Abstract
本发明公开了一种低分子量聚丁二烯乳液及脱模剂,主要涉及脱模剂领域。包括其原料按重量份数计包括:低分子量聚丁二烯90‑120份;异构醇聚氧乙烯醚12‑18份;高分子乳化剂(EO/PO嵌段)3‑8份;H2O250‑310份;所述低分子量聚丁二烯包括1,2加成结构和1,4加成结构,所述数均分子量为2000‑10000。本发明的有益效果在于:可形成薄而致密的自交联涂层,可耐高压、高温液体冲击,涂层不影响制品的后期涂装粘接。

技术领域
本发明涉及脱模剂领域,具体是一种低分子量聚丁二烯乳液及脱模剂。
背景技术
金属、橡胶、塑料、混凝土等材料模具成型中广泛使用脱模剂,脱模剂一般以喷涂、擦拭等形式涂覆于模具表面,形成涂层。该涂层隔离制品与模具的吸附、粘连,使制品容易脱出,防止脱模过程中制品或模具发生损坏,并提高工作效率。由于安全生产和环境保护方面的法律法规要求,不含挥发性有机物的乳液型脱模剂成为行业主要发展方向。
脱模剂常用材料包括油脂、蜡、有机硅、有机氟等材料,其中油脂和硅油因分子量较低(Mn一般低于1000)形成涂层的韧性和抗冲击性比较差;蜡乳液因常温固体,成膜不够致密;有机硅与有机氟都具有极低表面能,少量残留即导致制品表面能过低,无法做后涂装、粘接处理。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种低分子量聚丁二烯乳液及脱模剂,它成膜柔韧,有自交联反应活性,疏水,成膜致密,水、气阻隔性能好,可形成薄而致密的自交联涂层,可耐高压、高温液体冲击,涂层不影响制品的后期涂装粘接。
本发明为实现上述目的,通过以下技术方案实现:
一种低分子量聚丁二烯乳液,其原料按重量份数计包括:
所述低分子量聚丁二烯包括1,2加成结构和1,4加成结构,所述数均分子量为2000-10000。
进一步的,所述低分子量聚丁二烯包括1,2乙烯基双键、1,4顺式双键、1,4反式双键;
或者,
所述低分子量聚丁二烯包括1,2乙烯基双键、1,4顺式双键;
或者,
所述低分子量聚丁二烯包括1,2乙烯基双键、1,4反式双键。
进一步的,制作方法为:将原料混合,升温至80-90℃,加80℃热水80-120份,在高速搅拌机5000-6000rpm条件下搅拌30min,提高转速至12000-15000rpm,缓慢加200-240份常温水。保持40℃搅拌30min,过滤出料,得到粒径0.2μm的浅白色乳液,即得。
进一步的,具体应用时,可以单独应用作脱模剂,也可以与蜡乳液、有机硅乳液复配使用。
作为本发明的另一个方面,一种脱模剂,使用上述的低分子量聚丁二烯乳液,与高密度聚乙烯蜡乳液、水、防腐剂复配所得,用作PU鞋底的脱模剂。
作为本发明的另一个方面,使用上述的低分子量聚丁二烯乳液,与聚丙烯蜡乳液、烷芳基硅油乳液、极压润滑剂、水、防腐剂复配所得,用作手机中板用镁铝合金脱模剂。
作为本发明的另一个方面,使用上述的低分子量聚丁二烯乳液,与聚丙烯蜡乳液、极压润滑剂、水、防腐剂复配所得,用作电脑外壳用镁铝合金脱模剂。
作为本发明的另一个方面,使用上述的低分子量聚丁二烯乳液,与低密度聚乙烯蜡乳液、水、防腐剂复配所得,用作PU汽车内饰件高回弹泡沫的脱模剂。
对比现有技术,本发明的有益效果在于:
低分子量聚丁二烯常温液体,可在模具表面形成薄而致密的涂层,由于其主链含双键有反应活性,受热可形成交联,从而涂层的强韧性提高。以低分子量聚丁二烯乳液为主的脱模剂涂层,对高压低粘度注射的物料冲击耐受性强。低分子量聚丁二烯本身为非极性物质,表面能与聚乙烯蜡类似,适合脱模剂应用。低分子量聚丁二烯的耐温性好,其热分解温度高于400℃,可以作为脱模剂应用于铝、镁、锌等低熔点合金压铸领域,低分子量聚丁二烯涂层不影响制品表面粘接和可涂饰性,这是有机硅、有机氟材料的使用缺陷。
同时低分子量聚丁二烯乳液在与蜡乳液、硅氧烷乳液共同使用时,体现了协同效果,脱模力和脱模持久性均比单独使用效果明显。

实施例1:制备低分子量聚丁二烯乳液
1)原材料:
(1)低分子量聚丁二烯,市售。
所述低分子量聚丁二烯性能包括:1,2乙烯基双键(1%);1,4顺式双键(82%);1,4反式双键(17%);Mn=2900。
(2)碳(10)异构醇聚氧乙烯醚(EO=10),市售。
(3)高分子乳化分散剂,EO/PO嵌段共聚物,市售。

将原料混合,升温至90℃,加1/3(90℃)热水,在高速搅拌机5000rpm条件下搅拌30min,提高转速至12000rpm,缓慢加2/3常温水。保持40℃30min,过滤出料,得到粒径0.2μm的浅白色乳液。
实施例2.制备低分子量聚丁二烯乳液
1)原材料:
(1)低分子量聚丁二烯,市售。
所述低分子量聚丁二烯性能包括1,2乙烯基双键(61%);1,4顺式双键(39%);Mn=2200。
(2)碳(13)异构醇聚氧乙烯醚(EO=7),市售。
(3)高分子乳化分散剂,EO/PO嵌段共聚物,市售。

将原料混合,升温至80℃,加80份(80℃)热水,在高速搅拌机6000rpm条件下搅拌30min,提高转速至15000rpm,缓慢加200份常温水。保持40℃搅拌30min,过滤出料,得到粒径0.2μm的浅白色乳液。
总结:由于结构区别,实施例2获得的低分子量聚丁二烯乳液比实施例1获得的低
分子量聚丁二烯具有更好的耐温性。
实施例3:使用实施例1所制得的低分子量聚丁二烯乳液制作PU鞋底脱模剂
1)配方(按重量份数计):

使用前用水开稀一倍,配成工作液,喷一次脱模4次左右。鞋底制品不需要后处理即可涂漆和粘接。
实施例4:使用实施例2制得的低分子量聚丁二烯乳液应用作手机中板用镁铝合金脱模剂(30%)

使用前用水按1:50开稀,配成工作液,模具温度为350度。该产品高温润湿性好,深腔脱模效果好,长期使用模具表面不易成碳。
实施例5:使用实施例2制得的低分子量聚丁二烯乳液应用作电脑外壳用镁铝合金脱模剂(30%)

使用前用水按1:50开稀,配成工作液,模具温度为280度。该产品高温润湿性好,制品可后涂饰。
实施例6:使用实施例1所制得的低分子量聚丁二烯乳液应用作PU汽车内饰件高回弹泡沫脱模剂

使用前用水开稀一倍,配成工作液,复杂制品易脱模,不影响制品涂漆和粘接。

2.根据权利要求1所述一种低分子量聚丁二烯乳液,其特征在于,
所述低分子量聚丁二烯包括1,2乙烯基双键、1,4顺式双键、1,4反式双键;
或者,
所述低分子量聚丁二烯包括1,2乙烯基双键、1,4顺式双键;
或者,
所述低分子量聚丁二烯包括1,2乙烯基双键、1,4反式双键。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种低分子量聚丁二烯乳液,其特征在于,制作方法为:将含100份低分子量聚丁二烯的原料混合,升温至80-90℃,加80℃热水80-120份,在高速搅拌机5000-6000rpm条件下搅拌30min,提高转速至12000-15000rpm,缓慢加200-240份常温水。保持40℃搅拌30min,过滤出料,得到粒径0.2μm的浅白色乳液,即得。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种低分子量聚丁二烯乳液,其特征在于,具体应用时,可以单独应用作脱模剂,也可以与蜡乳液、有机硅乳液复配使用。
5.一种脱模剂,其特征在于,使用权利要求1-4所述的低分子量聚丁二烯乳液,与高密度聚乙烯蜡乳液、水、防腐剂复配所得,用作PU鞋底的脱模剂。
6.一种脱模剂,其特征在于,使用权利要求1-4所述的低分子量聚丁二烯乳液,与聚丙烯蜡乳液、烷芳基硅油乳液、极压润滑剂、水、防腐剂复配所得,用作手机中板用镁铝合金脱模剂。
7.一种脱模剂,其特征在于,使用权利要求1-4所述的低分子量聚丁二烯乳液,与聚丙烯蜡乳液、极压润滑剂、水、防腐剂复配所得,用作电脑外壳用镁铝合金脱模剂。
8.一种脱模剂,其特征在于,使用权利要求1-4所述的低分子量聚丁二烯乳液,与低密度聚乙烯蜡乳液、水、防腐剂复配所得,用作PU汽车内饰件高回弹泡沫的脱模剂。
