fifthly, starting a crimping head 41 of the pin guiding and conveying crimping device 40 to enable the wiring pins of the wiring harness to abut against the wiring terminals of the single-chip array type LED lamp beads, and starting a pin welding device 50 to weld the pins and the wiring terminals;
and sixthly, starting the translation table 32 to enable the single-chip array LED lamp beads on the translation table 32 to move according to a set distance and stop, and repeating the step five until all wiring terminals on the single-chip array LED lamp beads are welded with wires to complete the processing of the single-chip array LED lamp beads.
