and the second section that angle set up, the one end that the second section was kept away from to the first section is connected with loop configuration 421, and the one end that the first section was kept away from to the second section is connected with winding carrier 41.
Preferably, the winding carrier 41 is provided with a plurality of connecting bumps 412 corresponding to the plurality of connecting pins 422, respectively, and one end of the second section of the connecting pin 422 far away from the first section is embedded inside the connecting bump 412. Furthermore, the first and second segments of the connecting leg 422 are perpendicular to each other, that is, the distance from the ring structure 421 to the wire carrier 41 in this embodiment is the sum of the length from the second segment to the connecting protrusion 412 and the height of the connecting protrusion 412.
In the present application, the winding carrier 41 and the lens mount 42 may be integrally formed, or may be disposed in a split manner or an embedded manner.
Moreover, when the second section of the lens mounting portion 42 is selected to be embedded in the connecting protrusion 412, the lens mounting portion 42 may be selected to be made of a metal material, so that not only the strength of the lens mounting portion 42 can be improved, but also the size of the lens mounting portion 42 can be reduced, thereby ensuring that the inner space of the zoom lens is more compact.
Specifically, one end of the second lens 52 near the movable lens 60 extends into the second escape opening 411 and is connected to the frame 30. In the present application, since the movement of the lens support 40 is realized by the mutual induction between the driving magnet 90 and the driving coil 80, by extending the end of the second lens 52 close to the movable lens 60 into the second escape opening 411, it can be ensured that the winding carrier 41 is located on the outer peripheral side of the second lens 52, so that the distance between the driving magnet 90 and the driving coil 80 can be ensured to be closer, and it can also be ensured that no other object exists between the driving magnet 90 and the driving coil 80, so as to ensure the stability of the induction between the driving magnet 90 and the driving coil 80.
Alternatively, the end of the movable lens 60 near the second lens 52 can enter or exit the second lens 52.
In the present application, the zoom lens system further includes an upper spring 100 and a lower spring 300. The upper spring 100 is connected with the frame 30 and the lens supporter 40, respectively, and the frame 30 and the lens supporter 40 have first positioning posts 200 connected with the upper spring 100, respectively; the lower spring 300 is connected to the lens supporter 40 and the base 20, respectively, and the lens supporter 40 and the base 20 have second positioning pillars 400 connected to the lower spring 300, respectively. And, the upper spring 100 includes two first sub-springs 110, the two first sub-springs 110 are disposed at both sides of the movable lens 60 with respect to the center of the movable lens 60, and the two first sub-springs 110 are respectively connected with the connection portions 32 of the frame 30.
