The effect indexes are as follows: the transdermal water loss rate, the facial brightness L value and the white degree ITA degree, wherein the lower the transdermal water loss rate is, the better the skin barrier is; the larger the value of facial brightness L, the better the skin brightening effect of the product is; the higher the ITA degree, the better the product is able to whiten skin.
Measuring the skin percutaneous water loss rate by using a CK skin tester after 4 weeks, and measuring a delta L value and a fair degree delta ITA degree of the change of the facial brightness before and after use by using VISA; where Δ L × and Δ ITA ° are the average values of all test subjects.
The test results are shown in table 6.

The test results of comparative example 6 and examples 7 to 13 show that the cosmetic compositions of examples 6 to 13 have significant effects in terms of stratum corneum barrier repair, skin lightening, skin whitening, etc., but the higher the content of each component is, the better the effect is, and the compositions of comparative example 6 and examples 10 to 13 have an enhanced effect of increasing the content of the component at a low content, but the effect of increasing the content of the component at a certain ratio is not significant. Therefore, the technical means of the present invention using citrus peel extract, triquetum extract, niacinamide, D-panthenol and soluble proteoglycan are not simple additions or substitutions between components.
Appearance stability test
The compositions of examples 6 to 13 were allowed to stand at room temperature, 45 ℃ and under sunlight for 1 month, and the change in appearance of each composition was observed, and the test results are shown in Table 7.

As can be seen from the test results in Table 7, in comparison with examples 6-13 of the present invention, the stability is increased with the content of the components, and the discoloration is severe, i.e., the synergistic effect between the compositions has certain requirements on the content of each component, and the optimal component ratio can ensure the stability of the product while exerting better effect.
It is particularly noted that the cosmetic composition of the invention can be prepared into cosmetics of other formulations, such as skin lotion, skin emulsion, skin cream, skin gel and the like, and the cosmetics of other formulations have the same effect as the effect proved by the embodiment within the range of the mixture ratio disclosed by the invention.
While the invention has been described with reference to specific embodiments, the invention is not limited thereto, and various equivalent modifications and substitutions can be easily made by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
Claims (9)
1. The composition with the effects of whitening and brightening the skin color is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight:
citrus peel extract: 0.3-2 parts;
extract of Tianzhu fruit: 0.5-2 parts;
nicotinamide: 0.5-2 parts;
d-panthenol: 0.3-1 part;
soluble proteoglycan: 0.3-1 part.
2. The composition with the effects of whitening and brightening the skin color according to claim 1 is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight:
citrus peel extract: 1 part;
extract of Tianzhu fruit: 2 parts of (1);
nicotinamide: 2 parts of (1);
d-panthenol: 1 part;
soluble proteoglycan: 0.5 part.
3. The composition with skin whitening and brightening effects according to any one of claims 1-2, characterized in that the niacinamide is a cosmetic raw material with a niacin content of less than 100 ppm.
4. A cosmetic composition comprising the composition having skin whitening and color brightening effects of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the composition having skin whitening and color brightening effects accounts for 0.5 to 33% of the total weight of the cosmetic composition.
5. The cosmetic composition of claim 4, further comprising cosmetic adjuvants: 67-99.5 percent.
6. The cosmetic composition of claim 5, wherein the cosmetic adjuvant is selected from the group consisting of emulsifiers, emollients, solubilizers, thickeners, skin conditioners, humectants, pH adjusters, preservatives, chelating agents, fragrances, deionized water, in combination or combinations thereof.
7. The cosmetic composition of claim 6, wherein the humectant is selected from the group consisting of glycerin, butylene glycol, propylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, 1, 3-propanediol, glyceryl acrylate/acrylic acid copolymer, glyceryl polyether-26, hexylene glycol, 1, 2-pentanediol, caprylyl glycol, ethylhexyl glycerin, polyethylene glycol-32, urea, allantoin, PEG/PPG-17/6 copolymer, PPG-28-buthylenether-35, bis-PEG-18 methyl ether dimethylsilane, and sorbitol.
8. The cosmetic composition of claim 6, wherein the thickener is selected from the group consisting of one or more of ammonium acryloyl dimethyltaurate/VP copolymer, sodium polyacrylate, sodium acrylate copolymer, hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyl dimethyltaurate copolymer, polyacrylate-13, ammonium acryloyl dimethyltaurate/beheneth-25 methacrylate crosspolymer, xanthan gum, and carbomer.
9. The cosmetic composition of claim 6, wherein the preservative is selected from the group consisting of parabens, phenoxyethanol, chlorphenesin, caprylhydroxamic acid, glyceryl caprylate, benzoic acid and salts thereof, dehydroacetic acid and salts thereof, 1, 2-pentanediol, ethylhexylglycerin, caprylyl glycol;
the pH regulator is one or more of citric acid, sodium citrate, sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, triethanolamine, aminomethyl propanol, arginine, acetic acid and lactic acid.
