Abstract
The invention discloses a soft-bottom square carpet and a preparation method thereof, wherein the carpet is sequentially laminated from top to bottom into a carpet surface, a composite layer, a non-woven fabric layer and a bottom layer; the composite layer comprises a glass fiber cloth layer and a TPO glue layer; the bottom layer is a TPO adhesive layer; the TPO glue layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of epoxy resin, 90-110 parts of solvent, 10-30 parts of nano calcium carbonate, 5-20 parts of curing agent, 5-15 parts of inorganic dye, 0.5-1 part of anti-aging agent, 0.2-0.8 part of cross-linking agent, 10-50 parts of polypropylene, 10-50 parts of polyethylene, 0.2-0.5 part of thickening agent and 2-4 parts of foaming agent. The soft bottom square carpet disclosed by the invention is environment-friendly, recyclable, good in elasticity, good in foot feeling experience, simple in production process and low in cost.

s7: and coating a foamed TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) adhesive layer on the surface of the lustred and shaped non-woven fabric layer 3 to be used as a bottom layer 4, rolling at the temperature of 170 ℃, and then obtaining the carpet block.
Comparative example 1:
the difference from example 4 is that no nano calcium carbonate is present, and the rest is the same as example 4.
Comparative example 2:
the difference from example 4 is that no antioxidant is present, and the other steps are the same as example 4.
Comparative example 3:
the difference from example 4 is that polypropylene and polyethylene are replaced by polyethylene terephthalate, which is otherwise the same as example 4.
The soft base carpet tiles obtained in examples 2 to 4 of the present invention and comparative examples 1 to 3 and the general carpet were subjected to the following performance tests, and the test results are shown in table 1:

As can be seen from the above table, the soft bottom square carpet has better flame retardant and heat insulation effects after the nano calcium carbonate is added; the polypropylene and the polyethylene are used as raw materials, and the prepared carpet has better hygroscopicity and does not generate harmful substances. In conclusion, the soft bottom square carpet is a product which is environment-friendly, recyclable, good in elasticity, good in foot feeling experience, simple in production process and low in cost.
Finally, it should be noted that: although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that changes may be made in the embodiments and/or equivalents thereof without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (7)
1. A soft-backed carpet tile characterized by: the carpet surface (1), the composite layer (2), the non-woven fabric layer (3) and the bottom layer (4) are sequentially stacked from top to bottom; the composite layer (2) comprises a glass fiber cloth layer and a TPO glue layer; the bottom layer (4) is a TPO glue layer;
the TPO glue layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of epoxy resin, 90-110 parts of solvent, 10-30 parts of nano calcium carbonate, 5-20 parts of curing agent, 5-15 parts of inorganic dye, 0.5-1 part of anti-aging agent, 0.2-0.8 part of cross-linking agent, 10-50 parts of polypropylene, 10-50 parts of polyethylene, 0.2-0.5 part of thickening agent and 2-4 parts of foaming agent.
2. The soft bottom carpet tile of claim 1, wherein: the TPO glue layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 35-45 parts of epoxy resin, 95-100 parts of solvent, 15-20 parts of nano calcium carbonate, 10-15 parts of curing agent, 8-12 parts of inorganic dye, 0.6-0.8 part of anti-aging agent, 0.4-0.6 part of cross-linking agent, 20-40 parts of polypropylene, 20-40 parts of polyethylene, 0.3-0.4 part of thickening agent and 2.5-3 parts of foaming agent.
3. The environment-friendly carpet tile as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein: the solvent is at least one of vinyl acetate, sodium polyacrylate and butyl acetate.
4. The environment-friendly carpet tile as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein: the foaming agent is ADC-135 foaming agent.
5. The environment-friendly carpet tile as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein: the cross-linking agent is AH-300 cross-linking agent.
6. A soft bottom carpet tile according to any of claims 1 to 2 wherein: the preparation method comprises the following specific steps:
s1: weighing raw materials for preparing a TPO adhesive layer according to the weight part, adding epoxy resin, nano calcium carbonate, polypropylene, polyethylene and inorganic dye into a solvent, and stirring at the rotating speed of 1500-2000 r/min for 20-30 min;
s2: then adding a curing agent, an anti-aging agent, a crosslinking agent and a foaming agent, and stirring at the rotating speed of 2000-3000 r/min for 10-20 min;
s3: coating the foamed TPO glue layer on the back surface of the carpet surface (1), and then heating and curing at the temperature of 120-130 ℃ for 15-30 min;
s4: carrying out hot melting, ironing and shaping on the glass fiber cloth layer and the TPO adhesive layer at the temperature of 300-350 ℃;
s5: coating a foamed TPO glue layer on the surface of the lustred and shaped glass fiber cloth layer,
heating and curing at 120-130 ℃ for 15-30 min;
s6: the non-woven fabric layer (3) and the TPO adhesive layer are subjected to hot melting, ironing and shaping at the temperature of 150-170 ℃;
s7: and coating the foamed TPO glue layer on the surface of the lustred and shaped non-woven fabric layer (3) as a bottom layer (4), and rolling at the temperature of 160-180 ℃ to obtain the carpet block.
7. The soft bottom carpet tile of claim 1, wherein: the carpet face (1) is tufted by a tufting machine.
