Abstract

Background

The existing electronic quick-arranging system has the problem of inconvenient assembly and disassembly, and technical innovation is performed on the basis of the existing electronic quick-arranging system aiming at the above situation.

The working principle is as follows: when the single-direction and two-direction electronic quick-release system for the motorcycle is used, firstly, the first fisheye bearing 1 and the metal rod 2 can be fixed through the threaded connection of the first connecting rod 11 and the positive threaded nut 10, so that the stability of the first fisheye bearing 1 and the metal rod 2 is ensured, secondly, the sensor 3 can be installed on the right side of the metal rod 2 through the threaded connection of the second connecting rod 12 and the sensor 3, and the second fisheye bearing 4 can be installed on the sensor 3 through the threaded connection of the third connecting rod 13 and the negative threaded nut 14, so that the first fisheye bearing 1, the metal rod 2, the sensor 3 and the second fisheye bearing 4 can be fixedly installed together, secondly, a pull signal and a pressure signal can be generated when a driver ascends and descends respectively, the pull signal and the pressure signal can be acquired by the sensor 3 installed on the gear shift lever when the driver passes through the gear shift lever, the sensor 3 collects signals and transmits the signals to the AD converter 5 for processing, the processed signals are transmitted to the controller 6, the controller 6 is connected with two large action devices 8 of an ignition device and a throttle motor of the engine through a wire harness, meanwhile, the data acquisition module 9 in the controller 6 can acquire the gear, the rotating speed and the throttle position of the engine when the driver shifts up and down at the moment in real time, the controller 6 sends a command to the action device 8 according to the data stored in the system in advance, when the driver shifts up, the controller 6 will give a signal to the internal ignition device of the actuating device 8 to cut off the fire, if the driver shifts down, the controller 6 will give a signal to the internal throttle device of the actuating device 8 to replenish the oil, the rotation speed of the motorcycle engine is matched with the rotation speed of the gearbox by the principles of gear-up and fire-off and gear-down oil supplement, so that a clutch-free gear-up and gear-down is achieved; meanwhile, the Bluetooth module 7 in the controller 6 can send data to APP software of the mobile phone, and a driver is allowed to perform custom adjustment on various data so as to adapt to the driving style of the driver, namely the working principle of the single-direction and two-direction electronic quick-exhaust system for the motorcycle.
