The soluble collagen adopted in the invention is extracted by fermentation of pichia pastoris, so the soluble collagen is also called as: the essence color-keeping composition consisting of human-like collagen, inositol and saccharide isomerate can ensure that the core component containing the malachite extract keeps the blue color; the microencapsulation composition is used for microencapsulating components such as a core component, and is more beneficial to the product to be absorbed by human skin.

The samples 1 to 12 of the effect test example 1 were used to perform a soothing restoration effect test.

The test method comprises the following steps:

after cleansing the face in the morning and evening, the test subjects were evenly applied to the face of the subject according to the above grouping, the face was gently massaged until the test subjects were absorbed by the skin, and after continuous use for 4 weeks, a VISIA skin test apparatus (an apparatus capable of quantitatively analyzing pathological characteristics of the skin; VISIA skin test apparatus is capable of quantitatively evaluating skin spots, pores, wrinkles, flatness, uv spots and sun damage). The soothing and repairing effect of the essence is evaluated according to the feedback skin condition of the subjects, and the subjects keep regular life and do not use other cosmetics during the test period. The results are shown in Table 3.

Skin improvement was graded in two grades:

i: slight improvement

II: obviously improve;

as can be seen from Table 3, the essence disclosed by the invention has a good repairing effect on skin, and can obviously improve inflammation of skin, eliminate red itch, sensitive skin and acne inflammation skin.

Tests prove that the essences of the soluble collagen, the malachite extract and the beta-glucan prepared by the invention meet the national standard QB/T2660-2004 toning lotion. Soluble collagen, malachite extract and beta-glucan with specific content are added into the components of the essence raw materials; the natural mineral substances are supplemented by matching the soluble collagen with the malachite extract and the beta-glucan, the skin is helped to be purified and detoxified, the oxidation resistance is very strong, the cell activity is enhanced, the skin repairing capability is enhanced, the skin inflammation reaction and sensitivity relieving capability is excellent, the ultraviolet irradiation damage is obviously protected and repaired, the wound healing is accelerated, the pigmentation is inhibited, the skin with the problems of dermatitis, acne, hormone face and the like is repaired, the skin barrier function is recovered, the laxity and the skin fineness are reduced, the skin is healthy, white and compact, and the skin problem is fundamentally solved.

While the invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, various modifications may be made and equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof without departing from the scope of the invention. the balance being sterile deionized water.

2. The essence containing soluble collagen and malachite extract according to claim 1, wherein the essence color-maintaining composition comprises inositol 0.5% -5% and saccharide isomers 0.5% -5% by weight.

3. The essence containing soluble collagen and malachite extract according to claim 2, wherein the concentration of said saccharide isomerate is 50%.

4. The essence containing soluble collagen and malachite extract according to claim 1, wherein said microcapsule composition comprises the following components, by mass:

7. The essence containing soluble collagen and malachite extract according to claim 6, wherein the emulsifier comprises PPG-26-Butanethol-260.0054% and PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil 0.0036% by weight.

8. The essence containing soluble collagen and malachite extract according to claim 6, wherein said essence color-maintaining composition comprises 3% by weight of inositol and 3% by weight of saccharide isomer.

9. The essence containing soluble collagen and malachite extract according to claim 6, wherein said microencapsulation composition comprises the following components, in mass percent:

10. the method for preparing an essence containing soluble collagen and malachite extract according to any one of claims 1-9, comprising the following steps:

1) adding the EDTA disodium, the glyceryl polyether-26 and the 1, 2-pentanediol in the mass fraction into the sterile deionized water in the mass fraction, stirring and dispersing uniformly, homogenizing at 2800r/min for 5min at a high speed, defoaming in vacuum, heating to 85 ℃, preserving heat for 15min, and stirring uniformly;

3) adding the essence color maintaining composition in percentage by mass at 65-60 ℃, and stirring and dissolving completely and uniformly; then adding the methyl glucitol polyether-20 (emollient) with the mass fraction, and stirring the mixture to be transparent and uniform;

5) stirring and heating the carbomer and the p-hydroxyacetophenone (antioxidant) in the mass fraction at 50-55 ℃ for uniform pre-dissolution, and then adding the carbomer and the p-hydroxyacetophenone in the mass fraction for uniform stirring and transparent stirring;

7) mixing and dissolving the components uniformly and transparently, adjusting the pH value and viscosity, filtering the mixture by using filter cloth into another stirring pot which is disinfected and sterilized completely, adding the microcapsule composition with the mass fraction at the temperature of 35-40 ℃, stirring the mixture until the solution is uniform, adjusting the pH value of the solution to 6.0-7.0 by using one fifth of the rest arginine with the mass fraction, discharging the solution, standing the solution, and filling the solution after the microbial detection is qualified to obtain the essence containing the soluble collagen and the malachite extract.
