本发明公开了一种留香型洗衣凝珠,由水溶膜和包裹在水溶膜内的内容物构成,内容物包括如下组分:有机溶剂19‑50份,阴离子表面活性剂5‑40份,非离子表面活性剂18‑48份,香精微胶囊0.3‑2份,悬浮稳定剂0.5‑3.5份,水2.5‑10份,中和剂0‑12份,柠檬酸0.1‑0.4份,防腐剂0.1‑1份,香精0.1‑1.5份,酶制剂0‑0.5份。与现有技术相比,本发明的凝珠产品中,香精微胶囊能够长时间的均匀分散在凝珠内容物里,不沉淀、不聚集析出,保证了洗衣凝珠货架周期的正常外观效果,同时有利于香精微胶囊更好地发挥留香作用,该洗衣凝珠还具备优良的洗涤、护理效果。

技术领域
本发明属于日用化学品技术领域,具体涉及一种留香型洗衣凝珠及其制备方法。
背景技术
洗衣凝珠是一种新型的织物洗涤产品,它包含内容物和水溶膜,内容物被包封在水溶膜里,产品外观为具有一定几何形状的软颗粒状。洗衣凝珠的内容物和传统洗衣液基本类似,其作用主要是清洁祛污,不同的是,洗衣液是水基配方,以水为主溶剂,含大量的水;而洗衣凝珠内容物为了避免破坏水溶膜,采用油基配方,以有机溶剂作为主溶剂,含水量很少。
近些年来,为了满足用户的细分需求,洗衣凝珠除了基本的洗涤功能外,还开发出留香、柔顺、抗抑菌、除螨等多种多样的功能。其中,留香是目前比较热门的发展方向,通过往内容物中添加香精微胶囊可较好的实现留香的目的,洗涤时香精微胶囊会被衣物纤维的缝隙和毛刺截留,从而残留在衣物上,人们每次穿着衣物时,一部分残留在衣物上的香精微胶囊会在摩擦、受压等机械力因素的作用下逐渐破裂,释放出里面包裹的香精,散发出愉悦的香气,经长时间或多次穿着衣物,残留的香精微胶囊才会慢慢消耗完。目前洗衣凝珠添加香精微胶囊的配方技术还不太成熟,其中一个关键的问题是:添加香精微胶囊的洗衣凝珠内容物是非均相的体系,从热力学上说是不稳定的,香精微胶囊是非连续相,容易发生自动聚集,从连续相中分离析出,从而导致凝珠里会出现沉淀或漂浮肉眼可见的胶团,严重影响凝珠的外观质量和香精微胶囊的留香时间及留香浓度,并且还容易在衣物上形成油斑或色斑。
公开号为CN108893212A的中国发明专利公开了一种洗衣凝珠,该凝珠含脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚30-75%,脂肪酸钾8-15%,脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物5-20%,甘油5-15%,丙二醇10-20%,水5-15%,香精微胶囊0.1-0.6%等,虽然该产品具有一定的留香效果,但仍旧存在香精微胶囊容易在内容物中聚集出现沉淀的问题,影响了凝珠的外观质量和香精微胶囊的留香时长及留香浓度。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种留香型洗衣凝珠,该洗衣凝珠中的香精微胶囊能稳定的分散悬浮在凝珠内容物中,并具有优良的稳定性、去污力和留香效果。
本发明的另一目的在于,提供上述留香型洗衣凝珠的制备方法。
技术方案
一种留香型洗衣凝珠,由水溶膜和包裹在水溶膜内的内容物构成,所述内容物包括如下重量份的组分:有机溶剂19-50份,阴离子表面活性剂5-40份,非离子表面活性剂18-48份,香精微胶囊0.3-2份,悬浮稳定剂0.5-3.5份,水2.5-10份,中和剂0-12份,柠檬酸0.1-0.4份,防腐剂0.1-1份,香精0.1-1.5份,酶制剂0-0.5份。
上述内容物的总活性物含量≥35%,优选地,总活性物含量为45-60%。
进一步,所述有机溶剂选自乙醇、丙二醇、甘油、山梨醇、聚乙二醇、异丙醇、二丙二醇、二乙二醇甲醚、二乙二醇乙醚、二乙二醇丁醚、二乙二醇叔丁醚、二丙二醇甲醚、二丙二醇丁醚、三丙二醇甲醚或三丙二醇丁醚中的一种或两种以上任意比例的组合。
进一步,所述阴离子表面活性剂选自直链烷基苯磺酸、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐、仲烷基磺酸钠、二甲苯磺酸钠、异丙苯磺酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚磺酸盐、脂肪酸盐或脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐中的一种或两种以上任意比例的组合。

S3.将悬浮稳定剂用水进行预溶解,得到悬浮稳定剂溶液,将悬浮稳定剂溶液加入到混合液B中,搅拌均匀后,再加入香精微胶囊,混合均匀后,用柠檬酸调pH值为6-9,最后加入香精,搅拌均匀,静置消泡,得到内容物;
S4.将内容物加入到洗衣凝珠包膜机中,采用水溶膜进行包封,即得。
本发明的有益效果为:与现有技术相比,本发明的凝珠产品中,香精微胶囊能够长时间的均匀分散在凝珠内容物里,不沉淀、不聚集析出,保证了洗衣凝珠货架周期的正常外观效果,同时有利于香精微胶囊更好地发挥留香作用,本发明的洗衣凝珠还具备优良的洗涤、护理效果。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步说明。
值得说明的是,下述实施例和对比例中,所述份数均为重量份,采用的香精微胶囊粒径为1.8-38.5μm;采用的水溶膜材质为聚乙烯醇,膜厚75μm,但均不限于此。
实施例1
一种留香型洗衣凝珠,包含内容物和水溶膜。
所述内容物包含有机溶剂35份,阴离子表面活性剂26份,非离子表面活性剂27份,香精微胶囊0.8份,悬浮稳定剂丙烯酰基二甲基牛磺酸钠/吡咯烷酮共聚物1份,水3.8份,中和剂二异丙醇胺5.5份,柠檬酸0.1份,防腐剂卡松0.1份,香精0.7份。
所述有机溶剂由重量比为6:21:4:4的甘油、丙二醇、山梨醇和异丙醇组成。
所述阴离子表面活性剂由重量比为9:4的直链烷基苯磺酸和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠组成。
所述非离子表面活性剂由重量比为20:7的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(3)醚组成。
所述洗衣凝珠的制备方法如下:
S1.往有机溶剂中依次加入中和剂和阴离子表面活性剂,搅拌混合均匀后,再加入非离子表面活性剂,搅拌混合均匀,得到混合液A;
S2.往混合液A中加入防腐剂,混合均匀后,得到混合液B;

S1.往有机溶剂中加入阴离子表面活性剂,搅拌混合均匀后,再加入非离子表面活性剂,搅拌混合均匀,得到混合液A;
S2.往混合液A中加入防腐剂,混合均匀后,得到混合液B;
S3.将悬浮稳定剂用水进行预溶解,得到悬浮稳定剂溶液,将悬浮稳定剂溶液加入到混合液B中,搅拌均匀后,再加入香精微胶囊,混合均匀后,用柠檬酸调pH值为6-9,最后加入香精和色素,搅拌均匀,静置消泡,得到内容物;
S4.将内容物加入到洗衣凝珠包膜机中,采用水溶膜进行包封,即得。
实施例3
一种留香型洗衣凝珠,包含内容物和水溶膜。
所述内容物包含有机溶剂19.9份,阴离子表面活性剂35.5份,非离子表面活性剂23份,香精微胶囊1.2份,悬浮稳定剂丙烯酰基二甲基牛磺酸铵/丙烯酸羟乙基共聚物2份,水5.4份,中和剂三乙醇胺12份,防腐剂卡松0.1份,柠檬酸0.4份,香精0.5份。
所述有机溶剂由重量比为3.4:16.5的甘油和丙二醇组成。
所述阴离子表面活性剂由重量比为22:10:3.5的直链烷基苯磺酸、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠和椰油脂肪酸钾组成。
所述非离子表面活性剂由重量比为12:3:8的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚、烷基糖苷、异构八碳醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚组成。

所述内容物包含有机溶剂45.8份,阴离子表面活性剂22.5份,非离子表面活性剂18.5份,香精微胶囊0.5份,悬浮稳定剂聚丙烯酰基二甲基牛磺酸铵1.5份,水3.5份,中和剂氨基甲基丙醇6份,防腐剂1份,柠檬酸0.2份,香精0.5份。
所述有机溶剂中由重量比为8:22:5.5:10.5的甘油、丙二醇、二丙二醇甲醚和PEG600组成。
所述阴离子表面活性剂由重量比为16:6.5的直链烷基苯磺酸和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠组成;
所述非离子表面活性剂由重量比为10:5.5:3的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚、异构八碳醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚和EO-PO嵌段聚醚组成。

所述内容物包含有机溶剂36.8份,阴离子表面活性剂20份,非离子表面活性剂28.5份,香精微胶囊1.5份,悬浮稳定剂聚丙烯酰基二甲基牛磺酸钠3份,水8.7份,柠檬酸0.1份,防腐剂卡松0.1份,酶制剂碱性蛋白酶0.3份,香精1份。
所述有机溶剂由重量比为9.8:18:5:4的甘油、丙二醇、PEG600和乙醇组成。
所述阴离子表面活性剂由重量比为4:1的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠和椰油脂肪酸钾组成。
所述非离子表面活性剂由重量比为20:8.5的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(7)醚和异构十碳醇聚氧乙烯(8)醚组成。
所述洗衣凝珠的制备方法如下:

所述内容物包含有机溶剂21份,阴离子表面活性剂37.5份,非离子表面活性剂30.5份,香精微胶囊0.3份,悬浮稳定剂丙烯酰基二甲基牛磺酸铵/丙烯酰胺共聚物0.8份,水2.8份,中和剂三乙醇胺5.8份,防腐剂卡松0.1份,柠檬酸0.1份,酶制剂碱性蛋白酶0.3份、香精0.8份。
所述有机溶剂中由重量比为1:5:1的甘油、丙二醇和二乙二醇丁醚组成。
所述阴离子表面活性剂由重量比为12:15:7:3.5的直链烷基苯磺酸、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠和异丙苯磺酸钠组成。
所述非离子表面活性剂由重量比为15:7:4:4.5的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚、异构十碳醇聚氧乙烯(8)醚、脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚和脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚组成。

所述内容物包含有机溶剂36份,阴离子表面活性剂26份,非离子表面活性剂27份,香精微胶囊0.8份,水3.8份,中和剂二异丙醇胺5.5份,柠檬酸0.1份,防腐剂卡松0.1份,香精0.7份。
所述有机溶剂由重量比为6:21:4:4的甘油、丙二醇、山梨醇和异丙醇组成。
所述阴离子表面活性剂由重量比为9:4的直链烷基苯磺酸和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠组成。
所述非离子表面活性剂由重量比为20:7的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(3)醚组成。
所述洗衣凝珠的制备方法如下:
S1.往有机溶剂中依次加入中和剂和阴离子表面活性剂,搅拌混合均匀后,再加入非离子表面活性剂,搅拌混合均匀,得到混合液A;

对比例2

所述内容物包含有机溶剂21.8份,阴离子表面活性剂37.5份,非离子表面活性剂30.5份,香精微胶囊0.3份,水2.8份,中和剂三乙醇胺5.8份,防腐剂卡松0.1份,柠檬酸0.1份,酶制剂碱性蛋白酶0.3份、香精0.8份。
所述有机溶剂中由重量比为3:15.8:3的甘油、丙二醇和二乙二醇丁醚组成。
所述阴离子表面活性剂由重量比为12:15:7:3.5的直链烷基苯磺酸、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠和异丙苯磺酸钠组成。
所述非离子表面活性剂由重量比为15:7:4:4.5的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚、异构十碳醇聚氧乙烯(8)醚、脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚和脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚组成。
所述洗衣凝珠的制备方法如下:
S1.往有机溶剂中依次加入中和剂和阴离子表面活性剂,搅拌混合均匀后,再加入非离子表面活性剂,搅拌混合均匀,得到混合液A;
S2.往混合液A中加入防腐剂和酶制剂,混合均匀后,得到混合液B;
S3.往混合液B中加入香精微胶囊,混合均匀后,用柠檬酸调pH值6-9,最后加入香精和色素,搅拌均匀,静置消泡,得到内容物;
S4.将内容物加入到洗衣凝珠包膜机中,采用水溶膜进行包封,即得。
性能测试
将实施例1-6制得的洗衣凝珠进行去污力、稳定性和留香程度的测试,并与对比例1-2以及市购某品牌的洗衣凝珠A进行测试对比,具体如下:
1.去污力试验
参照GB/T13174-2008的规定测定。试验时用250mg/kg硬水,试样实验浓度为0.1%(标准洗衣液实验浓度为0.2%),以恒温30℃且固定转速120r/min持续20min后停止,漂洗二次后晾干,测定洗涤前后的白度值,计算出各个样品的去污比值进行比较,去污比值数值越大,表示去污力越好。试验结果见表1:

从表1可知,所有实施例对三种污布的去污比值均≥1,符合行标QB/T1224《衣料用液体洗涤剂》对洗衣液的去污力要求,说明本发明制备的洗衣凝珠是完全符合洗衣液去污力要求的。对比例1、2分别对应于实施例1、6,仅是将实施例中的悬浮稳定剂用水代替,对比其去污力试验数据,几乎完全一致,这说明本发明不影响洗衣凝珠的洗涤功能。市购凝珠A宣称添加酶制剂和香精微胶囊,同样添加酶制剂的实施例5和6,去污力与市购凝珠A相当,甚至比它更好。
2.稳定性试验
将凝珠试验样品用透明塑料密封袋分装好,然后将袋子密封,分别置于45℃进行热稳定性试验。试验结果见表2:

从表2可知,未添加悬浮稳定剂的2个对比例凝珠,香精微胶囊很快就析出了,这说明其货架周期很短,基本上没有作为商品的实用价值。所有实施例凝珠的热稳定性都比对比例好,这说明本发明是切实有效的,可显著提高凝珠产品中微胶囊的悬浮稳定性。
实施例4、5所使用的悬浮稳定剂为聚丙烯酰基二甲基牛磺酸均聚物,而其他实施例使用的悬浮稳定剂都丙烯酰基二甲基牛磺酸和其他基团的共聚物。从表2可知,实施例4、5的热稳定性在所有实施例中是相对较差的,这说明丙烯酰基二甲基牛磺酸均聚物的悬浮稳定效果不太理想,需要改性后才具有更好的悬浮稳定效果。实施例4、5的悬浮稳定性比较差,还和它们的总活性物含量较低、有机溶剂含量相对较高有关。实施例5的悬浮稳定性比实施例4更差一点,主要是因为它添加的香精微胶囊比实施例4多得多,而它的悬浮稳定剂又相对较少。
实施例1、6的热稳定最好,经4周的45℃热老化仍是稳定的,按经验至少可以满足1年左右的产品货架稳定性。这说明实施例1、6所使用的悬浮稳定剂及配方技术方案已经达到可以实用的水平。
市购凝珠A启封从包装盒内拿出时,就发现凝珠中已经有沉淀物,按照其生产日期推算,该盒凝珠生产出来只有5个月不到,这说明该凝珠香精微胶囊的悬浮稳定性不佳,不如实施例1和6。该凝珠的标签上特别提醒“出现分层和沾壁,属于正常现象,不会影响产品的清洁功效”,这也从一个侧面反映出目前香精微胶囊在凝珠中的稳定悬浮技术还没有得到很好的解决。
3.留香试验
试验方法为:①取一颗凝珠,放入洗衣机,再放入一件全新的白大褂,开启洗衣机,以标准程序洗涤,洗涤结束后将白大褂取出自然晾干;②将晾干的白大褂静置在室内一定时间,然后由具有评香员资质的实验人员轻柔几下白大褂,并用嗅觉辨别是否有香气散发出来;③每隔一定时间重复一次试验步骤②。试验结果见表3:

注:对比例1、2和市购凝珠A的试验样品均有沉淀。
从表3可知,已产生沉淀的试验样品(即对比例1、2和市购凝珠A),其洗涤后的留香时间均比没有产生沉淀的试验样品(即实施例1-6)的留香时间短,这也说明香精微胶囊的悬浮稳定性不好,会使得凝珠的留香效果变差,从而直接影响到产品的使用体验。试验结果表明,实施例1-3及实施例5具有较好的的留香效果,留香时间可达到2个月以上。
实施例4、6的留香时间差于其他实施例,这和它们的香精微胶囊添加量较少有很大关系,实施例的试验结果表明留香时间和香精微胶囊的添加量成正比关系,但是当香精微胶囊的添加量达到一定的量(比如0.8%以上)以后,凝珠的留香时间就差别不大了。
市购凝珠A的留香时间最短,大约为一周左右,和对比例2的留香时间大致相当,这说明其香精微胶囊悬浮稳定性不佳,并且香精微胶囊的添加量也较少。
以上说明是针对本发明可行实施例的具体说明,以上实施例并非用以限制本发明的专利范围,凡未脱离本发明基本思路所为的等效实施或变更,均应包含于本专利范围中。
Claims (8)
1.一种留香型洗衣凝珠,由水溶膜和包裹在水溶膜内的内容物构成,其特征在于,所述内容物包括如下重量份的组分:有机溶剂19-50份,阴离子表面活性剂5-40份,非离子表面活性剂18-48份,香精微胶囊0.3-2份,悬浮稳定剂0.5-3.5份,水2.5-10份,中和剂0-12份,柠檬酸0.1-0.4份,防腐剂0.1-1份,香精0.1-1.5份,酶制剂0-0.5份;
所述有机溶剂选自乙醇、丙二醇、甘油、山梨醇、聚乙二醇、异丙醇、二丙二醇、二乙二醇甲醚、二乙二醇乙醚、二乙二醇丁醚、二乙二醇叔丁醚、二丙二醇甲醚、二丙二醇丁醚、三丙二醇甲醚或三丙二醇丁醚中的一种或两种以上任意比例的组合;
所述阴离子表面活性剂选自直链烷基苯磺酸、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐、异丙苯磺酸钠或脂肪酸盐中的一种或两种以上任意比例的组合;
所述非离子表面活性剂选自脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、EO-PO嵌段聚醚、烷基糖苷、脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚或脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或两种以上任意比例的组合;
所述悬浮稳定剂选自丙烯酰基二甲基牛磺酸钠/吡咯烷酮共聚物、丙烯酰基二甲基牛磺酸铵/丙烯酸羟乙基共聚物、丙烯酰基二甲基牛磺酸钠/丙烯酰胺共聚物或丙烯酰基二甲基牛磺酸铵/丙烯酰胺共聚物中的一种;
所述酶制剂为碱性蛋白酶。
2.如权利要求1所述的留香型洗衣凝珠,其特征在于,所述有机溶剂为丙二醇、甘油、聚乙二醇或二乙二醇丁醚的一种或两种以上任意比例的组合。
3.如权利要求1所述的留香型洗衣凝珠,其特征在于,所述阴离子表面活性剂为直链烷基苯磺酸、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐、脂肪酸盐中的一种或两种以上任意比例的组合。
4.如权利要求1所述的留香型洗衣凝珠,其特征在于,所述非离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或两种以上任意比例的组合。
5.如权利要求1所述的留香型洗衣凝珠,其特征在于,所述中和剂为单乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、一异丙醇胺、二异丙醇胺、三异丙醇胺或氨基甲基丙醇中的任意一种。
6.如权利要求1所述的留香型洗衣凝珠,其特征在于,所述防腐剂为卡松、乙内酰脲、苯氧乙醇、乙基己基甘油中的一种或两种以上任意比例的组合。
7.如权利要求1至6任一项所述的留香型洗衣凝珠,其特征在于,所述的水溶膜的材质为聚乙烯醇、改性聚乙烯醇或改性淀粉中的一种,膜厚50-100μm。
8.权利要求1至7任一项所述留香型洗衣凝珠的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1.往有机溶剂中依次加入中和剂和阴离子表面活性剂,搅拌混合均匀后,再加入非离子表面活性剂,搅拌混合均匀,得到混合液A;
S2.往混合液A中加入防腐剂和酶制剂,混合均匀后,得到混合液B;
S3.将悬浮稳定剂用水进行预溶解,得到悬浮稳定剂溶液,将悬浮稳定剂溶液加入到混合液B中,搅拌均匀后,再加入香精微胶囊,混合均匀后,用柠檬酸调pH值为6-9,最后加入香精,搅拌均匀,静置消泡,得到内容物;
S4.将内容物加入到洗衣凝珠包膜机中,采用水溶膜进行包封,即得。
