Comparative example 2
The difference from example 2 is that the raw materials of the comparative example are not added with the tremella extract, and the rest is the same. Specifically, the composition of the comparative example is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30 parts of sea grape extract, 8 parts of medlar extract, 6.5 parts of neroli essential oil, 8 parts of liquorice extract, 4 parts of ginseng extract and 10.5 parts of aloe extract.
The preparation of the above composition is the same as in example 2.
The essence of the comparative example consists of the composition and mineral water according to the mass ratio of 1: 2.
The preparation method of the essence of the comparative example is the same as that of example 2.
Comparative example 3
The difference from example 2 is that the raw materials of the comparative example are not added with the sea grape extract and the tremella extract, and the rest is the same. Specifically, the composition of the comparative example is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 14 parts of medlar extract, 12.5 parts of neroli essential oil, 14 parts of liquorice extract, 10 parts of ginseng extract and 16.5 parts of aloe extract.
The preparation of the above composition is the same as in example 2.
The essence of the comparative example consists of the composition and mineral water according to the mass ratio of 1: 2.
The preparation method of the essence of the comparative example is the same as that of example 2.
Experimental example 1: tyrosinase inhibitory Activity test
The experimental methods are described in the references [1] . 10ml of each of the essences prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 3 was taken. The samples were dissolved in phosphate buffer (pH 6.8) and each sample was prepared to be tested at a concentration of 1 mg/ml.
Tyrosinase (100U) was added to 2ml of each test group (the blank group was replaced with phosphate buffer), heated in a 37 ℃ constant temperature water bath for 10min, and then 1ml of 0.003mol/L dopa reaction solution was added thereto, and after stirring sufficiently, the reaction mixture was reacted at 37 ℃ (constant temperature water bath) for 2min, immediately taken out, and the absorbance at 475nm was measured.
Inhibition { [ (a-B) - (C-D) ]/(a-B) } × 100%.
A is the absorbance measured at 475nm of the mixed solution of the non-loaded sample and the tyrosinase; b is the absorbance measured at 475nm of the mixed solution without the sample and the tyrosinase; c is the absorbance measured at 475nm of the mixed solution of the sample and the tyrosinase; d is the absorbance at 475nm of the mixture with sample and without tyrosinase. The results are shown in Table 1.

As can be seen from table 1, the inhibition ratios of the essences prepared in examples 1 to 3 to tyrosinase were 76.8% to 79.6%, and the inhibition ratios of the essences prepared in comparative examples 1 to 3 to tyrosinase were 40% to 48%, which indicates that the whitening effects of the essences prepared in examples 1 to 3 are significantly higher than those of the essences prepared in comparative examples 1 to 3. Therefore, the moisturizing and whitening composition can effectively inhibit the activity of tyrosinase and remove hydroxyl free radicals, and has good antioxidation.
Experimental example 2: performance testing of products
1 test subject and method
1.1 test subject
1.1.1 inclusion criteria for subjects: (1) normal male and female subjects 18-60 years of age, female first; (2) those without severe systemic disease, immunodeficiency or autoimmune disease; (3) those with inactive allergic disease; (4) the past has no history of allergy to skin care cosmetics; (5) in the last month, hormone drugs and immunosuppressants have not been used systemically; (6) no other clinical trial participants; (7) volunteers participate and can complete the specified contents according to the test requirements.
1.1.2 exclusion conditions: (1) pregnant or lactating women; (2) outdoor work is the main, and sun exposure cannot be avoided; (3) those with increased exposure to sunlight during the test period for various reasons (e.g., travel, vacation); (4) during the trial period, the hormone and immune preparation medicines are applied to the whole body; (5) those who apply anti-inflammatory drugs to their face during trial; (6) the subject is not used as intended or the data is not complete.
1.1.3 number of subjects: and the number of the subjects is 35 according to the guidelines for evaluating the moisturizing effect of cosmetics and the guidelines for evaluating the efficacy of whitening cosmetics.
1.2 methods
1.2.1 preparation of test samples: in order to avoid the contamination of the sample by microorganisms during the preparation process, scissors, packaging bags and the like which are in direct contact with the essence are sterilized before use, and the person preparing the sample wears gloves for operation.
1.2.2 facial test sites: forehead, chin, left cheek, right cheek as test area.
1.2.3 face test method: whitening products (cosmetics, external medicines or oral health products) cannot be used 2-3 days before the face test. Before the test, the test subjects need to uniformly clean the facial skin and wipe the skin clean with dry facial tissues. The subject was allowed to sit still in a standard room for at least 30min with facial skin exposed, unable to rub, and kept relaxed.
1.2.4 testing aging: periodic efficacy assessments, 3 times per week, were tested for 12 consecutive weeks.
1.2.5 evaluation: the trial effect of the essence of example 2 was evaluated by means of a questionnaire, wherein the moisture retention was evaluated by a skin moisture tester, and the appearance and whitening and brightening effects were evaluated by the subject's sense; 2ml of essence is uniformly coated.

1.3 results of the experiment
Sensory testing is carried out on 50 qualified subjects, 2 persons quit in the process of sensory testing for different reasons, 48 complete testing results are finally obtained, the testing results are divided into three grades of general, satisfied and very satisfied, the number of persons in each grade under each testing item is counted, and corresponding testing results are obtained, and the whole testing results are shown in the following table:

2.1 Experimental instruments

2.2 principle
The moisture content of the skin is determined by two factors, internal and external, the stratum corneum of the skin has a greatly varying capacity to retain water, and the moisture content can vary from 10% to 60%, and is primarily the composition of the respiratory process of the skin's perspiration and the water mixture in the skin. External factors including ambient temperature, humidity, drugs and cosmetics, etc., can determine and change the moisture content of the skin. The moisture content of the skin affects the formation of a water and oil mixed film on the skin surface, and this protective film is very important to the aging of the skin. It is therefore useful to quantitatively test the moisture content of the skin and the amount of change after a certain period of care.
2.3 Experimental methods
Powerful products (cosmetics, external medicines or internal health care products) cannot be used 2 to 3 days before the face test. Before the test, the test subjects need to uniformly clean the facial skin and wipe the skin clean with dry facial tissues. The subject was allowed to sit still in a standard room for at least 30min with facial skin exposed, unable to rub, and kept relaxed. The moisture on the forehead and cheeks of the skin was measured using a skin moisture meter, and the skin moisture before the test was read and recorded.
Applying 2ml of essence, taking down after 15min, and beating until absorption. The essence solutions were obtained in example 2 and comparative examples 1 to 3, respectively. Without any facial product used for 12 hours, the test was performed after 10min, 30min, 60min and 12h, respectively, and the skin moisture after the test was recorded.
The water content increase value of the facial skin after the product was used was determined by an average increase value method (increase value: skin water after the test — skin water before the test).
2.4 results of the experiment

As can be seen from the comparison of tables 4 and 5, in the essence of comparative example 1, the effects of oxidation resistance, aging resistance and allergy inhibition were weak because the extract of the vitis amurensis was not added.
As can be seen from comparison between tables 4 and 6, the essence of comparative example 2 has weak moisture retention and antioxidant effects because no tremella extract is added.
As can be seen from the comparison between tables 4 and 7, the essence of comparative example 3 has weak effects of oxidation resistance, aging resistance, allergy inhibition and moisture retention because the vitis amurensis extract and the tremella fuciformis extract are not added.
In conclusion, the moisturizing and whitening composition can effectively inhibit tyrosinase activity and remove hydroxyl free radicals; secondly, the toothpaste has good effects of oxidation resistance, allergy resistance, inflammation diminishing and itching relieving, and can obviously reduce anaphylactic reaction; thirdly, the skin-tendering, whitening, wrinkle-removing and freckle-removing functions are achieved; fourthly, the medicine has the effects of dredging skin capillaries and promoting blood circulation.

taking the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20 parts of sea grape extract, 8 parts of medlar extract, 6.5 parts of neroli essential oil, 8 parts of liquorice extract, 4 parts of ginseng extract, 10 parts of tremella extract and 10.5 parts of aloe extract, and stirring and mixing the components uniformly at room temperature to obtain the moisturizing and whitening composition.
3. The method for preparing the moisturizing and whitening composition according to claim 2, wherein the stirring speed is 600r/min to 1000r/min, and the time is 60min to 100 min.
4. Use of the moisturizing and whitening composition of claim 1 in the preparation of cosmetics.

The use according to claim 6, characterized in that the essence is prepared by a method comprising: respectively weighing the moisturizing and whitening composition and the mineral water according to the mass ratio of 1 (0.5-5), mixing, and rotating at the temperature of 30-90 ℃ at the rotating speed of
600r/min-1000r/min, stirring for 60min-120min, and naturally cooling to room temperature to obtain the essence.
