Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problem of coating of the anti-rust oil, the invention provides a technical scheme which mainly starts from the aspect of optimizing a preparation method of the anti-rust oil, and the technical scheme comprises the high-strength steel plate anti-rust oil and the preparation method thereof, which start from different angles and avoid the problems of production cost increase and the like caused by the traditional method. The scheme is as follows:
the invention provides high-strength steel plate antirust oil which comprises base oil, polyethylene glycol monoalkyl ether unsaturated carboxylic ester, oleic acid, an antirust additive, a metal passivator and an antioxidant.
Preferably, the base oil comprises one or more of poly 500SN base oil, 100SN base oil and 150SN base oil.
Preferably, the polyenoic acid comprises one or both of dimerized oleic acid and trimerized oleic acid.
Preferably, the antirust additive comprises one or more than two of zinc naphthenate, dodecenylsuccinic acid monoester and dodecenylsuccinic acid.
Preferably, the metal deactivator comprises benzotriazole.
Preferably, the antioxidant comprises one or two of 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol or 2, 6-di-tert-butylphenol.
Preferably, the high-strength steel plate rust preventive oil comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-60 parts of base oil, 3-7 parts of polyethylene glycol monoalkyl ether unsaturated carboxylic ester, 2-5 parts of oleic acid, 5-10 parts of antirust additive, 0.3-3 parts of metal deactivator and 0.1-1.8 parts of antioxidant.
Secondly, the invention also provides a preparation method of the high-strength steel plate antirust oil, which comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing part of base oil with part of antioxidant, introducing nitrogen, heating and stirring to obtain a mixture A;
(2) taking part of base oil, introducing nitrogen, sequentially adding the oleic acid, the polyethylene glycol monoalkyl ether unsaturated carboxylic ester, part of the metal passivator and part of the antioxidant under the heating and stirring conditions, and continuously heating and stirring to obtain a mixture B;
(3) taking part of base oil, introducing nitrogen, sequentially adding the antirust additive and part of the metal passivator under the heating and stirring conditions, and continuously heating and stirring to obtain a mixture C;
(4) cooling the mixture A, adding the mixture A into the mixture B, adding the mixture C into the mixture B, heating and stirring at constant temperature;
(5) cooling the mixed system obtained in the step (4) to room temperature under the stirring condition, performing ultrasonic treatment, and performing sealed preservation to obtain high-strength steel plate antirust oil;
the total mass in the steps is the respective total mass of each component, and the values are respectively calculated according to the formula of the high-strength steel plate antirust oil.
Preferably, the part of the base oil in step (1) is 20-40% of the total mass of the base oil, and the part of the antioxidant is 20-40% of the total mass of the antioxidant.
Preferably, the part of the base oil in the step (2) is 20-30% of the total mass of the base oil, the part of the metal passivator is 70-90% of the total mass of the metal passivator, and the part of the antioxidant is the antioxidant of the remaining total mass after the step (1).
Preferably, the part of the base oil in the step (3) is the base oil with the residual total mass after the steps (1) and (2); and (3) the partial metal passivator is the metal passivator with the total mass left after the steps (1) and (2).
The total mass is the respective total mass of each component, and the values are respectively calculated according to the formula of the high-strength steel plate antirust oil.
Preferably, the heating and stirring in the step (1) are carried out at the temperature of 60-80 ℃ for 10-30 min.
Preferably, the heating and stirring in the step (2) are carried out at the temperature of 40-60 ℃; and continuously heating and stirring at 40-60 deg.C for 10-30 min.
Preferably, the heating and stirring in the step (3) are carried out at the temperature of 70-80 ℃; and continuously heating and stirring at the temperature of 60-70 ℃ for 10-30 min.
Preferably, the temperature is reduced in the step (4) to 40-60 ℃, and the temperature reduction rate is 5-10 ℃/min; the heating and stirring are carried out at constant temperature, and the temperature is 60-70 ℃.
It should be noted that the main purpose of the ultrasonic treatment in the step (5) is to remove bubbles mixed in during stirring, and does not play a significant role in the uniform dispersion of the rust preventive oil system. The ultrasonic treatment time is 10-120min, and is determined according to the bubble removal condition.
Advantageous effects
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
compared with other schemes in the prior art, the formula of the high-strength steel plate antirust oil provided by the invention is simple and has a plurality of components, the preparation method is relatively simple, and on the basis, the antirust oil formula and the preparation method are doubly optimized, so that the problem of film forming property of an antirust oil coating film is creatively adjusted from the aspect of the preparation method, and the problems of production cost increase and the like caused by the traditional method are avoided.

The base oil comprises a poly 500SN base oil.
The oleic acid dimer comprises oleic acid dimer.
The rust inhibiting additive includes zinc naphthenate.
The metal deactivator includes benzotriazole.
The antioxidant comprises 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol.
The high-strength steel plate antirust oil comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30 parts of base oil, 3 parts of polyethylene glycol monoalkyl ether unsaturated carboxylic ester, 2 parts of oleic acid, 5 parts of antirust additive, 0.3 part of metal deactivator and 0.1 part of antioxidant.
Example 2 high-strength steel sheet rust preventive oil:
comprises base oil, polyethylene glycol monoalkyl ether unsaturated carboxylic ester, oleic acid, antirust additive, metal deactivator and antioxidant.
The base oil comprises a poly 100SN base oil.
The polyoleic acid comprises trimeric oleic acid.

Example 3 a high-strength steel sheet rust preventive oil:

Example 4 the method for preparing high strength steel sheet rust preventive oil according to example 3, comprising the steps of:
(1) mixing part of base oil with part of antioxidant, introducing nitrogen, heating and stirring to obtain a mixture A;
(2) taking part of base oil, introducing nitrogen, sequentially adding the oleic acid, the polyethylene glycol monoalkyl ether unsaturated carboxylic ester, part of the metal passivator and part of the antioxidant under the heating and stirring conditions, and continuously heating and stirring to obtain a mixture B;
(3) taking part of base oil, introducing nitrogen, sequentially adding the antirust additive and part of the metal passivator under the heating and stirring conditions, and continuously heating and stirring to obtain a mixture C;
(4) cooling the mixture A, adding the mixture A into the mixture B, adding the mixture C into the mixture B, heating and stirring at constant temperature;

Example 5 the method for preparing high strength steel sheet rust preventive oil according to example 3, comprising the steps of:
(1) mixing part of base oil with part of antioxidant, introducing nitrogen, heating and stirring to obtain a mixture A;
(2) taking part of base oil, introducing nitrogen, sequentially adding the oleic acid, the polyethylene glycol monoalkyl ether unsaturated carboxylic ester, part of the metal passivator and part of the antioxidant under the heating and stirring conditions, and continuously heating and stirring to obtain a mixture B;
(3) taking part of base oil, introducing nitrogen, sequentially adding the antirust additive and part of the metal passivator under the heating and stirring conditions, and continuously heating and stirring to obtain a mixture C;
(4) cooling the mixture A, adding the mixture A into the mixture B, adding the mixture C into the mixture B, heating and stirring at constant temperature;
(5) cooling the mixed system obtained in the step (4) to room temperature under the stirring condition, performing ultrasonic treatment, and performing sealed preservation to obtain high-strength steel plate antirust oil;

The part of the base oil in the step (1) is 40 percent of the base oil by mass, and the part of the antioxidant is 40 percent of the antioxidant by mass.
And (3) the part of base oil in the step (2) is 30% of base oil by total mass, the part of metal passivator is 90% of metal passivator by total mass, and the part of antioxidant is the antioxidant by total mass remained after the step (1).
The part of the base oil in the step (3) is the base oil with the total mass remained after the steps (1) and (2); and (3) the partial metal passivator is the metal passivator with the total mass left after the steps (1) and (2).

Heating and stirring at 80 ℃ in the step (3); and continuously heating and stirring at the temperature of 70 ℃ for 30 min.
Cooling to 60 ℃ at a cooling rate of 5-10 ℃/min in the step (4); the mixture is heated and stirred at a constant temperature, and the temperature is 70 ℃.
And (5) the ultrasonic treatment time is 120 min.
Example 6 the method for preparing high strength steel sheet rust preventive oil according to example 3, comprising the steps of:
(1) mixing part of base oil with part of antioxidant, introducing nitrogen, heating and stirring to obtain a mixture A;
(2) taking part of base oil, introducing nitrogen, sequentially adding the oleic acid, the polyethylene glycol monoalkyl ether unsaturated carboxylic ester, part of the metal passivator and part of the antioxidant under the heating and stirring conditions, and continuously heating and stirring to obtain a mixture B;
(3) taking part of base oil, introducing nitrogen, sequentially adding the antirust additive and part of the metal passivator under the heating and stirring conditions, and continuously heating and stirring to obtain a mixture C;
(4) cooling the mixture A, adding the mixture A into the mixture B, adding the mixture C into the mixture B, heating and stirring at constant temperature;
(5) cooling the mixed system obtained in the step (4) to room temperature under the stirring condition, performing ultrasonic treatment, and performing sealed preservation to obtain high-strength steel plate antirust oil;

(2) taking part of base oil, introducing nitrogen, sequentially adding the oleic acid, the polyethylene glycol monoalkyl ether unsaturated carboxylic ester, part of the metal passivator and part of the antioxidant under the heating and stirring conditions, and continuously heating and stirring to obtain a mixture B;
(3) taking part of base oil, introducing nitrogen, sequentially adding the antirust additive and part of the metal passivator under the heating and stirring conditions, and continuously heating and stirring to obtain a mixture C;

(2) adding polyethylene glycol monoalkyl ether unsaturated carboxylic ester, oleic acid and metal deactivator, and continuously heating and stirring;
(3) adding the antirust additive, and continuing heating and stirring;
(4) cooling the mixed system obtained in the step (3) to room temperature under the stirring condition, performing ultrasonic treatment, and performing sealed preservation to obtain high-strength steel plate antirust oil;
heating and stirring at the temperature of 70 ℃ for 20min in the step (1).
And (3) continuing heating and stirring at the temperature of 70 ℃ for 20min in the step (2).
And (3) continuously heating and stirring at the temperature of 70 ℃ for 20 min.
And (4) the ultrasonic treatment time is 60 min.
And (3) verifying the antirust oil effect: the rust preventive oil prepared by the test is verified to have the effect through the following conventional rust preventive oil performance test items
Firstly, testing a coating effect:
the high-strength steel plate antirust oil prepared by all the examples and all the comparative examples is coated on the surface of a steel plate, and the coating process and the film forming effect are observed: compared with the comparative example, the film forming of all the examples is more continuous and smooth, the formed oil film has no leakage point, is lower in viscosity, better in fluidity and better in ductility, and the oil film formed by the comparative example has obvious leakage points, wherein the large-area film breaking occurs after the oil film formed by the comparative example 2 is placed for 30 min.
II, basic performance test: the test method comprises the following steps: the steel plate anti-rust oil product prepared by the test is applied to the surface of a metal product with the same parameters by the same method, and the following tests are carried out on the obtained oil film or the surface of the metal product:
1. kinematic viscosity test: the test was performed according to GB/T11137.
2. Water replacement test: the test was carried out according to SH/T0036.
3. And (3) salt spray testing: the test was carried out according to SH/T0081, the test metal being 10# steel sheet.
4. And (3) lubrication test: the test was carried out according to GB/T3142 (four ball PB lubrication test).
Through comparison of test results, the high-strength steel plate antirust oil prepared in all the embodiments meets the test standards of the test, and the antirust performance and the lubricating performance of the antirust oil obtained in all the embodiments are superior to those of all the comparative examples.
The above contents are as follows: the formula provided by the invention is simple, but the technical effect of the high-strength steel plate rust preventive oil can be equally realized and even surpassed that of a plurality of complex formulas. Wherein, the oleic acid polymer (dimer oleic acid, trimer oleic acid) is matched with polyethylene glycol monoalkyl ether unsaturated carboxylic ester, and provides excellent lubricity only by a single component; the polyethylene glycol monoalkyl ether unsaturated carboxylic ester enables the antirust oil to have better ductility on a high-strength steel plate, so that the antirust oil is easier to form an oil film, and the oil film is uniform and is not easy to break. The preparation method of the anti-rust paint provided by the invention is relatively simple, and the method of treating and mixing step by step can be directly suitable for large-scale industrial production.
