the buffer unit 38 is connected to the feedback unit 34, and the buffer unit 38 is configured to store the value-added service information included in each service scheme, and add a use state to each stored value-added service information;
the updating unit 39 is connected to the storage unit 31 and is used for periodically updating the value-added service information preset in the storage unit 31;
the notification unit 310 is respectively connected to the cache unit 38, the updating unit 39 and the pushing unit 33, and configured to obtain, according to the updated value-added service information, a usage state of the corresponding value-added service information stored in the cache unit 38 according to matching of the updated value-added service information when the updating unit 39 updates the value-added service information;
if the usage status is not used, the notification unit 310 pushes a notification message indicating that the value added service information is changed to the corresponding client 2 through the pushing unit 33.

the deleting unit 311 is connected to the caching unit 38, and the deleting unit 311 is configured to periodically query the use status of each value-added service information in the caching unit 38, and delete the value-added service information whose use status is used.

Further, an early warning unit may be set in the operation management platform, an early warning value is preset in the early warning unit, the early warning value is associated with the service provider and the external value-added provider 4, the service satisfaction degree of the provided service information and the value-added service information is comprehensively evaluated, and if the evaluation result is lower than the early warning value, that is, the service information provided by the service provider and the value-added service information provided by the external value-added provider 4 are not satisfied by a plurality of service receivers, the pushing frequency is reduced, or the service information of the service provider is not pushed any more.

Claims (8)

1. A value added service management system, comprising:
the server is used for acquiring and storing service information of a service provider;
the system comprises a plurality of clients, a service receiver and a server, wherein each client is used for acquiring and storing user information of a corresponding service receiver;
the operation management platform is respectively connected with the server and the client, and specifically comprises:
the storage unit is internally provided with value added service information used for describing various value added services;
the selecting unit is connected with the storage unit and used for selecting and outputting the corresponding value-added service information according to the service information and the user information;
the pushing unit is connected with the selecting unit and used for integrating the service information and the selected value-added service information to form a value-added scheme and pushing the value-added scheme to the corresponding client;
after receiving the value-added scheme, the client optimizes the value-added scheme according to the stored user information to form a service scheme and pushes the service scheme to the service receiver for viewing;
the server is connected with different types of external data sources, and each external data source is respectively used for providing the service information of the service provider in a preset type;
the server is configured to operate in different operating modes, each operating mode corresponding to a type of the service provider;
when the server side is switched to the preset working mode, the server side acquires and stores the service information of the service provider from the external data source of the corresponding type;
each value-added service information is respectively associated with at least one type of service information;
the user information comprises first type user information with fixed content, and the client uploads the first type user information to the operation management platform;
each value added service information comprises a service attribute used for describing the corresponding value added service, and the service attribute is associated with the first type of user information;
the selecting unit selects and outputs at least one corresponding value-added service information according to the service information and the first type of user information, so that the pushing unit can integrate and form the value-added scheme.
2. The value added service management system of claim 1, wherein the first type of subscriber information comprises at least one of age, gender and service object attribute of the service recipient.
3. The value added service management system according to claim 1, wherein the value added scheme includes at least one value added service information selected by the operation management platform;
the user information comprises second type user information acquired by the client in real time;
and the client is used for selecting one value-added service information from the value-added schemes according to the second type of user information and forming the service scheme.
4. A value added service management system according to claim 3, wherein said second type of user information comprises at least one of consumption information, geographical location information and action trajectory information of said service recipient.
5. The value added service management system according to claim 1, wherein the operation management platform further comprises:
the feedback unit is used for acquiring the service scheme fed back by the client;
the statistical unit is connected with the feedback unit and used for carrying out analysis statistics on all the service schemes related to the service information of the same type from the same service provider so as to form a corresponding statistical result, and the statistical result is used for representing the selection condition of the value-added service information in the service scheme;
and the operation management platform feeds back the statistical result to the corresponding service provider through the server.

The value added service management system according to claim 5, wherein each of the value added service information includes a service attribute for describing the corresponding value added service, and the service attribute includes a plurality of service periods in which the service can be provided;
the operation management platform further comprises:
the judging unit is connected with the feedback unit and used for extracting the service attribute of the value-added service information in the service scheme, judging whether the service attribute comprises the service time interval or not and outputting a corresponding judgment result;
and the service confirmation unit is respectively connected with the judgment unit and the pushing unit and used for pushing the corresponding value-added service information to the client again through the pushing unit when the judgment result shows that the service attribute comprises the service time interval, so that the service receiver can select the service time interval.
7. The value added service management system according to claim 5, wherein the operation management platform further comprises:
the buffer unit is connected with the feedback unit and used for storing the value-added service information included in each service scheme and adding a use state to each stored value-added service information;
the updating unit is connected with the storage unit and used for periodically updating the value-added service information preset in the storage unit;
the notification unit is respectively connected with the cache unit, the updating unit and the pushing unit and is used for obtaining the use state of the corresponding value-added service information stored in the cache unit according to the matching of the updated value-added service information when the updating unit updates the value-added service information;
if the use state is not used, the notification unit pushes a notification message for indicating that the value-added service information changes to the corresponding client through the pushing unit.
8. The value added service management system according to claim 7, wherein the operation management platform further comprises:
and the deleting unit is connected with the cache unit and is used for periodically inquiring the use state of each value-added service information in the cache unit and deleting the value-added service information of which the use state is used.
