The driving motor 22 drives the driving wheel 23 to rotate, the rotating frame 2 rotates and enables one driven wheel 24 to abut against the driving wheel 23, and the rotation of the rotating wheel drives the driven wheel 24 to rotate. The drive wheel 23 is held in a tight contact with the driven wheel 24 by means of a pressure spring five 26.
Specifically, the outer rings of the driving wheel 23 and the driven wheel 24 are provided with anti-skid lines. The driving wheel 23 and the driven wheel 24 are prevented from contact slip.

The first push rod motor 28 is started to drive the push frame 29 to move, and the push plate 30 on the push frame 29 penetrates through the inlet 4b of the winding wheel 4 and pushes the wire coil from the winding wheel 4 to the packaging mechanism.

Specifically, the packaging mechanism comprises a packaging frame 31 matched with the winding wheel 4, a second push rod motor 32 and a labeling device 33 used for attaching the adhesive tape to the wire winding head of the electric wire, the second push rod motor 32 is fixed on the rack 1, the packaging frame 31 is provided with a plurality of wire clamps 31a used for storing the electric wire, a distance is reserved between every two adjacent wire clamps 31a, the labeling device 33 is fixed on the rack 1, and the labeling device 33 is located above the packaging frame 31. The second push rod motor 32 is started to drive the packaging frame 31 to be close to the winding wheel 4, after the electric wire coil enters the packaging frame 31, the end portion of the electric wire is pasted through the labeling mechanism to prevent the electric wire coil from being scattered, and the electric wire coil can be manually wound on a film at intervals to prevent the electric wire coil from being loose. Labeling device 33 is prior art.
Specifically, the wire clamp 31a comprises an inner limit plate 31a1 and an outer limit plate 31a2, a wire storage area is formed between the inner limit plate 31a1 and the outer limit plate 31a2, and the inner wall of the outer limit plate 31a2 is fixed with a pressing plate 34 through a plurality of springs 35. When the wire coil enters the wire storage area, the wire cutting coil extrudes the pressing plate 34, the wire coil is pressed through the pressing plate 34, wires with different wire quantities can enter the wire clamp 31a through the pressing plate 34 to be fixed, and loosening can be prevented.

The wire winding device comprises a frame and is characterized in that a rotating frame is rotatably arranged on the frame, a plurality of connecting arms are arranged on the rotating frame, a winding wheel is rotatably arranged on the connecting arms, a winding shaft is arranged in the middle of the winding wheel, a wire inlet hole is formed in the winding shaft, a fixing component for fixing a wire is arranged at the wire inlet hole, a driving mechanism for enabling the winding wheel to rotate and wind and drive the winding wheel to translate is arranged on the frame, a wire inlet component is arranged on the frame and comprises a wire inlet wheel I and a wire inlet wheel II, a wire inlet channel is formed between the wire inlet wheel I and the wire inlet wheel II, the wire inlet wheel I is rotatably arranged on the frame, the wire inlet wheel II is fixed on the frame through an elastic support component, a positioning cylinder is fixed on the frame, and a shearing mechanism for shearing the wire is fixed on the rear side of the positioning cylinder, the positioning cylinder can be aligned to the wire inlet hole, and the rack is also provided with a winding mechanism for taking the wire coil off the winding wheel and a packing mechanism for packing the wound wire; the fixed assembly comprises a first blade and a second blade, a first sliding rail and a second sliding rail are fixed on the winding wheel, the first blade is arranged in the first sliding rail in a sliding mode, the second blade is arranged in the second sliding rail in a sliding mode, the first blade is fixed on the winding wheel through a first compression spring, the second blade is fixed on the winding wheel through a second compression spring, arc-shaped cutting edges adaptive to wires are formed in the first blade and the second blade, and the first blade and the second blade are arranged in an inclined mode relative to each other; the first blade and the second blade are provided with limiting bulges, and the winding wheel is provided with a limiting screw capable of propping against the limiting bulges; the driving mechanism comprises a driving motor, a driving wheel, a plurality of driven wheels, a pressure spring five and a swinging frame, the swinging frame is hinged on the rack, the middle part of the swinging frame is fixedly connected with the rack through the pressure spring five, the driving motor is fixed on the rack, the driving wheel is fixed on an output shaft of the driving motor, the driven wheels are fixed on the winding wheel, and the driving wheel can be abutted against the driven wheels; the outer rings of the driving wheel and the driven wheel are provided with anti-skid grains.

The electric wire winding device according to claim 1, wherein the elastic support assembly comprises a movable frame and a plurality of compression springs III, the movable frame is fixedly connected to the frame through the compression springs III, and the wire inlet wheel II is arranged on the movable frame.
