Abstract
The invention provides a cooking control method, a device, a storage medium and a cooking appliance, wherein the cooking control method comprises the following steps: acquiring the time for the temperature of the temperature sensing bulb to decrease from the upper limit to the lower limit of the preset temperature interval in the current heating stage; comparing the time length with a preset time length; and determining to keep the current heating stage or quit the current heating stage according to the comparison result. When the temperature of liquid in the pot is low, the heat on the pot can be quickly transferred to the liquid in the pot, the temperature drops quickly, when the heating is stopped, the temperature of the inner pot is monitored through the temperature sensing bulb, and the temperature sensed by the temperature sensing bulb drops quickly; similarly, when the temperature in the pot is higher, the temperature sensed by the temperature sensing bulb is reduced slowly, so that the temperature state in the pot can be better reflected, the temperature state in the pot can be more accurately judged, and the technical problem of poor porridge cooking effect of the single-bottom temperature sensing bulb is solved by adjusting the heating stage adaptive to the temperature state in the pot.

The cooking control method of the invention comprises the following steps: acquiring the time for the temperature of the temperature sensing bulb to decrease from the upper limit to the lower limit of the preset temperature interval in the current heating stage; comparing the time length with a preset time length; and determining to keep the current heating stage or quit the current heating stage according to the comparison result. 1. A cooking control method, comprising:

comparing the time length with a preset time length;
and determining to keep the current heating stage or quit the current heating stage according to the comparison result.
2. The cooking control method of claim 1, wherein determining to maintain the current heating stage or to exit the current heating stage according to the comparison comprises:
if the duration is not greater than the preset duration, keeping the current heating stage;
and if the duration is longer than the preset duration, exiting the current heating stage.
3. The cooking control method according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising:
and determining to enter the next heating stage or exit the total heating stage when exiting the current heating stage according to the position of the current heating stage in the total heating stage.
4. The cooking control method of claim 3, wherein after exiting the total heating phase, the method further comprises:
recording the duration corresponding to the last heating stage in the total heating stages;
comparing the duration with a preset duration;
judging the amount of the cooking food according to the comparison result;
and confirming the heating mode of the next cooking stage according to the cooking food quantity.
5. The cooking control method according to claim 4, wherein confirming a heating pattern of a next cooking stage according to the amount of the cooked foodstuff includes:
if the amount of the cooking food is not more than the first preset food amount, entering the next cooking stage in a heating mode of small food amount;
if the cooking food quantity is larger than the first preset food quantity and not larger than the second preset food quantity, entering the next cooking stage in a heating mode of the middle food quantity;
and if the cooking food quantity is larger than a second preset food quantity, entering the next cooking stage in a heating mode of large food quantity.
6. The method for controlling a cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein obtaining a time period for the temperature of the bulb to decrease from an upper limit to a lower limit of a preset temperature interval in a current heating stage comprises:
stopping heating and timing after heating in the current heating stage to enable the temperature of the thermal bulb to exceed the upper limit of the preset temperature interval;
and stopping timing and recording the time length after the temperature of the temperature sensing bulb is reduced to the lower limit of the preset temperature interval.
7. The cooking control method according to claim 1,

the timing module is used for recording the used time of the temperature change in a preset temperature interval;
