For example, the receiving unit 62 receives at least one of the browsing history and the product purchase history of the user on the website displayed on the television apparatus 200 from the interest information management server 300.
The accounting processing unit 63 performs accounting processing based on at least one of the browsing history and the commodity purchase history, and registers the processing result in the accounting processing DB.
The transmission unit 64 transmits various information to the external device. For example, the transmitting unit 64 transmits the information in the billing management DB to the external device.
Fig. 10 is a diagram illustrating a first screen switching example in the embodiment. This example shows a case where there are commodities in a scene on the EC site. As shown in fig. 10 (a), for example, it is assumed that the CM of the commodity a is shown on the image display section 233 of the television apparatus 200. At this time, the pop-up window P of "please see your interest list (interest information list)" in the lower left corner is not displayed.
At this time, it is assumed that the user is interested in the article a. In this case, the user presses a "favorite key" provided on the remote controller 4. In this way, the interest information including the device ID of the television apparatus 200, the push time, and the channel at that time is transmitted from the television apparatus 200 to the interest information management server 300.
Then, a pop-up window P of "please see your interest list" is displayed on the image display portion 233 at a prescribed point in time. The predetermined time point is, for example, the start of the last period of the program, one minute before the end of the program, after the stop button for recording is pressed, when the television apparatus 200 is turned on next time, or the like. When the user operates the remote controller 4 and clicks the pop-up window P, as shown in fig. 10 (b), the "interest list" is displayed. Hereinafter, for the sake of simplicity of description, "operating the remote controller 4" is appropriately omitted.
For example, in the interest list, the interest scenes are divided into programs (programs 1 and 2) and CMs (CM1 and CM 2) to be displayed. A scene name (described in detail later) is displayed below the scene of interest, for example. Here, for example, when the scene CM1 of the commodity a is selected in the screen displayed in fig. 10 (b), the screen is switched to the screen shown in fig. 10 (c).
In the screen shown in fig. 10 (c), in addition to the scene image of the product a, i.e., the image CM1, the associated images 1 and 2 are displayed. When these videos are selected, the videos can be viewed. In addition, when the detail key B1 is pressed, the screen is switched to the screen shown in (d) in fig. 10. In addition, when the sharing key B2 is pressed, a scene can be shared through SNS (Social Networking Service) or mail (to be described in detail later).
The screen shown in fig. 10 (d) displays an EC site. For example, a search input screen 11, product screens 12 to 14, and the like are displayed on the EC site. Using the EC website, the user can purchase, for example, the article a shown in the scene.
Next, fig. 11 is a diagram illustrating a second screen switching example in the embodiment. This example shows a case where there is no commodity in the scene on the EC site, and there is an LP. The same matters as in fig. 10 will not be described repeatedly as appropriate. As shown in fig. 11 (a), for example, it is assumed that the CM of the product B is shown on the image display section 233 of the television apparatus 200.
At this time, it is assumed that the user is interested in the article B. In this case, the user presses a "favorite key" provided on the remote controller 4. In this way, the interest information including the device ID of the television apparatus 200, the push time, and the channel at that time is transmitted from the television apparatus 200 to the interest information management server 300.
As shown in fig. 11 (B), after the interest list is displayed, when the scene CM2 of the commodity B is selected, the screen shown in fig. 11 (c) is switched to.
In the screen shown in fig. 11 (c), in addition to the scene image of the product B, i.e., the image CM2, the associated images 3 and 4 are displayed. When these videos are selected, the videos can be viewed. In addition, when the detail key B1 is pressed, the screen is switched to the screen shown in fig. 11 (d).
In the screen shown in fig. 11 (d), LP is displayed. In LP, for example, a two-dimensional code QR or the like indicating a coupon is displayed in addition to the product B. The two-dimensional code QR includes information such as the device ID of the television apparatus 200. Then, for example, the user photographs the two-dimensional code QR with the smartphone 100, goes to a shop of the product B, and has the device read the screen of the two-dimensional code QR. Accordingly, the user can enjoy a discount of a predetermined amount when purchasing the product B. At this time, since the two-dimensional code QR includes information such as the device ID of the television apparatus 200, the interest information management server 300 can specify the device ID of the television apparatus 200 owned by the user who purchased the product B.
Next, fig. 12 is a diagram showing a third screen switching example in the embodiment. This example shows the case where there are no commodities in the scene on the EC site, and there is no LP. The same matters as at least one of fig. 10 and 11 will be appropriately omitted from redundant description. As shown in fig. 12 (a), for example, it is assumed that the CM of the commodity C is shown on the image display section 233 of the television apparatus 200.
At this time, it is assumed that the user is interested in the article C. In this case, the user presses a "favorite key" provided on the remote controller 4. In this way, the interest information including the device ID of the television apparatus 200, the push time, and the channel at that time is transmitted from the television apparatus 200 to the interest information management server 300.
As shown in fig. 12 (b), after the interest list is displayed, when the scene of the article C is selected, the screen shown in fig. 12 (C) is switched to.
In the screen shown in fig. 12 (C), the associated videos 5 and 6 are displayed together with the scene video of the product C, i.e., the video CM 4. When these videos are selected, the videos can be viewed. In addition, when the detail key B1 is pressed, the screen is switched to the screen shown in fig. 12 (d).
In the screen shown in fig. 12 (d), related websites are displayed. Information related to the product C is displayed on the associated website, for example. Accordingly, the user can browse the information related to the product C on the related website.
Next, fig. 13 is a diagram showing a configuration example of an additional remote controller R according to the embodiment. The description has been made on the premise that the remote controller 4 is provided with the favorite keys. Not limited to this, the remote controller R provided with the favorite key may be added to the user of the existing remote controller not provided with the favorite key.
The remote controller R is provided with a decision key R1, a cross key R2, a key B11, and a key B12. The cross key R2 is used to change the temporary selection display section in the screen. The determination key R1 is used to determine a temporarily selected display portion in the screen.
The key B11 (favorite key) is used when the user views a favorite scene and wants to add the favorite scene to the interest list while watching the television apparatus 200. Button B12 is used when it is desired to display an interest list.
Fig. 14 is a diagram showing an outline of state switching in the embodiment. The outline of the state switching will be described with reference to fig. 14, and the details of the processing of each device will be described with reference to fig. 15 to 18.
When the user views a CM or a program on the television apparatus 200 (T1), and clicks the favorite key of the remote controller 4 (T2), the interest information management server 300 extracts a keyword based on a post meta search or the like (T3), and adds the keyword to the interest list (T4).
Then, a pop-up window for displaying the interest list is displayed on the television apparatus 200 at a prescribed point in time (T8), and when the interest list key (pop-up window) is clicked (T9), the interest list is displayed on the television apparatus 200 (T10).
In addition, when the favorite key of the remote controller 4 is double-clicked (T2), an interest list is displayed on the television apparatus 200 (T10).
By using the cross key or the enter key of the remote controller 4 or the remote controller R (T11), a favorite CM or program can be selected.
In addition, it is also possible to display an interest list (T6) by using a dedicated application (T5) on the smartphone 100 (information terminal), and select a favorite CM, program (T7).
After T12, classification is performed at the interest information managing server 300 (T13). That is, if there is a product in the scene on the EC site, the process proceeds to T17. In the case where there is no commodity in the scene on the EC website and there is an LP, the interest information management server 300 will show the user the LP acquired from the enterprise server 8 through the television device 200 (T14 → T15).
When the commodity list (commodity search result) of the EC site is displayed on the television device 200 (T17), the interest information management server 300 counts PV (Page View) (T20). When the user browses the details of the goods (T18) and confirms the order in the shopping cart in the screen (T19), the goods are transmitted (T26), and the interest information managing server 300 counts CVs (Conversion) (T21).
Information (data) of PV (T20), CV (T21), and device ID (T22) of the television apparatus 200 corresponding thereto is sold to an enterprise (of T25 pieces of information) who wishes to utilize the information.
The LP displays a two-dimensional code indicating a coupon and a telephone number (T23). When the user captures a two-dimensional code representing a coupon using the smartphone 100, goes to a shop selling the product, and makes a device read the two-dimensional code to purchase the product (T27), the interest information management server 300 counts CVs based on the device ID of the television apparatus 200 included in the two-dimensional code (T21).
At T13, when there is no commodity in the scene and no LP on the EC site, the interest information management server 300 presents the related site operated by the enterprise server 8 to the user via the television device 200 (T16).
Fig. 15 is a flowchart showing an initial setting process in the information linkage system of the embodiment. When the setting key of the remote controller 4 is pressed by the user in step S1, the television apparatus 200 displays a setting screen in step S2.
Next, in step S3, in the television apparatus 200, when the "program/CM EC linkage initial setting" key in the setting screen is pressed by the user, and in step S4, an EC site desired to be linked is selected and pressed by the user, in step S5, an input of an ID and a PW (password: Pass Word) for the EC site selected by the user is received, and the linkage processing is completed in step S6.
Next, fig. 16A and 16B are flowcharts illustrating a first overall process in the information linkage system S according to the embodiment. First, in step S11, it is assumed that the television apparatus 200 displays a video (image) of broadcast content.
Then, when playing the favorite scene, the user presses the favorite key of the remote controller 4 in step S12. Thus, in step S13, the pressing information is transmitted from the remote controller 4 to the television apparatus 200. Next, in step S13a, in the television apparatus 200, the transmission section 245 generates interest information including scene specifying information for specifying a scene and a device ID for specifying the television apparatus 200 and transmits it to the interest information management server 300.
Next, in step S14, the extraction unit 313 of the interest information management server 300 extracts a keyword corresponding to the scene in the interest information from the various information. Next, in step S15, the control unit 315 specifies the scene name based on the extracted keyword by a predetermined algorithm.
Next, in step S16, the control unit 315 adds interest information including keywords and scene names to the interest list (interest information list) in the storage unit 311. Next, in step S17, the transmission unit 317 generates an interest list as pop-up information and transmits the pop-up information to the television apparatus 200.
Next, in step S18, in the television apparatus 200, the display control unit 244 displays the interest list at a predetermined time point. Then, when the user clicks the pop-up window on the television apparatus 200 using the remote controller 4 in step S19, click information is transmitted from the remote controller 4 to the television apparatus 200 in step S20.
Next, in step S23, the display control section 244 of the television apparatus 200 displays the interest list on the image display section 233.
Next, when the user selects a favorite scene using the remote controller 4 in step S24, selection information is transmitted from the remote controller 4 to the interest information management server 300 via the television device 200 in step S25.
Next, in step S26, the transmission unit 317 of the interest information management server 300 transmits the related video information (for example, information of video 1 and video 2 shown in fig. 10 (c)) to the television apparatus 200. Further, the associated video information may also be contained in the pop-up information at step S17.
Then, in step S27, the display control unit 244 of the television apparatus 200 displays the related video or the like (for example, as shown in fig. 10 (c)).
Next, in step S28, the determination unit 316 of the interest information management server 300 determines whether or not the detail key B1 is pressed on the screen shown in fig. 10 (c), for example, and if yes, the process proceeds to fig. 17, and if no, the process proceeds to step S29.
In step S29, the determination unit 316 of the interest information management server 300 determines whether or not the sharing key B2 is pressed on the screen shown in fig. 10 (c), for example, and if yes, the process proceeds to step S30, and if no, the process returns to step S28.
In step S30, the display control unit 244 of the television apparatus 200 displays the transmission target candidate list.
When the user selects a transmission object using the remote controller 4 in step S31, selection information is transmitted from the remote controller 4 to the television apparatus 200 in step S32.
Next, the television apparatus 200 determines a transmission subject in step S33, and transmits information about a favorite scene to the transmission subject through SNS or mail in step S34. Then, a person who receives information on a favorite scene through SNS or mail can recognize the information and then perform an action of watching the favorite scene through the television apparatus 200, or the like.
Next, fig. 17A and 17B are flowcharts showing a second overall process (a process after yes in step S28 in fig. 16B) in the information linkage system S according to the embodiment. First, in step S41, the control unit 315 of the interest information management server 300 specifies an interlocking object from keywords corresponding to a favorite scene. That is, an internet search or the like is performed.
Next, in step S42, the determination unit 316 determines whether or not there is a product in the scene on the EC site, and if yes, the process proceeds to step S43, and if no, the process proceeds to step S47.
In step S43, the transmission unit 317 of the interest information management server 300 transmits the EC site information to the television apparatus 200.
Next, in step S44, the display control unit 244 of the television apparatus 200 displays the EC site and also displays the product search result. Further, in this step S44, in the case where there are a plurality of candidate EC sites, an operation of selecting an EC site may be added.
In the case of displaying the product search result, for example, a shop with a high visitor number, a shop with a close relationship, or a shop that has requested a service of directly jumping to a shop may be displayed with priority.
Next, in step S45, the control section 243 of the television apparatus 200 calculates the PV1 (variable) and transmits it to the interest information management server 300. In this way, in step S46, the control unit 315 of the interest information management server 300 counts the PV1 stored in the storage unit 315.
Next, when the user performs a product selection operation using the remote controller 4 in step S58, operation information is transmitted from the remote controller 4 to the television apparatus 200 in step S59.
In this way, in step S60, the display control unit 244 of the television apparatus 200 displays the product of the selected specified store. Next, in step S61, the television apparatus 200 calculates PV2 (variables) and transmits it to the interest information management server 300. In this way, in step S62, the control unit 315 of the interest information management server 300 counts the PV2 stored in the storage unit 311.
Next, when the user performs an order confirmation operation using the remote controller 4 in step S63, operation information is transmitted from the remote controller 4 to the television apparatus 200 in step S64.
Thus, in step S65, the television apparatus 200 confirms the order. Next, in step S66, the television apparatus 200 calculates CV (variable) and transmits it to the interest information management server 300. In this way, in step S67, the control unit 315 of the interest information management server 300 counts the CVs stored in the storage unit 311.
On the other hand, in step S47, the determination unit 316 of the interest information management server 300 determines whether or not to display the LP of the object, and if yes, the process proceeds to step S48, and if no, the process proceeds to step S52.
In step S48, the transmitting unit 317 of the interest information management server 300 transmits the LP information to the television apparatus 200.
In this way, in step S49, the display control unit 244 of the television apparatus 200 displays the LP. Next, in step S50, the control section 243 of the television apparatus 200 calculates the PV3 (variable) and transmits it to the interest information management server 300. In this way, in step S51, the control unit 315 of the interest information management server 300 counts the PV3 stored in the storage unit 311.
In step S52, the search unit 314 of the interest information management server 300 searches for related websites using the keywords.
Next, in step S53, the transmission unit 317 of the interest information management server 300 transmits the related site information to the television apparatus 200.
In this way, in step S54, the display control unit 244 of the television apparatus 200 displays the associated website. Next, in step S55, the control section 243 of the television apparatus 200 calculates the PV4 (variable) and transmits it to the interest information management server 300. Next, in step S56, the control unit 243 of the television apparatus 200 stores the display page. In addition, in step S57, the control unit 315 of the interest information management server 300 counts the PV4 stored in the storage unit 311.
Next, fig. 18 is a flowchart illustrating the measurement data processing in the interest information management server 300 according to the embodiment. In step S71, the determination unit 316 determines whether or not there is a request for measurement data of the program/CM effect from the company, and if yes, the process proceeds to step S72, and if no, the process returns to step S71.
In step S72, the control unit 316 acquires information such as viewer attributes, viewed programs, PV (PV1 to PV4) numbers, CV numbers, PV and CV occurrence times, and URLs of displayed pages, which are stored in the storage unit 311.
Next, in step S73, the interest information management server 300 creates measurement data of the program/CM effect according to a predetermined algorithm.
Next, in step S74, the transmitting unit 317 transmits the measurement data of the program/CM effect to the enterprise server 8 operated by the enterprise as the requester.
In this manner, the enterprise that is the requestor can apply the metering data to marketing and the like. In addition, the operation company of the interest information management server 300 may receive a price consideration based on the PV number and the CV number from, for example, an enterprise as the requester, thereby improving the profit.
Next, a use case assumed in the present embodiment will be explained. Fig. 19 is a diagram showing a use case list in the embodiment.

Credit shopping on Television (TV) for solitary women <28 years old >
When i have taken a bath and want to watch a tv show on the tv, the CM of the appealing face soap a is playing on the tv. Although i want to know what is, because i want to watch the tv show, click the "favorites" on the tv remote control to be able to view it later (if a double click is made, switch to the LP for the good immediately).
When the program is finished, a pop-up notification "please see your interest list" is displayed on the lower left of the television screen. When the pop-up window is clicked, a list of CMs of the objects when the "favorite key" is pressed will be displayed. In addition to the face soap a, the list is loaded with goods B, C. Since i want the article a, when the ok key is pressed after selecting the article a, LP of the article a is displayed and there is a more detailed article description video of 90 seconds. After finishing watching the video, i decide to purchase, and therefore click on the EC site key located at the bottom of the scrolling LP.
Then, on the page of a certain EC site, the commodity is displayed according to the rule of the certain EC site. I want the prices to be in ascending order, so the displayed ordering in the upper right corner is in ascending order. I select the cheapest item and click the buy key on the screen. The screen displays the receiving information such as the address registered in advance and the credit card information, and clicks the "order confirmation" key. Two days later, article a arrives at home.

I want to know the information of car a in detail and therefore click the "favorites key" on the tv remote control.
I want to view while watching a news program, so open the smart phone's dedicated application and switch to the LP for car a displayed in the interest list. There is a more detailed video on the LP and the rating of the guest who purchased, i wants to purchase the car a. When I drops to the bottom of the LP, there is a coupon "New user's worth 3 million yen gift", which is appended to the special application's coupon page when I clicks on it.
I came to the nearest dealer and after talking to the salesperson for about 1 hour, decided to purchase, and read the two-dimensional code containing the device ID information of the television from the coupon of the dedicated application, using a gift worth 3 ten thousand yen.
If the manufacturer of car a provides data of the device ID every month, it can be charged for providing the CM of when which channel was watched and acquiring attribute data of the coupon.

There is meter A in the interest list, click on it and switch to LP. After viewing the LP, it is desired to purchase, but as the age of the user makes it more and more difficult to carry the heavier rice, it can be difficult to purchase at the store. However, when I pull down to the bottom of the LP, we write "free delivery". Heavy rice is not carried if purchased here. In view of this, i click the buy key, and the phone number of the ordering party is displayed on the home page. The device ID of the television is written below the telephone number and "please tell us this number when ordering" is written.

The marketer of the enterprise a analyzes the reference source on Google (registered trademark) analysis (Google Analytics), and finds that the effect of CM is significant. It is desirable to make an LP and register on the interest information managing server 300 to investigate the attributes of the user.
Next, an example of a business marketer will be described.
[ example of Enterprise marketer ]
< business marketing personnel >
It is difficult to measure the direct effect of the tv CM. It is now possible to navigate to the web site by searching for keywords, but it is still difficult to determine whether a CM contributed to a sale. The attributes of the purchaser (channel/time/gender/age/region, etc.) are not known. I have always looked into whether there are better ways.
At this time, i've heard a service, i.e. the CM seen from the integrated mass video recording function of a certain television device can directly jump to a certain EC website and buy a commodity.
I consult with the salesperson of the operation company of the interest information management server 300 immediately, and thus know that if LP is prepared and the commodity is displayed on the EC site, the cost per month is 50 ten thousand yen, and the user can complete the purchase of the product viewed from the CM in one stop. As a gift, if 50 ten thousand yen are paid, the buyer's attribute report will also be provided monthly.
By using this report, the region, program, time, and the like where the CM is distributed can be efficiently specified, contributing to an increase in sales.
It is understood that the first month can be tried free of charge. After trial use, if valuable data is obtained, it can be used continuously.
E1 year later E
A service has begun to be popularized in which a CM viewed from an integrated mass video recording function jumps to a corresponding LP using late metadata and then can be purchased on an EC site or a coupon more cost-effective than a conventional coupon can be obtained to enjoy a discount service. In the previous CM, the process from cognition to desire (AID) of the AIDMA theory was followed, however, in many cases, it does not prompt memory or action. However, thanks to this service, it is possible to enable the user to take action immediately and to increase the value of the CM. The AIDMA theory is a theory representing a psychological process of a consumer with respect to advertisement, and it is considered that the consumer goes through 5 processes from the knowledge of a certain product to the purchase, namely, Attention (knowledge of the existence of the product), Interest (Interest), Desire (Desire to purchase), Memory (Memory left), and Action (Action, purchase Action).
It is said that a new sales promotion means is brought forth in the world. Only the integrated mass video recording function and the full-automatic video recording function enable the metadata (metadata indicating a program generated after broadcasting, including information based on subtitles, lines of performers, images, and the like) at the later stage to function. Television devices of other companies cannot provide these services, but some manufacturers have also begun to provide them. The manufacturer a of a television apparatus having an integrated mass video recording function always provides new products and new services first, but is overtaking. Service planning personnel are always concerned about providing new services to avoid overtaking.
On the other hand, television stations and businesses that are aware of the advantages of this service have begun to add pre-term metadata (referring to metadata of programs generated before broadcasting, including information based on subtitles, performers' lines, images, and the like) to CMs. In the case where the metadata of the previous period is encrypted, it must be decrypted to be used. The decryption software is provided by manufacturer a from which television manufacturers other than manufacturer a must purchase licenses. License fees also include payment to television stations, parts of the enterprise.
The way CM is distributed is also changed, for example, after the program is finished, it is limited to purchase at a price of 20% in 30 minutes.
As described above, according to the information linkage system S of the present embodiment, if the user has a favorite scene in the viewed broadcast content, the interest list can be created only by pressing the favorite key on the remote controller 4. Then, the user can easily obtain information related to a favorite scene using a pop-up display or the like that appears later.

In the related art, from the viewpoint of broadcasting stations and companies, the measurement of effects other than the audience rating when introducing products and services in television CMs and programs can be quantified by the number of visits or searches to a website immediately after broadcasting, but this is only one estimate. In addition, the viewer cannot be analyzed. This quantization is intended only for viewers watching live broadcasts, and cannot acquire information of viewers watching recorded videos.
On the other hand, according to the present embodiment, when products and services are introduced in the television CM or the program, the above-described PV number, CV number, and device ID of the television apparatus 200 are used, so that the effect measurement other than the audience rating can be performed with high accuracy. In addition, it is also possible to analyze viewers or acquire information of viewers watching a video recording.
In addition, according to the present embodiment, it is possible to provide a new way for the user to purchase and induce a purchase of a product to a website, and to improve convenience in purchasing a product. In addition, for the broadcasting station and the sponsor, new marketing data can be obtained, and more targeted advertisements can be delivered.
The programs executed by the devices (the interest information management server 300, the EC site server 5, the billing server 6, the associated site server 7, the enterprise server 8, and the television device 200) according to the present embodiment are files in an installable format or an executable format, and can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium such as a CD (Compact Disc) -ROM (Read Only Memory), a Flexible Disk (FD), a CD-R (Recordable), a DVD (Digital Versatile Disc).
Some embodiments of the present application have been described above, but these embodiments are merely examples and are not intended to limit the scope of the present application. The innovative embodiments can be implemented in other various forms, and various omissions, substitutions, and changes can be made without departing from the spirit of the present application. These embodiments and modifications thereof are included in the scope and gist of the present application, and are included in the invention of the scope described in the claims and the equivalent scope thereof.
For example, in the television apparatus 200, the interest list is not displayed as a pop-up window, but the broadcast content screen is reduced in size by a so-called L-type screen method, and a blank area is provided on the side surface or the bottom of the screen so that the same display is performed in the blank area.
