Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of metal processing, in particular to high-strength steel plate antirust oil and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Metal corrosion is one of the main causes of damage to vehicles and mechanical fasteners in national production, and the damage can seriously affect the service life of the vehicles and the machines to cause economic loss, even serious people can cause failure or safety accidents due to the metal corrosion, and the stated safety of users is threatened. At present, methods for reducing the corrosion of the metal are numerous, but the most easy operation, low cost and wide application is to protect the metal fastener by using antirust oil.
The antirust grease is prepared by adding one or more antirust additives (also called oil soluble corrosion inhibitor) and auxiliary additives into the basic components of petroleum, and has the advantages of convenient use, low cost, good effect, simple operation and mass use in the fastener industry.
However, at present, both common antirust oil and high-strength steel plate antirust oil generally have the problems of uneven oil layer on the surface of a coated steel material and flowing and flying, and the problems often cause great oil consumption, environmental pollution, uneven coating thickness and influence on use cost and use effect. Novel devices such as a multi-stage atomizing device and a high-pressure spraying device are often adopted in the industry to overcome the problems, so that the production cost is increased linearly, and different types of anti-rust oil can reach a good film coating effect by using different types of devices. In addition, the industry also adopts a mode of changing the formula of the anti-rust oil to overcome the problems, but when the formula is adjusted to be smaller, a good effect cannot be achieved, and when the formula is adjusted to be larger, the raw materials of a production enterprise are adjusted to be overlarge, so that the production cost is greatly increased from the side.

The preparation method of the anti-rust paint provided by the invention is relatively simple, and the method of treating and mixing step by step can be directly suitable for large-scale industrial production.
While the preferred embodiments and examples of the present invention have been described in detail, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments and examples, and various changes can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention within the knowledge of those skilled in the art.
