本发明涉及艾灸时的艾烟净化处理用负载型贵金属催化剂,可有效解决在艾灸时产生的艾烟进行净化处理,防止对环境造成的污染和对人体造成不良影响的问题,其技术方案是,由重量百分比计的:贵金属0.01‑6%、铈锆复合氧化物1‑20%、氧化铝2‑40%、氧化硅0.1‑5%、氧化锰0.1‑3%和载体制成,采用浸渍法将贵金属、铈锆复合氧化物、氧化铝、氧化硅、氧化锰球磨成粉,加水制成混合浆液,涂覆在载体蜂窝型堇青石上,120℃下干燥4h,再置于焙烧炉焙烧,然后再置于金属盐溶液中浸渍,再干燥、焙烧,即得负载型贵金属催化剂。本发明原料配伍科学、合理,制备方法简单,易生产,使用方便,效果好,可有效用于对艾灸时艾烟的催化处理,防止艾烟对环境造成的污染和对人体的不良影响。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及艾灸时环保,特别是一种艾灸时的艾烟净化处理用负载型贵金属催化剂。
背景技术
艾灸历史悠久,历代医家和劳动人民在与疾病斗争的过程中,积累了大量利用艾灸调理疾病的临床经验,使艾灸逐步形成了系统理论。由于艾灸成本低廉,操作方便,其适应症又很广,效用显著,既可艾灸病症,又能强身健体,所以艾灸数千年来深受广大人民群众的喜爱。近年来,国内外出现了“中医热”“针灸热”,艾灸也随之复兴,并取得了长足的进步,出现了“燎灸”,“火柴灸”,“硫黄灸”等新灸法,发明了电热仪等各种现代艾灸仪器。同时,艾灸在对休克、心绞痛、慢性支气管炎、支气管哮喘、骨髓炎、硬皮病、白癜风等疑难病症的防治中取得了较好的效果。艾灸还开始涉及减肥,美容等领域,备受医学界的注目。艾灸能够提高免疫力,是因为至阳的艾灸刺激产生一种特定的应激状态,让人体处于一种备战状态,调动了人体的潜能,激活了免疫系统,使人体的白细胞数量明显增加,吞噬能力提高,从而能够将体内的病菌、垃圾、异常细胞和组织(比如肿瘤细胞)等清除,中医艾灸,在本次新冠疫情中发挥了重要的防治作用。
但是,艾灸过程中会产生一定量的艾烟,研究艾叶燃烧产生的艾烟经分析发现:艾烟挥发性成分为氨水、乙醇、乙二醇、醋酸、乙酰胺、丙酸、环己烯、甲基呋喃、丁酰胺、3-甲基-丁酰胺、季酮酸、戊S醇、2-甲基戊S醇、斯德酮、正已基胺、萘、葵酸、乙内酰尿、三甲基对二氮杂苯、溴代氮杂环丁烷等。艾烟会引起扁桃体肿大、咽痒、目痛、咽鼓管痒和很明显的昏睡,甚至有的人逐渐发展到对吸烟很敏感,以至于对有烟雾的房间难以忍受,有时还有胸中发热或烦躁等感觉,对人体健康有一定的不良影响。 艾烟及挥发油中含有的一些成分,如α-侧柏酮对神经系统有不良反应,大量服用会引起癫痫样惊厥。艾燃烧过程中产生焦油、苯甲醛、苯酚、2,4-二甲基苯酚和绿花白千层醇等芳香烃物质,有可能对人体产生不利的影响。因此,如何解决艾灸时产生的艾烟的处理,防止对环境污染,对人体造成不良影响,是需要认真解决的技术问题。
发明内容
针对上述情况,为克服现有技术之缺陷,本发明之目的就是提供一种艾灸时的艾烟净化处理用负载型贵金属催化剂,可有效解决在艾灸时产生的艾烟进行净化处理,防止对环境造成的污染和对人体造成不良影响的问题。
本发明解决的技术方案是,一种艾灸时的艾烟净化处理用负载型贵金属催化剂,包括以下重量百分比计的:贵金属0.01-6%、铈锆复合氧化物1-20%、氧化铝2-40%、氧化硅0.1-5%、氧化锰0.1-3%和载体,所述的载体为蜂窝型堇青石;所述的贵金属为Pt(铂)、Pd(钯)、Ru(钌)、Rh(铑)、Co(钴)、Pr(镨)和Y(钇)中的至少一种;催化剂的制备方法是,采用浸渍法将贵金属、铈锆复合氧化物、氧化铝、氧化硅、氧化锰球磨成粉,加水制成混合浆液,涂覆在载体蜂窝型堇青石上,120℃下干燥4h,再置于焙烧炉中,550-650℃下焙烧2h,得具有复合氧化物涂层的蜂窝型堇青石载体,然后再置于含有重量浓度5%的金属盐溶液中,浸渍1h,所述的金属盐为硝酸铂、硝酸锰或硝酸钴,然后置于120℃下干燥2h,再在500℃下焙烧4h,即得负载型贵金属催化剂。
本发明原料配伍科学、合理,制备方法简单,易生产,使用方便,效果好,可有效用于对艾灸时艾烟的催化处理,防止艾烟对环境造成的污染和对人体的不良影响(伤害),有显著的经济和社会效益。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明的具体实施方式作详说明。
实施例1
本发明一种艾灸时的艾烟净化处理用负载型贵金属催化剂,所述的负载型贵金属催化剂为负载Pt系催化剂,是由以下重量百分比计的:贵金属铂3%、铈锆复合氧化物10%、氧化铝21%、氧化硅2.5%、氧化锰0.15%和蜂窝型堇青石载体,制备方法是,将铂、铈锆复合氧化物、氧化铝、氧化硅、氧化锰用球磨机以35rpm球磨6h成粉,加水制成悬浮状浆体,将浆体采用浸渍法涂覆在载体蜂窝型堇青石上,120℃下干燥4h,再置于焙烧炉中,600℃下焙烧2h,得具有复合氧化物涂层的蜂窝型堇青石载体,将蜂窝型堇青石载体在重量浓度5%的硝酸铂溶液中浸渍1h,然后置于120℃下干燥2h,再在500℃下焙烧4h,即得负载型贵金属催化剂。
实施例2
本发明一种艾灸时的艾烟净化处理用负载型贵金属催化剂,所述的负载型贵金属催化剂为负载Pt系催化剂,该催化剂是,将氧化铝100g、铈锆复合氧化物80g、氧化硅(可制成硅溶胶)5g、氧化锰30g和水350g用球磨机以35rpm球磨6h成粉,得悬浮状浆体,将浆体采用浸渍法涂覆在载体蜂窝型堇青石300g上,120℃下干燥4h,再置于焙烧炉中,600℃下焙烧2h,得具有复合氧化物涂层的蜂窝型堇青石载体,将蜂窝型堇青石载体在重量浓度5%的硝酸铂溶液中浸渍1h,然后置于120℃下干燥2h,再在500℃下焙烧4h,即得负载型贵金属催化剂。
实施例3
本发明一种艾灸时的艾烟净化处理用负载型贵金属催化剂,所述的负载型贵金属催化剂为负载Co系催化剂,该催化剂是由重量百分比计的:贵金属钴4%、铈锆复合氧化物15%、氧化铝20%、氧化硅3%、氧化锰2%和载体,所述的载体为蜂窝型堇青石;采用浸渍法将贵金属钴、铈锆复合氧化物、氧化铝、氧化硅、氧化锰球磨成粉,加水制成混合浆液,涂覆在载体蜂窝型堇青石上,120℃下干燥4h,再置于焙烧炉中,580℃下焙烧2h,得具有复合氧化物涂层的蜂窝型堇青石载体,然后再置于含有重量浓度5%的硝酸钴溶液中,浸渍1h,然后置于120℃下干燥2h,再在500℃下焙烧4h,即得负载型贵金属Co催化剂。
实施例4
本发明一种艾灸时的艾烟净化处理用负载型贵金属催化剂,所述的负载型贵金属催化剂为负载Co系催化剂,该催化剂是,将氧化铝100g、铈锆复合氧化物80g、硝酸钴15g、氧化硅(可制成硅溶胶)5g、氧化锰30g和水280g用球磨机以35rpm球磨6h成粉,得悬浮状浆体,将浆体采用浸渍法涂覆在载体蜂窝型堇青石300g上,120℃下干燥4h,再置于焙烧炉中,550℃下焙烧2h,得具有复合氧化物涂层的蜂窝型堇青石载体,将蜂窝型堇青石载体在重量浓度5%的硝酸钴溶液中浸渍1h,然后置于120℃下干燥2h,再在550℃下焙烧4h,即得负载型贵金属Co催化剂。
实施例5
本发明一种艾灸时的艾烟净化处理用负载型贵金属催化剂,所述的负载型贵金属催化剂为负载Rh系催化剂,该催化剂是,包括重量百分比计的:贵金属铑(Rh) 0.01%、铈锆复合氧化物15%、氧化铝20%、氧化硅2.5%、氧化锰2%和载体蜂窝型堇青石,采用浸渍法将贵金属Rh、铈锆复合氧化物、氧化铝、氧化硅、氧化锰球磨成粉,加水制成混合浆液,涂覆在载体蜂窝型堇青石上,120℃下干燥4h,再置于焙烧炉中,600℃下焙烧2h,得具有复合氧化物涂层的蜂窝型堇青石载体,然后再置于含有重量浓度5%的金属盐硝酸锰溶液中,浸渍1h,然后置于120℃下干燥2h,再在500℃下焙烧4h,即得负载型贵金属催化剂。
上述给出的仅是实施例,是用于说明本发明的具体实施方式,而不是用于限制本发明的保护范围,凡是在本质上采用等同、等效的替代技术方案,属于属于本发明的保护范围。
本发明在具体使用时,将所制备的负载型贵金属催化剂装在艾烟处理设备的旋转催化室中(艾烟处理设备另有专利申请,设备不属于本发明请求保护的技术客体,因此,本发明中对艾烟处理设备的结构及使用情况不做具体累述),旋转催化室(或称为旋转催化器)的体积空速为20000-60000h -1,加热温度为200℃-500℃,排出气体的温度为220℃-550℃,也就是说,艾烟催化燃烧反应的条件是,催化剂的体积空速为20000-60000h -1,加热温度为200℃-500℃,排出气体的温度为220℃-550℃,艾烟的处理过程是,艾柱点燃后,放入艾灸设备的灸网中,艾柱燃烧60min左右,20-50min为浓烟时间段,剩余时间为点燃初期和燃烧末期,烟雾相对较少。烟雾通过灸头内的50mm直径烟管,以3m/s的速度,先进入炉丝燃烧室,把艾烟中的有害艾烟、艾油进行充分的燃烧,然后再进入高温催化室进行催化反应,在本发明催化剂的催化反应后,艾烟进入中冷器,把500℃的热气降至30℃以下,最后再经过高效PM2.5滤芯,过滤高效活性炭吸附,在净化过程中可以有效的把艾烟净化到无色、无味、安全、环保,把艾烟中的有机物燃烧、分解、反应、催化、降解、过滤、吸附,最终转化为水和二氧化碳,实验中,每升催化剂中只要含有0.1g的贵金属,如铑(Rh),就能与氮发生还原反应,去除艾烟里的一氧化碳、二氧化碳,完全达到了气体排放要求,排放到空气中。经试验,采用本发明催化剂进行催化反应后的烟雾,与不经催化剂催化反应的烟雾,经测试,空气质量有明显不同,经实地测量,不采用本发明催化剂排出的艾烟在不同程度上仍有少量的有害物质,如α-侧柏酮、焦油、苯甲醛、苯酚、2,4-二甲基苯酚和绿花白千层醇等芳香烃物质,但经本发明催化剂催化反应后,排出的气体中未再检测到α-侧柏酮、焦油、苯甲醛、苯酚、2,4-二甲基苯酚和绿花白千层醇等芳香烃物质,而且对排出的艾烟多次测试,PM2.5颗粒污染物均低于35μg/m³,甚至低于25μg/m³,烟气黑度为林格曼1-2级,未检测到二噁英类污染物,完全达到或超过国家对烟气排放标准的规定,有效解决了艾烟对环境的污染,防止了艾烟对人体造成的不良影响,有显著的经济和社会效益。
Claims (6)
1.一种艾灸时的艾烟净化处理用负载型贵金属催化剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量百分比计的:贵金属0.01-6%、铈锆复合氧化物1-20%、氧化铝2-40%、氧化硅0.1-5%、氧化锰0.1-3%和载体,所述的载体为蜂窝型堇青石;所述的贵金属为Pt、Pd、Ru、Rh、Co、Pr和Y中的至少一种;催化剂的制备方法是,采用浸渍法将贵金属、铈锆复合氧化物、氧化铝、氧化硅、氧化锰球磨成粉,加水制成混合浆液,涂覆在载体蜂窝型堇青石上,120℃下干燥4h,再置于焙烧炉中,550-650℃下焙烧2h,得具有复合氧化物涂层的蜂窝型堇青石载体,然后再置于含有重量浓度5%的金属盐溶液中,浸渍1h,所述的金属盐为硝酸铂、硝酸锰或硝酸钴,然后置于120℃下干燥2h,再在500℃下焙烧4h,即得负载型贵金属催化剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的艾灸时的艾烟净化处理用负载型贵金属催化剂,其特征在于,所述的负载型贵金属催化剂为负载Pt系催化剂,是由以下重量百分比计的:贵金属铂3%、铈锆复合氧化物10%、氧化铝21%、氧化硅2.5%、氧化锰0.15%和蜂窝型堇青石载体,制备方法是,将铂、铈锆复合氧化物、氧化铝、氧化硅、氧化锰用球磨机以35rpm球磨6h成粉,加水制成悬浮状浆体,将浆体采用浸渍法涂覆在载体蜂窝型堇青石上,120℃下干燥4h,再置于焙烧炉中,600℃下焙烧2h,得具有复合氧化物涂层的蜂窝型堇青石载体,将蜂窝型堇青石载体在重量浓度5%的硝酸铂溶液中浸渍1h,然后置于120℃下干燥2h,再在500℃下焙烧4h,即得负载型贵金属催化剂。

6.根据权利要求1所述的艾灸时的艾烟净化处理用负载型贵金属催化剂,其特征在于,所述的负载型贵金属催化剂为负载Rh系催化剂,该催化剂是,包括重量百分比计的:贵金属Rh 0.01%、铈锆复合氧化物15%、氧化铝20%、氧化硅2.5%、氧化锰2%和载体蜂窝型堇青石,采用浸渍法将贵金属Rh、铈锆复合氧化物、氧化铝、氧化硅、氧化锰球磨成粉,加水制成混合浆液,涂覆在载体蜂窝型堇青石上,120℃下干燥4h,再置于焙烧炉中,600℃下焙烧2h,得具有复合氧化物涂层的蜂窝型堇青石载体,然后再置于含有重量浓度5%的金属盐硝酸锰溶液中,浸渍1h,然后置于120℃下干燥2h,再在500℃下焙烧4h,即得负载型贵金属催化剂。
