a third notification unit, configured to analyze current conditions of all ports of the charging station after receiving an abnormal message through the server, if all ports of the charging station have a current instability condition, notify the charging station of a mobile terminal corresponding to a person in charge of the abnormal condition through an APP message mechanism, and notify a user of a failure of the user equipment at the same time, if the ports are abnormal, the power supply of other equipment of the charging station equipment is normal, the server sends a deactivation instruction to the equipment to be executed, notifies the user of the abnormal condition through the APP message mechanism, and prompts that an aging condition may exist in an electric vehicle storage battery of the user, a house may be ignited during continuous charging, and reminds the user to replace the battery;
and the feedback unit is used for feeding back the processing condition to the mobile terminal corresponding to the user through the APP after the site responsible person checks the processing condition on site.
