In order to realize that a row of welded wire harnesses are driven out of the wire harness clamping belt 16, a material turning rod 46 is arranged beside the crimping head 41, the material turning rod 46 is horizontally arranged and arranged beside the crimping head 41, one end of the material turning rod 46 is connected with a material turning arm 461, the material turning arm 461 is vertically arranged with the material turning rod 46, one end of the material turning rod 46 is provided with a deflection arm 462, and one end of the deflection arm 462 is hinged with a piston rod of a deflection cylinder 463;

The grate bars 460 are arranged on the shaft body of the material turning rod 46 at intervals, and a channel for clamping the wiring harness is formed between the adjacent grate bars 460.
The method for welding the array LED lamp bead wires comprises the following steps:
firstly, guiding the wire harnesses into a wire harness feeding device 10 by utilizing wire harness production equipment, and guiding the wire harnesses out at equal intervals by utilizing the wire harness feeding device (10) and arranging the wire harnesses in order;
secondly, starting a separating clamping plate 21 of the lead separating device 20 to separate and straighten the lead pins at one end of the lead clamping belt 16 on the lead feeding device 10;
thirdly, starting a turnover mechanism on the wire harness clamping belt 16 on the wire harness feeding device 10 to turn over the wire harness clamping belt 16 and align one end of a pin of a wire harness;
fourthly, starting a feeding device 30 of the LED lamp beads, so that the single-chip array LED lamp beads are LED out to a translation table 32 of the feeding device 30 of the LED lamp beads;
fifthly, starting a crimping head 41 of the pin guiding and conveying crimping device 40 to enable the wiring pins of the wiring harness to abut against the wiring terminals of the single-chip array type LED lamp beads, and starting a pin welding device 50 to weld the pins and the wiring terminals;
and sixthly, starting the translation table 32 to enable the single-chip array LED lamp beads on the translation table 32 to move according to a set distance and stop, and repeating the step five until all wiring terminals on the single-chip array LED lamp beads are welded with wires to complete the processing of the single-chip array LED lamp beads.

Claims (6)

1. The array type LED lamp bead wire welding method is characterized in that: the array type LED lamp bead wire welding method comprises the following steps:
firstly, guiding the wire harnesses into a wire harness feeding device (10) by utilizing wire harness production equipment, and guiding the wire harnesses out at equal intervals by utilizing the wire harness feeding device (10) and arranging the wire harnesses in order;
secondly, starting a separating clamping plate (21) of the lead separating device (20) to separate and straighten the lead pins at one end of a lead clamping belt (16) on the lead feeding device (10);
thirdly, starting a turnover mechanism on a wire harness clamping belt (16) on the wire harness feeding device (10) to turn over the wire harness clamping belt (16) and aligning one end of a pin of a wire harness;
fourthly, starting a feeding device (30) of the LED lamp beads, so that the single-chip array LED lamp beads are LED out to a translation table (32) of the feeding device (30) of the LED lamp beads;
fifthly, starting a crimping head (41) of the pin guiding and conveying crimping device (40) to enable the wiring pin of the wiring harness to abut against the wiring terminal of the single-chip array type LED lamp bead, and starting a pin welding device (50) to weld the pin and the wiring terminal;
sixthly, starting the translation table (32) to enable the single-chip array LED lamp beads on the translation table (32) to move and stop according to a set distance, and repeating the step five until all wiring terminals on the single-chip array LED lamp beads are welded with wires to complete the processing of the single-chip array LED lamp beads;
