And, the flue gas that faggots burning produced mixes with the oil smoke in air-out wind channel 110, because can inhale outside air when the oil smoke adsorbs, the temperature is lower, so the flue gas can effectual reduction exhaust gas's after mixing with the oil smoke temperature.
When the firewood burning, can't reach the effect of complete combustion, can produce certain carbon monoxide, can supply the flue gas that the burning of part firewood produced to cavity 210 down through tonifying qi passageway 211, can burning part carbon monoxide, improve the efficiency that the firewood burnt.
And part of oil smoke can be combusted in the process, so that the oil smoke external discharge is reduced.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the amount of air of the fan assembly 100, for example, the rotational speed of the fan, is controlled to control the combustion power of the firewood, and when the amount of air sucked by the fan assembly 100 increases, the amount of air entering the lower chamber 210 through the air supply channel 211 increases accordingly, so that more oxygen can be supplied, and the combustion power of the firewood can be improved.
Specifically, the lower chamber 210 is used for putting firewood and the like into the lower chamber and burning, the external air of the air supply channel 211 is directly supplemented to the lower chamber 210, the burning efficiency of the firewood can be improved, and the smoke generated by burning rises to the upper chamber 220 and is sucked away through the smoking channel 221.
In the invention, only a single group of fan components 100 is needed to be configured, namely, the original fan for pumping oil smoke is utilized, the requirements of smoke suction and air supplement can be met simultaneously through the reformation of the flue, the structure is simple and reasonable, and the cost is low.
It should be noted that, in the present invention, the fan assembly 100 may include a plurality of fans for realizing the same function, and is not limited to a single fan.
In some embodiments of the present invention, fan assembly 100 is a turbofan, facilitating the layout of the air duct.
It is contemplated that in some embodiments of the present invention, fan assembly 100 may also be an axial fan, and will not be described in detail herein.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, in some embodiments of the present invention, the present invention further includes a negative pressure chamber 130, the negative pressure chamber 130 is respectively communicated with the air suction opening 101, the oil fume suction assembly 120 and the air fume suction passage 221, the fan assembly 100 generates negative pressure to suck oil fume and air fume, and the arrangement of the air duct or flue duct is facilitated by configuring the negative pressure chamber 130.
Specifically, the upper portion of the negative pressure chamber 130 is provided with an opening connected to the oil smoke sucking assembly 120, and an oil smoke passage extending to the upper portion of the cooking bench is provided in the oil smoke sucking assembly 120 for sucking oil smoke.
Of course, in the implementation, the negative pressure chamber may not be provided, and the soot sucking component 120 and the smoking channel 221 are directly connected to the air suction opening 101, which will not be described in detail herein.
As shown in fig. 7, 8 and 9, in some embodiments of the present invention, the upper chamber 220 is provided with a smoke elimination ring 230, the smoke absorption channel 221 is disposed in the smoke elimination ring 230, the smoke elimination ring 230 is provided with a plurality of smoke absorption holes 222 communicating the smoke absorption channel 221 with the upper chamber 220, smoke in the upper chamber 220 is absorbed into the smoke absorption channel 221 through the smoke absorption holes 222, and the smoking effect is good.
Specifically, the smoke holes 222 are annularly distributed on the inner side of the smoke elimination ring 230 to improve the smoke suction effect.
As shown in fig. 7, 8 and 9, in some embodiments of the present invention, the middle plate 220a is disposed at the bottom of the upper chamber 220, the middle plate 220a is provided with an opening corresponding to the lower chamber 210, and the middle plate 220a is enclosed by a sheet metal part to form the smoke elimination ring 230 and the smoke absorption channel 221.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the smoke abatement ring 230 is disposed corresponding to the bottom of the pot to reduce the leakage of smoke generated by the combustion of firewood.
As shown in fig. 9, in some embodiments of the present invention, the smoke abatement ring 230 has a hexagonal structure, which can be better matched with the bottom of the pot, and the edge metal plate is manufactured.
It is contemplated that in some embodiments of the present invention, the smoke elimination ring 230 may be configured in an octagonal, circular, etc. configuration, which is not described in detail herein.
As shown in fig. 7, 8 and 9, in some embodiments of the present invention, an upper heat insulation plate 231 is spaced outside the smoke elimination ring 230 to reduce heat diffusion and influence on other components on the integrated cooker.
As shown in fig. 10, in some embodiments of the present invention, the side wall of the air outlet duct 110 is provided with a convex hull structure 111, an air distribution cavity 112 is formed in the convex hull structure 111, the convex hull structure 111 is provided with an air distribution port 113 facing the air outlet direction and communicated to the air distribution cavity 112, and the air compensation channel 211 is communicated to the air distribution cavity 112, so as to introduce the air in the air outlet duct 110 into the air compensation channel 211.
Specifically, the air outlet duct 110 is a plate member, and the air distribution chamber 112 is arranged by adopting a convex hull structure, so that the sheet metal processing and production are facilitated.
As shown in fig. 10, in some embodiments of the present invention, a first enclosing plate 212 and a second enclosing plate 213 are circumferentially disposed on the lower chamber 210 and spaced from each other, an air supplement channel 211 is formed between the first enclosing plate 212 and the second enclosing plate 213, and an air supplement hole 214 communicating the lower chamber 210 and the air supplement channel 211 is disposed on the first enclosing plate 212, which is simple and reasonable in structure.
Specifically, the gas supply holes 214 are annularly distributed on the first enclosing plate 212, so that gas supply is more uniform, and the combustion effect is improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the first enclosing plate 212 and the second enclosing plate 213 are sheet metal parts, and are convenient to produce and process.
As shown in fig. 10, in some embodiments of the invention, a lower heat shield plate 215 is spaced outwardly from the second shroud plate 213 to reduce heat dissipation and to reduce the impact on other components of the integrated cooktop.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, in some embodiments of the present invention, the smoke evacuation channel 300 and the air outlet duct 110 are communicated, and the smoke evacuation channel 300 is provided with the outer exhaust interfaces 301 on both sides and the back of the integrated firewood stove, so that the outer exhaust pipes can be arranged on the rear side or the left and right sides of the integrated stove as required, thereby improving the flexibility of the integrated stove installation.
Specifically, after the outer discharge pipe is connected, the unused outer exhaust port 301 can be closed by the closing plate, so that the occurrence of air leakage is reduced.
As shown in fig. 3, 8 and 9, in some embodiments of the present invention, a flue gas heat recovery device is further configured, and the flue gas heat recovery device can be used for recovering heat in flue gas generated during combustion of a firewood, so as to improve energy utilization efficiency and reduce temperature of flue gas discharged outside.
Specifically, the flue gas heat recovery device generates hot water through heat exchange between water and flue gas, the hot water is used for a bowl washing basin or water of a water heater is preheated, and meanwhile the temperature of the flue gas can be reduced.
As shown in fig. 8, 9 and 11, in some embodiments of the present invention, the smoke heat recovery device includes a water tank 700 disposed in the negative pressure chamber 130, the water tank 700 is provided with a water inlet 701 and a water outlet 702, an airflow channel 703 is disposed on one side of the water tank 700, and a smoking channel 221 is communicated to the negative pressure chamber 130 through the airflow channel 703, so that smoke exchanges heat with water in the water tank 700 before entering the negative pressure chamber 130, thereby generating hot water.
It is conceivable that, in some embodiments of the present invention, the flue gas heat recovery device may also be a plurality of coil pipes, the coil pipes are disposed in the negative pressure cavity 130, the coil pipes are provided with a water inlet and a water outlet, and the flue gas entering the negative pressure cavity 130 can exchange heat with water in the coil pipes, so as to achieve the heat recovery effect.
