所述控制单元22信号传导地与所述电能量存储模块18的传感器以及与所述输出电压传感器相连接。所述分析单元13被设定用于分析所述传感器的信号并且将所述传感器的测量结果发送给所述发送接收单元12。所述发送接收单元12被设定用于将所述测量结果转发给所述控制单元11。所述控制单元11被设定用于将所述测量结果转发给所述监测单元10。所述监测单元10被设定用于监测所述测量单元13、所述发送接收单元12和/或所述控制单元11并且识别出所述测量单元13、发送接收单元12和/或控制单元11的故障。
所述控制单元22信号传导地与所述充电控制器8和放电控制器9相连接。在此,所述控制单元11和/或所述监测单元10被设定用于控制所述充电控制器8和/或所述放电控制器9。
所述开关单元4具有至少一个第一开关装置2和至少一个第二开关装置3、尤其第一开关装置2和第二开关装置3的矩阵,借助于它们,所述电能量存储模块18能够与所述第一和第二接口(5、7)导电地连接。在此,所述第一开关装置2被设定用于将所述电能量存储模块18为了充电而与所述第一和第二接口(5、7)相连接或者断开所述连接。所述第二开关装置3被设定用于将所述电能量存储模块18为了放电而与所述第一和第二接口(5、7)连接或者断开所述连接。优选地,所述第一开关装置2实施为第一MOSFET 20并且所述第二开关装置3实施为第二MOSFET 21。
所述充电控制器8信号传导地与所述第二开关装置3相连接并且被设定用于操控所述第二开关装置3。所述放电控制器9信号传导地与所述第一开关装置2相连接并且被设定用于操控所述第一开关装置2。
在所述开关单元4与所述电能量存储模块18之间布置电阻19。借助于所述电阻19能够确定流动通过所述开关单元4的电流。
所述控制单元22监测并且控制所述电能量存储器1。为此,分析并且监测所述电能量存储模块18的传感器的信号。一旦所述电能量存储器1具有临界状态,例如测量值超过临界的最大极限值或者低于临界的最小极限值或者传感器故障,则能够操控所述充电控制器8和/或所述放电控制器9,以便保护所述电能量存储器1。在此,所述充电控制器8能够禁止充电过程,而所述放电控制器9继续允许放电过程。同样能够同时禁止充电过程和放电过程或者允许充电过程并且禁止放电过程。也就是说充电过程和放电过程能够与彼此独立地被控制。
按照另一在图中未被示出的实施例,所述控制单元22与电驱动的车辆的车辆控制器信号传导地连接。在此,所述控制单元22被设定用于根据车辆控制器的车辆控制命令来操控所述电能量存储器1。此外,所述控制单元22被设定用于将所述电能量存储器1的故障信号发送给所述车辆控制器。于是例如能够限制所述车辆的行驶速度或者行驶里程,或者当所述电能量存储器1具有临界状态时示出故障信号。
在图2中示意性地示出了用于运行电能量存储器1的按照本发明的方法100,所述电能量存储器具有电能量存储模块18、开关单元4以及第一和第二接口(5、7)。所述方法100具有以下在时间上彼此相继地方法步骤。
在第一方法步骤101中分析所述电能量存储器1的传感器的信号。所述传感器是单池电压传感器16和/或温度传感器15和/或电流传感器14和/或输出电压传感器6。
在第二方法步骤102中确定所述电能量存储器1的临界状态。所述电能量存储器1的临界状态例如存在于,传感器的测量值超过临界的最大极限值或者低于临界的最小极限值或者传感器故障。
在第三方法步骤103中借助于所述开关单元4来沿充电方向中断在所述电能量存储模块18与所述第一和第二接口(5、7)之间的导电连接,而沿放电方向使在所述电能量存储模块18与所述第一和第二接口之间(5、7)的导电连接保持连接。所述电能量存储器(1)也就是说能够继续放电但是不再充电。
在第四方法步骤104中将警告指示或者故障信号输出给用户或者外部的控制器。
优选地,所述电能量存储器1的临界状态不允许超过预先给定的临界的时间段。如果超过该临界的时间段,则沿充电方向和放电方向中断在所述电能量存储模块18与所述第一和第二接口(5、7)之间的导电连接。
在此,电能量存储器理解为尤其具有电化学的能量存储单池的能再充电的能量存储器、和/或具有至少一个电化学的能量存储单池的能量存储模块、和/或具有至少一个能量存储模块的能量存储包。所述能量存储单池能够实施为基于锂的电池单池、尤其锂离子电池单池。作为替代方案,所述能量存储单池实施为锂聚合物电池单池或者镍金属氢化物电池单池或者铅酸电池单池或者锂空气电池单池或者锂硫电池单池。

Claims (10)

1.用于运行电能量存储器(1)的方法(100),所述电能量存储器具有电能量存储模块(18)、开关单元(4)和第一和第二接口(5、7),其中,所述方法(100)具有以下在时间上彼此相继的方法步骤:
在第一方法步骤(101)中分析所述电能量存储器(1)的传感器的信号,
在第二方法步骤(102)中确定所述电能量存储器(1)的临界状态,
在第三方法步骤(103)中借助于所述开关单元(4)来沿充电方向中断在所述电能量存储模块(18)与所述第一和第二接口(5、7)之间的导电连接,而同时沿放电方向使在所述电能量存储模块(18)与所述第一和第二接口(5、7)之间的导电连接保持连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于运行电能量存储器(1)的方法(100),
其特征在于,
所述传感器是单池电压传感器(16)、温度传感器(15)、电流传感器(14)和/或输出电压传感器(6)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于运行电能量存储器(1)的方法(100),
其特征在于,
在单池电压传感器(16)故障时,所述电能量存储器(1)沿放电方向继续运行,其中,借助于所述电流传感器(14)来监测所述电能量存储器。
4.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的用于运行电能量存储器(1)的方法(100),
其特征在于,
所述电能量存储器(1)的临界状态存在于,传感器的测量值超过临界的最大极限值或者测量值低于临界的最小极限值或者传感器故障或者所述电能量存储器(1)的控制单元(22)至少部分地故障。
5.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的用于运行电能量存储器(1)的方法(100),
其特征在于,
在第四方法步骤(104)中将警告指示或者故障信号输出给用户或者外部的控制器。
6.电能量存储器(1),所述电能量存储器尤其能够借助于根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的用于运行电能量存储器(1)的方法(100)来运行,其中,所述电能量存储器(1)具有电能量存储模块(18)、开关单元(4)以及第一和第二接口(5、7),
其特征在于,
所述电能量存储器(1)被设定用于,借助于所述开关单元(4)同时沿充电方向中断并且沿放电方向连接在所述电能量存储模块(18)与所述第一和第二接口(5、7)之间的导电连接。

其特征在于,
所述电能量存储器(1)具有控制单元(22)、充电控制器(8)和放电控制器(9)。
8.根据权利要求6至7中任一项所述的电能量存储器(1),

所述开关单元(4)具有至少一个第一开关装置(2)和至少一个第二开关装置(3)、尤其第一开关装置(2)和第二开关装置(3)的矩阵电路。

所述第一开关装置(2)具有至少一个第一MOSFET开关(20)并且所述第二开关装置(3)具有至少一个第二MOSFET开关(21)。
