When the device is used, firstly, an operator can place a die to be processed on the backing plate 27, then can grasp the two handles 24 by hands and clamp the protection plate 25 on the fixing plate 26, and the protection plate 25 is provided with the transparent plate, so that the operator can better check the processing condition when the device processes the grinding tool; when the sliding plate 22 slides in the bottom plate 21, friction is generated between the sliding plate 22 and the balls 37 and the guide wheels 38, the balls 37 and the guide wheels 38 rotate in the clamping plate 33, when an operator needs to perform oil lubrication on internal components of the device, the sealing plug 34 can be opened by hand, then the lubricating oil is poured into an oil storage groove 35 arranged in the clamping plate 33, when the sliding plate 22 drives the balls 37 and the guide wheels 38 to rotate during sliding, the balls 37 and the guide wheels 38 extrude the fiber sponge 36 during rotation, so that the lubricating oil in the fiber sponge 36 flows to the balls 37 and the guide wheels 38, the internal components of the sliding plate 22 are lubricated conveniently, and the situation that the sliding effect is poor after the device is used for a long time is prevented; before the grinding machine body 1 is used, an operator can fix the supporting plate 41 and the grinding machine body 1 together through screws, then the fixing frame 42 is clamped in the supporting plate 41, the limiting rod 51 is rotated by using a tool, the limiting rod 51 is enabled to abut against the two abutting blocks 52 when being rotated into the supporting plate 41 and the fixing frame 42, the abutting plates 54 are enabled to extrude the pressure spring 55 when the sliding rod 53 drives the abutting blocks 52 to slide, the sliding rod 53 drives the protruding block 56 to be clamped in the supporting plate 41, and the fixing frame 42 is convenient to fix, so that the situation that internal components of the fixing frame 42 are loosened or slide wires after the device is used for a long time is favorably prevented; when the die is machined, an operator can turn on a control switch of the motor 63, a storage battery is arranged in the fixed block 62 and is electrically connected with the motor 63 through the control switch, when the operator turns on the control switch of the motor 63, the storage battery supplies power to the motor 63, the motor 63 drives the rotating shaft 64 to rotate, the rotating shaft 64 drives the loop bar 65 to rotate, the loop bar 65 is sleeved with the fixed ring 66, the fixed ring 66 is fixedly connected with the grinding wheel 61, the loop bar 65 drives the fixed ring 66 to rotate when rotating, and the grinding wheel 61 can machine the die when rotating; when operating personnel need change emery wheel 61, operating personnel can rotate chamber door 44 with the hand, and then when making fixture block 45 rotate along with chamber door 44, with the separation of kelly 46, then operating personnel reuse instrument rotation dead lever 67 and with its from the inside dismantlement of loop bar 65, and then be convenient for operating personnel to dismantle limiting plate 68 from pivot 64 to be favorable to improving the availability factor of device.

the sliding mechanism (2) comprises a bottom plate (21), the bottom plate (21) is installed on the grinding machine body (1) in a matched mode, a sliding plate (22) is connected onto the bottom plate (21) in a sliding mode, fixing plates (26) are symmetrically and fixedly connected onto the sliding plate (22), a protection plate (25) is connected onto the fixing plates (26) in a clamping mode, handles (24) are fixedly installed on the protection plate (25), the two handles (24) are symmetrically arranged, a base plate (27) is fixedly installed in the sliding plate (22), and a baffle plate (23) is fixedly connected onto the sliding plate (22);
the length of the protection plate (25) is larger than the distance between the two fixing plates (26), and the height of the protection plate (25) is equal to that of the fixing plates (26);
the guide mechanism (3) comprises connecting blocks (31), the connecting blocks (31) are symmetrically and fixedly installed on the grinding machine body (1), a clamping plate (33) is clamped between the two connecting blocks (31) in a matching mode, the clamping plate (33) is connected with the connecting blocks (31) in a matching mode through a positioning rod (32), an oil storage groove (35) is formed in the clamping plate (33), fiber sponge (36) is installed on the clamping plate (33), balls (37) and guide wheels (38) are arranged in the clamping plate (33) in a matching and rotating mode, and the balls (37) and the guide wheels (38) are respectively in rolling connection with the sliding plate (22);
