Referring to fig. 6, in order to enable the cable to be regularly wound on the winding wheel 111, the guiding device 200 includes a mounting seat 210 and two guiding rollers 220, the guiding rollers 220 are rotatably connected to the mounting seat 210, one guiding roller 220 is slidably connected to the mounting seat 210 in a direction approaching to or departing from the other guiding roller 220, and the mounting seat 210 is slidably connected to the frame 110 in a direction perpendicular to the direction in which the cable is wound. The installation base 210 is connected with a guide wheel 211 in a rolling manner, the rolling direction of the guide wheel 211 is consistent with the winding direction of the cable, the guide wheel 211 is installed at one end, far away from the take-up pulley 111, of the installation base 210, and the guide wheel 211 is abutted to the cable and can roll relatively. The rack 110 is provided with a driving assembly 230 for driving the mounting seat 210 to reciprocate, the driving assembly 230 comprises a second driving motor 231 and a reciprocating lead screw 232, the reciprocating lead screw 232 comprises a lead screw body 233 and a sliding block 235, and the sliding block 235 is connected with the lead screw body 233 in a reciprocating sliding manner. The lead screw body 233 is arranged parallel to the sliding direction of the mounting base 210, two ends of the lead screw body 233 are rotatably connected with the frame 110, the second driving motor 231 is fixedly connected with the frame 110, an output shaft of the second driving motor 231 is in transmission connection with one end of the lead screw body 233, and the sliding block 235 is fixedly connected with the mounting base 210. Two first guide posts 234 are fixedly connected to the frame 110, the two first guide posts 234 are both arranged in parallel with the screw body 233, the two first guide posts 234 are respectively arranged at two sides of the screw body 233, the mounting base 210 is fixedly connected with the connecting portions 212 corresponding to the two first guide posts 234, and the two connecting portions 212 are slidably connected with the respective first guide posts 234 along the length direction of the first guide posts 234.

Referring to fig. 7, in order to reduce the influence of the small bending generated in the cable production process on the cable being wound, the straightening device 300 includes two straightening plates 310 and two sets of straightening roller assemblies 320, one straightening plate 310 is fixedly connected to the rack 110, the other straightening plate 310 is slidably connected to the rack 110 along a direction close to or away from the straightening plate 310, and a plurality of pressing rollers 311 are correspondingly and rollingly connected to two opposite side surfaces of the straightening plates 310. An extension part 312 is extended from one side of the straightening plate 310, a second guide column 313 is fixedly connected to the frame 110, the second guide column 313 is arranged parallel to the sliding direction of the straightening plate 310, and one end of the second guide column 313, which is far away from the frame 110, penetrates through the extension part 312 and is connected with the extension part 312 in a sliding manner along the length direction of the second guide column 313. A first lead screw 314 is rotatably connected to the frame 110, the first lead screw 314 is parallel to the sliding direction of the straightening plate 310, one end of the first lead screw 314 is rotatably connected to the frame 110, and the other end of the first lead screw 314 penetrates through the extension 312. Two second lead screws 322 are mounted on the frame 110, the two second lead screws 322 are both arranged in parallel to the sliding direction of the straightening rollers 321, the two second lead screws 322 respectively correspond to the two sliding straightening rollers 321, both ends of the second lead screws 322 are rotatably connected with the frame 110, and the two second lead screws 322 respectively penetrate through the corresponding sliding straightening rollers 321.
When the straightening device 300 is used for straightening a cable, the beginning end of the cable sequentially passes through one group of straightening roller assemblies 320, two straightening plates 310 and the other group of straightening roller assemblies 320, and then a second lead screw 322 is rotated, so that the second lead screw 322 drives one straightening roller 321 to move towards the other straightening roller 321, and then the two straightening rollers 321 are abutted to the cable. Then, the first lead screw 314 is rotated, so that the first lead screw 314 and the extension part are relatively rotated, and thus the straightening plate 310 in threaded connection with the first lead screw 314 moves towards the other straightening plate 310, and the pressing rollers 311 on the two straightening plates 310 are abutted to the cable. Finally, another second screw 322 is rotated, so that the second screw 322 drives the straightening roller 321 in threaded connection with the second screw 322 to move toward another straightening roller 321, and the two straightening rollers 321 are abutted to the cable. At last, when the take-up pulley 111 winds the cable, the take-up pulley 111 can generate a pulling force towards the take-up pulley for the cable, so that the cable and the straightening roller 321 and the pressing roller 311 move relatively, and finally the cable is straightened.
The implementation principle of the take-up machine for the cable in the embodiment of the application is as follows: when the cable is wound by using the winding machine, one end of the cable sequentially passes through the straightening device 300, the guiding device 200 and the winding device. The beginning end of the cable sequentially passes through one set of straightening roller assemblies 320, two straightening plates 310 and the other set of straightening roller assemblies 320, and then a second lead screw 322 is rotated, so that the second lead screw 322 drives one straightening roller 321 to move towards the other straightening roller 321, and then the two straightening rollers 321 are abutted to the cable. Then, the first lead screw 314 is rotated, so that the first lead screw 314 and the extension 312 are relatively rotated, and thus the straightening plate 310 screwed with the first lead screw 314 moves towards the other straightening plate 310, and the pressing rollers 311 on the two straightening plates 310 are abutted to the cable. Finally, another second screw 322 is rotated, so that the second screw 322 drives the straightening roller 321 in threaded connection with the second screw 322 to move toward another straightening roller 321, and the two straightening rollers 321 are abutted to the cable. And then the starting end of the cable line passes between the guide wheel 211 and the two guide rollers 220.
Then, the worker fastens the operation portion 119 by hand, so that the operation portion 119 and the take-up roller 112 rotate relatively, and one end of the operation portion 119 is exposed from the hollow shaft of the take-up pulley 111. The operation portion 119 is pulled again, and then the operation portion 119 drives the fixing plate 113 to move in the axial direction away from the wire-receiving roller 112, so that the wire hole 114 on the fixing plate 113 leaks out of the hollow shaft of the wire-receiving wheel 111, and then the initial end of the cable passes through the wire hole 114. The operating part 119 is loosened, then the operating part 119 is restored to the original state, and simultaneously the fixing sheet 113 drives the cable to move towards the axis direction of the take-up roller 112 under the action of the first spring 115, so that the cable is fixed with the take-up pulley 111 under the action of the fixing sheet 113.
Then, the first driving motor 123 and the second motor are simultaneously started, so that the first driving motor 123 drives the wire take-up roller 112 to rotate, and the wire take-up roller 112 drives the cable to be taken up on the wire take-up reel 111. When the cable cannot be continuously wound on the take-up pulley 111, the first driving motor 123 is stopped, then the locking bolt 126 is screwed, so that one end of the locking bolt 126, which is far away from the bolt head, is separated from the output shaft of the first driving motor 123, and then the transmission cylinder 124 is slid, so that the transmission cylinder 124 is separated from the take-up roller 112. And then the rotating shaft 121 automatically rotates under the action of the gravity of the cable on the take-up pulley 111 and the take-up roller 112, and finally the take-up pulley 111 which has taken up the cable rotates to one end of the rack 110 close to the ground. The fastening bolt 135 is rotated, so that the fastening bolt 135 and the locking part 134 rotate relatively, the fastening half ring 133 moves towards the direction away from the fixed half ring 131, the side, close to the ground, of the take-up pulley 111 abuts against the ground, the fastening half ring 133 is taken down, the take-up roller 112 is separated from the fixed half ring 131, and finally the take-up roller 112 drives the take-up pulley 111 to be separated from the supporting rod 122, so that the take-up pulley 111 can be conveniently transported by a worker. When the take-up pulley 111 which has taken up the cable rotates to one end close to the ground, the next take-up roller 112 is automatically in a state of being flush with the output shaft of the first driving motor 123, so that the worker can conveniently connect the next take-up roller 112 with the output shaft of the first driving motor 123 in a transmission manner.
