Abstract
The invention discloses a method and a device for testing communication interruption of a charging pile, a storage medium and a processor. Wherein, the method comprises the following steps: starting a charging pile to enter a constant-voltage charging state; under the condition that the charging pile enters a constant-voltage charging state, controlling and simulating a communication fault between the equipment to be charged and the charging pile; detecting whether the state of the equipment to be charged meets a preset condition or not under the condition that communication faults exist between the equipment to be charged and the charging pile; and determining that the test is unqualified under the condition that the state of the equipment to be charged does not meet the preset condition. The invention solves the technical problem that the charging pile cannot be automatically tested.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of charging, in particular to a charging pile communication interruption testing method and device, a storage medium and a processor.
Background
In the process of testing the charging pile, various testing items of the charging pile need to be manually operated, automatic testing cannot be performed, and the testing process needs to occupy more manpower.
To the above-mentioned problem that can't carry out automatic test to filling electric pile, effectual solution has not been proposed yet at present.

According to an aspect of the embodiment of the present invention, a method for testing communication interruption of a charging pile is provided, including: starting a charging pile to enter a constant-voltage charging state; under the condition that the charging pile enters a constant-voltage charging state, controlling and simulating a communication fault between equipment to be charged and the charging pile; detecting whether the state of the equipment to be charged meets a preset condition or not under the condition that a communication fault exists between the equipment to be charged and the charging pile; and determining that the test is unqualified under the condition that the state of the equipment to be charged does not meet the preset condition.
Optionally, in a case that there is a communication fault between the device to be charged and the charging pile, the method further includes: controlling and simulating the communication between the equipment to be charged and the charging pile to be recovered; detecting whether the charging pile enters the constant-voltage charging state again or not after the communication between the equipment to be charged and the charging pile is recovered; and determining that the test is not qualified under the condition that the charging pile does not reenter the constant-voltage charging state.
Optionally, controlling to simulate a communication fault between the device to be charged and the charging pile includes: and controlling the device to be charged to simulate a battery management system BMS of the charging vehicle to stop sending messages.

Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for testing a communication interruption of a charging pile according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following steps:

and step S108, determining that the test is unqualified under the condition that the state of the equipment to be charged does not meet the preset condition.
Through the steps, the charging pile is started to enter a constant-voltage charging state; under the condition that the charging pile enters a constant-voltage charging state, controlling and simulating a communication fault between equipment to be charged and the charging pile; detecting whether the state of the equipment to be charged meets a preset condition or not under the condition that a communication fault exists between the equipment to be charged and the charging pile; and determining that the test is unqualified under the condition that the state of the equipment to be charged does not conform to the preset condition, thereby realizing the technical effect of automatically testing the charging pile and further solving the technical problem that the automatic test cannot be carried out on the charging pile.
As an optional embodiment, in the case that there is a communication fault between the device to be charged and the charging pile, the method further includes: controlling the simulation of communication recovery between the equipment to be charged and the charging pile; detecting whether the charging pile enters a constant-voltage charging state again or not after the communication between the equipment to be charged and the charging pile is recovered; and under the condition that the charging pile does not reenter the constant-voltage charging state, determining that the test is not qualified.
As an alternative embodiment, the controlling and simulating the communication fault between the device to be charged and the charging pile includes: and controlling the device to be charged to simulate the battery management system BMS of the charging vehicle to stop sending the messages.
As an alternative embodiment, detecting whether the state of the device to be charged meets the predetermined condition includes at least one of: detecting the charging state between the equipment to be charged and the charging pile; detecting the communication state between the equipment to be charged and the charging pile; detecting the locking state of a connection interface of the equipment to be charged and the charging pile; detecting the on-off state between the equipment to be charged and the charging pile; and detecting whether the communication fault condition exists between the equipment to be charged and the charging pile or not and generating alarm information or not.
The invention also provides a preferred embodiment, which provides a design of the automatic detection flow of the charging compatibility.
The automatic test flow and the qualification determination method will be described by taking the communication interruption test in the charging abnormality test in the charging interoperability as an example.
The automatic testing and automatic judging process for communication interruption of the direct current charging facility comprises the following steps:
the first step is as follows: starting a charging pile by swiping a card, and entering a constant-voltage charging state;
the second step is that: in the normal constant-voltage charging process, simulating the communication fault that the vehicle BMS simulation software stops sending messages;
the third step: measuring, checking and judging the communication state, the charging state, the K1 and K2 states, the K3 and K4 states, the vehicle interface locking state and whether alarm information exists at the stage, if so, executing the fourth step, otherwise, outputting the result that the communication interruption test is unqualified;
the fourth step: keeping a communication fault state, and checking whether the charger can send a CRM message and a CEM message;
the fifth step: recovering communication, detecting and judging whether the charger is reconnected in the handshake identification stage and whether the charger correctly enters the constant voltage charging stage, if so, executing the sixth step, and if not, outputting a result, and interrupting the communication and testing to be unqualified;
and a sixth step: in the normal constant-voltage charging process, simulating the communication fault that the vehicle BMS simulation software stops sending messages;
the seventh step: judging the overtime times after the first communication overtime, and simulating the third communication overtime;
eighth step: and measuring, checking and judging the communication state, the charging state, the K1 and K2 states, the K3 and K4 states and the vehicle interface locking state in the stage.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, a "computer-readable storage medium" or a "non-volatile storage medium", which includes a stored program, is further provided, where the program, when executed, controls a device in which the "computer-readable storage medium" or the "non-volatile storage medium" is located to execute the charging pile communication interruption test method.

It should be noted that the initiating module 72 in this embodiment may be configured to execute step S102 in this embodiment, the opening module 74 in this embodiment may be configured to execute step S104 in this embodiment, and the sending module 76 in this embodiment may be configured to execute step S106 in this embodiment. detecting whether the state of the equipment to be charged meets a preset condition or not under the condition that a communication fault exists between the equipment to be charged and the charging pile;
and determining that the test is unqualified under the condition that the state of the equipment to be charged does not meet the preset condition.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein in the event of a communication failure between the device to be charged and the charging post, the method further comprises:
controlling and simulating the communication between the equipment to be charged and the charging pile to be recovered;
detecting whether the charging pile enters the constant-voltage charging state again or not after the communication between the equipment to be charged and the charging pile is recovered;
and determining that the test is not qualified under the condition that the charging pile does not reenter the constant-voltage charging state.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein controlling the simulation of the communication failure between the device to be charged and the charging post comprises:
