Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a cosmetic composition, essence and a preparation method thereof, and aims to improve the moisturizing and anti-wrinkle effects of skin care products on skin and realize the repair of damaged skin by using natural plant extract substances.
In order to achieve the above object, in a first aspect, the present invention provides a cosmetic composition, comprising the following components in parts by weight: 3.0-30.0 parts of secondary cracking yeast fermentation product filtrate, 3.0-4.0 parts of fibroin extract, 0.5-5 parts of purslane extract, 0.5-6 parts of biological carbohydrate gum, 0.1-1 part of sodium hyaluronate, 3.5-6 parts of ceramide and 3.0-3.5 parts of lactobacillus/soybean milk fermentation product filtrate.
In the technical scheme of the invention, the secondary fission yeast fermentation product filtrate can inhibit activity, promote DNA repair and effectively protect skin from being damaged by ultraviolet rays, is used for skin care, sun protection and after-sun care products of emulsion, water-based and hydroalcoholic systems and can help prevent photoaging of epidermis and dermis. The schizosaccharomyces cerevisiae fermentation product lysate can also generate small molecules which comprise vitamin B group, mineral substances, amino acids and the like and are beneficial to skin care, can strengthen the metabolism of stratum corneum, and has the functions of whitening and resisting aging, wherein the small molecules are rich in nutrient substances and have the function of nourishing skin.
The fibroin extract contains a large amount of protein and carbohydrate, is a very effective moisturizing, moisture-keeping and anti-aging substance, contains rich mineral substances and trace elements, and has good effects of resisting allergy and regulating sebum secretion.
The purslane extract has the comprehensive performance of preventing dry and aging, increasing the comfort level of the skin, clearing free radicals, improving the comfort level of the skin and the like in winter.
Ceramide 3 is the main component of human skin horny layer, can enhance the natural barrier function of skin, increase skin water content, has the effects of restoring skin elasticity and resisting aging, and is particularly suitable for sensitive skin and atopic dermatitis.
The lactobacillus/soybean milk fermentation product filtrate is black soybean milk filtrate obtained by fermenting 16 strains (35 strains) of lactobacillus in total, is rich in various vitamins, proteins and active ingredients, and has effects of moisturizing, whitening, sterilizing and resisting allergy.
According to the technical scheme, the secondary fission yeast fermentation product filtrate, the fibroin extract, the purslane extract, the bioglycan-1, the sodium hyaluronate, the ceramide 3 and the lactobacillus/soybean milk fermentation product filtrate are compounded to generate a synergistic effect, so that the cosmetic composition has good effects of moisturizing, anti-wrinkle, skin injury repair and anti-aging.
As a preferred embodiment of the cosmetic composition of the present invention, the cosmetic composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 4.0-25.0 parts of secondary fission yeast fermentation product filtrate, 3.5-4.0 parts of fibroin extract, 2-4 parts of purslane extract, 1.5-5 parts of bioglycan gum, 0.5-1 part of sodium hyaluronate, 3.0-2 parts of ceramide and 3.0-3.5 parts of lactobacillus/soybean milk fermentation product filtrate.
As a preferred embodiment of the cosmetic composition of the present invention, the cosmetic composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20.0 parts of secondary fission yeast fermentation product filtrate, 3.5 parts of fibroin extract, 3 parts of purslane extract, 1.5 parts of biological carbohydrate gum, 0.6 part of sodium hyaluronate, 3.5 parts of ceramide and 3.5 parts of lactobacillus/soybean milk fermentation product filtrate.
As a preferred embodiment of the cosmetic composition of the present invention, the cosmetic composition further comprises 0.1 to 5.0 parts by weight of a skin conditioning agent comprising: one or more of free fatty acids, cholesterol, and phytosphingosine.
As a preferred embodiment of the cosmetic composition of the present invention, the skin conditioner comprises the following components by mass percent: 40.0-45.0% of free fatty acid, 30.0-35.0% of cholesterol and 20.0-35.0% of phytosphingosine.
As a preferred embodiment of the cosmetic composition of the present invention, the cosmetic composition further comprises any one or a combination of more of (a) to (e):
(a) 4.0 to 7.0 weight portions of mulberry leaf extract;
the folium Mori extract contains reducing sugar, pentosan and galactoside, tannin, and flavone, and has effects of inhibiting elastase, and resisting aging; it can promote the synthesis of fiber bud cell cerebral amide, moisten skin, and has good prevention and treatment effect on acne caused by high androgen; promoting luciferase activation, and resisting inflammation; can also inhibit tyrosinase activity, and has skin whitening effect. The mulberry leaf extract is suitable for non-pigmented skin, sensitive skin, pigmented skin, dry skin, wrinkled skin, tight skin, tolerant skin and oily skin.
(b) 5.0-6.0 parts by weight of grapefruit seed extract;
(c) Aloe vera leaf polysaccharides 3.0-4.5 parts by weight;
(d) 2.5-3.5 parts by weight of aloe extract;
(e) 3.0 to 4.5 weight portions of tremella polysaccharide.
As a preferred embodiment of the cosmetic composition of the present invention, the cosmetic composition further comprises the following components in parts by weight: beta-glucan 0.1-20.0 parts, 1, 2-pentanediol 0.05-2.0 parts, 1, 2-hexanediol 0.05-5.0 parts, and p-hydroxyacetophenone 0.1-1.0 parts.
In a second aspect, the invention also provides a essence which comprises a component A, a component B and water, wherein the component A comprises the cosmetic composition; the component B comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5.0-10.0 parts of butanediol, 1.5-2.5 parts of diglycerol, 0.2-2.5 parts of carbomer, 0.1-0.5 part of xanthan gum, 2.0-10.0 parts of betaine, 1.0-2.5 parts of disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate and 0.2-0.5 part of allantoin; the water accounts for 30.0 to 65.0 weight portions.
In a third aspect, the invention also provides a preparation method of the essence, which comprises the following steps:
(1) Weighing the raw materials of the component B, and uniformly stirring the raw materials of the component B for later use;
(2) Mixing the component B raw material with water, stirring, and cooling to 45-55 ℃ to obtain a component B mixture for later use;
(4) And sequentially adding the raw materials of the component A into the mixture of the component B, and stirring to obtain the essence.
As a preferable embodiment of the preparation method of the essence of the invention, the stirring temperature in the step (2) is 75-85 ℃, the stirring time is 30-40min, and the stirring speed is 30-50r/min.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the technical scheme, the saccharomyces cerevisiae fermentation product filtrate, the fibroin extract, the purslane extract, the bioglycan-1, the sodium hyaluronate, the ceramide 3 and the lactobacillus/soybean milk fermentation product filtrate are compounded to generate a synergistic effect, so that the cosmetic composition has good effects of moisturizing, anti-wrinkle and repairing skin injury.
Detailed Description
To better illustrate the objects, aspects and advantages of the present invention, the present invention will be further described by the following specific examples.
The cosmetic composition is prepared according to the composition and the mixture ratio of the raw materials in the table 1, wherein the raw materials are calculated according to the parts by weight.

The cosmetic composition No. 1-6 is compounded with other components to prepare essence, and the composition ratio of each raw material of the essence is shown in Table 2.

The preparation method of the essence in examples 1 to 6 is as follows:
(1) Weighing the raw materials of the component B, and uniformly stirring the raw materials of the component B for later use;
(2) Mixing the raw material of the component B with water, stirring at 75-85 ℃ for 30-40min at the stirring speed of 30-50r/min, and cooling to 45-55 ℃ after stirring to obtain a mixture of the component B for later use;
(3) And sequentially adding the raw materials of the component A into the mixture of the component B, and stirring to obtain the essence.
Skin Water loss test (TEWL test)
The test method comprises the following steps: subjects were 7 patients with severely and 7 moderately compromised skin, severely and moderately compromised groups. The serum was applied to the face of the subject twice a day (once in the morning and night), the TEWL values of skin water loss of the face of the subject were measured before use (0 week), after use for one week, after use for two weeks, after use for three weeks and after use for four weeks, respectively, in the severely damaged group, and the TEWL values of skin water loss of the face of the subject were measured before use (0 week), after use for four weeks and after use for eight weeks, respectively, in the moderately damaged group, and the average values were calculated. The test results are shown in Table 3.
Note: the more intact the skin protection layer, the higher the moisture content, the lower the TEWL value for skin moisture loss, the unit of TEWL: g/hm 2 。

As can be seen from table 3, the essences prepared in the examples of the present invention have good effects on the skin barrier function repair of damaged skin to various degrees.
Cosmetic anti-wrinkle efficacy test
The test method comprises the following steps: 28 women with an average age of 48 years and different fishtail lines were taken as the subjects, and the subjects were divided into 4 groups on average according to the fishtail lines (light fine lines, medium fine lines, wrinkles, deep wrinkles), namely a light fine line group, a medium fine line group, a wrinkle group and a deep wrinkle group. The serum was applied to the area of the crow's feet twice a day (once in the morning and once in the evening), skin imaging analysis was performed before the first day of serum application and after 28 days of duration, and the percentage of wrinkle reduction was calculated, as well as the percentage of crow's feet after serum application to the crow's feet before application. The test results are shown in Table 4.

As can be seen from Table 4, the essence prepared in the embodiment of the invention has good wrinkle removing effect on different degrees of crow's feet.
In order to further prove the beneficial effects generated by the synergistic effect of the components related to the technical scheme of the invention, the following comparative examples are set for experimental verification, and the embodiment 3 is taken as a reference example.
Comparative example 1
The difference between the present example and example 3 is that the essence product of the present example does not contain the fibroin extract, and the moisture content is supplemented accordingly.
Comparative example 2
The difference between the present example and example 3 is that the essence product of the present example does not contain purslane extract, and accordingly supplements the moisture content.
Comparative example 3
The difference between the present embodiment and embodiment 3 is that no biosaccharide gum-1 is added to the essence product of the present embodiment, and the moisture content is supplemented accordingly.
Comparative example 4
The difference between the present example and example 3 is that sodium hyaluronate is not added in the essence product of the present example, and the moisture content is supplemented accordingly.
Comparative example 5
The difference between the present example and example 3 is that the essence product of the present example does not contain ceramide 3, and the moisture content is supplemented accordingly.
Comparative example 6
The difference between this example and example 3 is that the essence product of this example does not contain lactobacillus/soy milk fermentation product filtrate, and the water content is supplemented accordingly.
Comparative example 7
The difference between the present example and example 3 is that the essence product of the present example is not added with the secondary fission yeast fermentation product filtrate, and the moisture content is supplemented accordingly.
The essence products prepared in comparative examples 1 to 7 were subjected to a skin moisture loss test and a cosmetic anti-wrinkle efficacy test using the same test methods as in example 3. The test results are shown in tables 5 and 6.

As shown in tables 5 and 6, the comparative examples 1 to 7 lack any component, and compared with the experimental result of the example 3, the same or equivalent effect as that of the example 3 cannot be achieved, so that the cosmetic composition added to the essence according to the technical scheme of the invention has the synergistic effect of the components, and can exert good moisturizing, moistening, skin injury repairing and wrinkle removing effects.
Further, a skin conditioner was added to the cosmetic composition of example 3 to prepare a serum product.
Example 7
The difference between the present example and example 3 is that 1 part by weight of skin conditioner is further added to the cosmetic composition of the present example, and the part by weight of water is correspondingly reduced, wherein the skin conditioner comprises the following components in percentage by mass: free fatty acid 40%, cholesterol 35% and phytosphingosine 25%.
Example 8
This example differs from example 7 in that 3 parts by weight of a skin conditioning agent were added to the cosmetic composition of this example, and the parts by weight of water were reduced accordingly.
Example 9
This example differs from example 7 in that 5 parts by weight of a skin conditioning agent was added to the cosmetic composition of this example and the parts by weight of water was reduced accordingly.
Example 10
This example differs from example 7 in that 6 parts by weight of a skin conditioning agent were added to the cosmetic composition of this example, and the parts by weight of water were reduced accordingly.
The essence products prepared in examples 7 to 10 were subjected to a skin moisture loss test and a cosmetic anti-wrinkle efficacy test using the same test methods as in example 3. The test results are shown in tables 7 and 8.

From tables 7 and 8, it can be seen that when a proper amount of skin conditioner compounded by free fatty acid, cholesterol and phytosphingosine is added into the essence, the essence further improves the skin barrier function repair of damaged skin in different degrees and the wrinkle removing effect on fishtail wrinkles in different degrees on eyes.
Clinical trial testing for eczema symptoms
The test method comprises the following steps: 40 patients with atopic dermatitis (eczema) were used as subjects, of which 20 in men and 20 in women; eczema is distributed on the arms (arm group), the face (face group), the neck (neck group) and the chest (chest group) of a patient, each part corresponds to 10 patients, and each group comprises 5 males and 5 females. The subjects were applied with an equal amount of the essences prepared in examples 7 to 10 twice a day on the dermatitis part, and the appearance of the skin was observed before use (0 week), after use for one week, after use for two weeks, and after use for four weeks, and the average value was calculated after scoring.
The apparent skin status of the subjects was scored as follows, severe eczema (score 9-10), moderate eczema (score 6-8), mild eczema (score 3-5), normal (score 1-2). The test results are shown in Table 9.

As can be seen from table 9, when a proper amount of skin conditioner compounded by free fatty acid, cholesterol and phytosphingosine is added to the essence, the essence also has a good specific repairing effect on eczema.
Further, on the basis of the cosmetic composition of example 8, other natural plant extract ingredients were added to prepare a serum product.
Example 11
This example differs from example 8 in that 4 parts by weight of mulberry leaf extract, 5.5 parts by weight of grapefruit seed extract, 3 parts by weight of aloe vera leaf polysaccharides, 4 parts by weight of aloe vera extract were also added to the cosmetic composition of this example, and the parts by weight of water was correspondingly reduced.
Example 12
This example differs from example 8 in that 4 parts by weight of mulberry leaf extract, 5 parts by weight of grapefruit seed extract, 4 parts by weight of aloe vera leaf polysaccharides, 2 parts by weight of aloe vera extract, 3 parts by weight of tremella polysaccharides were also added to the cosmetic composition of this example, and the parts by weight of water was correspondingly reduced.
Example 13
This example differs from example 8 in that 6 parts by weight of mulberry leaf extract, 5 parts by weight of grapefruit seed extract, 3 parts by weight of aloe vera leaf polysaccharides, 2.5 parts by weight of aloe vera extract, 3.5 parts by weight of tremella polysaccharides were also added to the cosmetic composition of this example, and the parts by weight of water was correspondingly reduced.
The essence products prepared in examples 11 to 13 were subjected to a skin moisture loss test and a cosmetic anti-wrinkle efficacy test using the same test methods as in example 3. The test results are shown in tables 10 and 11.

The serum products prepared in examples 11 to 13 were used in clinical trials for eczema symptoms using the same test method as in example 8, and the results of the clinical trials are shown in table 12.

From tables 10-12, it can be seen that after the natural plant extract components are added into the essence, the whitening, moisturizing, skin damage repairing and anti-aging effects of the prepared essence product are further improved.
Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting the protection scope of the present invention, and although the present invention is described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions can be made on the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention.
