Abstract
本发明涉及到营养强化食品技术领域,尤其为一种通便美容增强免疫力延缓衰老的食品复合餐伴侣,所述食品的原料包括:杂粮、豆类原料、植物甾醇、植物黄酮、菊粉、小麦麸皮和小米糠。本发明中菊粉、小麦麸皮、小米糠中的膳食纤维具备预防便秘、调节肠内菌群和辅助抑制肿瘤作用、减轻有害物质所导致的中毒和腹泻、调节血脂、调节血糖、控制肥胖的作用,对血糖具有双重调节作用,另外菊粉中含有低聚糖,可以给双歧杆菌提供食物,可促使肠道内益生菌大量繁殖,提高免疫力,解决了目前的营养保健食品中各种营养元素不全面,不能保证身体各器管对营养需求的问题和肠道有宜菌对多糖的需求不足而会造成血液中短链脂肪酸的缺乏的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及营养强化食品技术领域,尤其是一种通便美容增强免疫力延缓衰老的食品复合餐伴侣配方。
背景技术
当前心脑血管疾病、糖尿病、癌症,逐步向年轻化发展,在医学无能无力的情况下,发明人从自己50余年的亲身体会到,人是靠食物中的多种元素营养而构成,而成长为人体的各组成部分的,有些病是医学而不能解决的。今天的食物结构决定了明天的体质状况,而不是医药而能解决的,人体健康的道路应走以养为主,医药为辅之路方见成效,否则事以愿违,本发明与以往技术不同之处正如今春的世界性新冠肺炎为例,凡是能治好的新冠肺炎病人都是提升了病人的免疫力,黄豆、植物甾醇、植物黄酮、菊芋粉、小麦麸、小米糠为主要成份。本发明与以往技术不同之处在与食物只作为充饥的目的,而是把人体健康来源与食物综合供给细胞健康而需要营养平衡的理论基础,不是有什么吃什么,也不是想吃什么吃什么的错误理论,充分体现了每天摄入25g以上膳食纤维,保证机体各器管对营养的需求,每天25g以上纤维素和植物甾醇不能满足人体每天1克以上的需要及植物黄酮每天450毫克以上的需求,还有食物中低聚糖的大力提升,为人类战胜现代病和提高人体免疫力提供了比以往其杂粮面粉和小麦面粉及大米中各种营养元素的不全面的局限性,为强壮人体健康提供了更好的食物配方。多种平衡的营养元素同时进入细胞的科学理念,彻底改变贫穷有啥吃啥到富裕后想吃啥吃啥的不科学饮食结构,有效解决了因细胞长期隐性饥饿受损,而医药无法解决的营养修复细胞的难题,提高自身免疫力的关键是食物的营养平衡。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种通便美容增强免疫力延缓衰老的食品复合餐伴侣,来达到治疗癌症、传染病以及糖尿病。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种通便美容增强免疫力延缓衰老的食品复合餐伴侣,所述食品的原料包括:杂粮、豆类原料、植物甾醇、植物黄酮、菊粉、小麦麸皮和小米糠。
优选的,所述杂粮选自玉米、燕麦、小米、糙米、红米、黑米、青棵、绿豆、赤小豆、红小豆、虹豆、扁豆、荞麦、苦荞麦、高梁、薏米、莲籽、黎麦、鹰嘴豆中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述豆类原料为大豆或豆饼。
优选的,所述食品的原料的100重量份中:豆类原料的含量为5—28重量份,杂粮的含量为1—40重量份,植物甾醇的含量为0—1重量份,植物黄酮的含量为0.4—1.2重量份,菊粉的含量为1—16重量份,菊粉、小麦麸皮、小米糠的含量为1-16重量份。
优选的,所述食品的原料的100重量份中:碳水化合物的含量为40—50重量份,蛋白质的含量为17—19重量份,纤维素的含量为17—20重量份,植物甾醇的含量为0.8—1.2重量份,植物黄酮的含量为0.6—1.5重量份。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明充分体现了营养平衡食品多样性,氨基酸平衡,它是单一食物所不能达到的,每天可以摄入25g以上纤维,每天可以摄入1g以上植物甾醇,每天可以摄入450毫克以上植物黄酮,每天可以摄入50g以上蛋白质,加入菊粉每天可以摄入25g以上的多糖,对血糖具有双重调节作用,另外菊粉中含有低聚糖,可以给双歧杆菌提供食物,可促使肠道内益生菌大量繁殖,提高免疫力。
2、本发明中豆类原料中赖氨酸含量较多,但蛋氨酸含量较少,与谷类食物混合食和,可较好地发挥蛋白质的互补作用;配方中的植物黄酮具备抗炎症、抗过敏、抑制细菌、抑制寄生虫、抑制病毒、防治肝病、防治血管疾病、防治血管栓塞、防治心与脑血管疾病、抗肿瘤、抗化学毒物的功能,大豆与两种或两种以上食物蛋白质混合食用,其中所含有的必须氨基酸取长补短,达到相互补充,达到较好的比例,从而提高蛋白质利用率的作用,称蛋白质的互补作用,植物甾醇可控制平衡胆固醇,降低血脂,其也具有预防心脑血管系统疾病和抑制肿瘤的作用。
3、本发明中菊粉、小麦麸皮、小米糠中的膳食纤维具备预防便秘、调节肠内菌群和辅助抑制肿瘤作用、减轻有害物质所导致的中毒和腹泻、调节血脂、调节血糖、控制肥胖的作用,解决了目前的营养保健食品中各种营养元素不全面,不能保证身体各器管对营养需求的问题和肠道有宜菌对多糖的需求不足而会造成血液中短链脂肪酸的缺乏的问题。

下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明提供了一种通便美容增强免疫力延缓衰老的食品复合餐伴侣,所述食品的原料包括:杂粮、豆类原料、植物甾醇、植物黄酮、菊粉、小麦麸皮和小米糠,杂粮选自玉米、燕麦、小米、糙米、红米、黑米、青棵、绿豆、赤小豆、红小豆、虹豆、扁豆、荞麦、苦荞麦、高梁、薏米、莲籽、黎麦、鹰嘴豆中的一种或多种,豆类原料为大豆或豆饼,食品的原料的100重量份中:豆类原料的含量为5—28重量份,杂粮的含量为1—40重量份,植物甾醇的含量为0—1重量份,植物黄酮的含量为0.4—1.2重量份,菊粉的含量为1—16重量份,菊粉、小麦麸皮、小米糠的含量为1-16重量份,食品的原料的100重量份中:碳水化合物的含量为40—50重量份,蛋白质的含量为17—19重量份,纤维素的含量为17—20重量份,植物甾醇的含量为0.8—1.2重量份,植物黄酮的含量为0.6—1.5重量份,为充分发挥蛋白质的互补作用,本配方体现了搭配的种类愈多愈好,食用时间愈近愈好,同时食用很好,单个氨基酸在血液中停留的时间约4个小时,然后到达组织器官再合成组织器官的蛋白质,而合成组织器管的蛋白质的质量必须同时达到才能发挥互补作用,来合成组织器官蛋白质。
实施例1
将25g大豆、40g杂粮、1g植物甾醇、3g植物黄酮、10g菊粉、10g麦麸皮、10g小米糠得到通便美容增强免疫力的食品,其中食品中的碳水化合物的含量为15重量份,蛋白质的含量为18重量份,纤维素的含量为17.1重量份,植物甾醇的含量为0.1重量份,植物黄酮的含量为0.95重量份;其中,杂粮由玉米、燕麦、小米、糙米、黄米、红米、黑米、青棵、绿豆、赤小豆、红小豆、虹豆、扁豆、荞麦、苦荞麦、黎麦鹰嘴豆、高梁、薏米和莲籽中的一种或多种混合得到。
实施例2
将25g大豆、40g杂粮、1g植物甾醇、3g植物黄酮、10g菊粉、10g麦麸皮、10g小米糠的混合得到通便美容增强免疫力的面粉;其中,食品中的碳水化合物的含量为40重量份,蛋白质的含量为15重量份,纤维素的含量为17重量份、植物甾醇的含量为1重量份,植物黄酮的含量为3重量份;其中,杂粮由玉米、燕麦、小米、糙米、黄米、红米、黑米、青棵、绿豆、赤小豆、红小豆、虹豆、扁豆、荞麦、苦荞麦、红薯干、土豆干、高梁、薏米和莲籽中的一种或多种混合得到。
实施例3
将25g豆粕、40g杂粮、甾醇1g、植物黄酮4g、菊粉15g、麦麸皮10g、小米糠10g混合,得到通便美容增强免疫力的延缓衰老的食品复合餐伴侣食品;其中,食品中的碳水化合物的含量为40重量份,蛋白质的含量为20重量份,纤维素的含量为19重量份、植物甾醇的含量为1重量份,植物黄酮的含量为1.5重量份;其中,杂粮由玉米、燕麦、小米、糙米、黄米、红米、黑米、青棵、绿豆、赤小豆、红小豆、虹豆、扁豆、荞麦、苦荞麦、红薯干、土豆干、高梁、薏米和莲籽中的一种或多种混合得到。
实施例4
按照实施例3的方法进行,然后将实施例3配方组成固体物料经锺式粉碎机破壁过80—110目筛,再与甾醇、植物黄酮、菊粉、叶酸、VB1、VB6、VC、VB2、葡萄糖酸锌、甜叶菊糖混合搅拌进行蛋白质变性和碳水化合物糊化加工,按量补充人体的必需锌元素,解决膳食中锌摄入不足的问题,加工方法包括烤制、炒制、螺旋式膨化机、汽流式膨化,而后经再次粉碎过40—80目筛,按需要包装。
以上详细描述了本发明的优选实施方式,但是本发明并不限于上述实施方式中的具体细节,在本发明的技术构思范围内,可以对本发明的技术方案进行多种简单变型,这些简单变型均属于本发明的保护范围。
另外需要说明的是,在上述具体实施方式中所描述的各个具体技术特征,在不矛盾的情况下,可以通过任何合适的方式进行组合,为了避免不必要的重复,本发明对各种可能的组合方式不再另行说明。
此外,本发明的各种不同的实施方式之间也可以进行任意组合,只要其不违背本发明的思想,其同样应当视为本发明所公开的内容。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种通便美容增强免疫力延缓衰老的食品复合餐伴侣,其特征在于:所述杂粮选自玉米、燕麦、小米、糙米、红米、黑米、青棵、绿豆、赤小豆、红小豆、虹豆、扁豆、荞麦、苦荞麦、高梁、薏米、莲籽、黎麦、鹰嘴豆中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种通便美容增强免疫力延缓衰老的食品复合餐伴侣,其特征在于:所述豆类原料为大豆或豆饼。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种通便美容增强免疫力延缓衰老的食品复合餐伴侣,其特征在于:所述食品的原料的100重量份中:豆类原料的含量为5—28重量份,杂粮的含量为1—40重量份,植物甾醇的含量为0—1重量份,植物黄酮的含量为0.4—1.2重量份,菊粉的含量为1—16重量份,菊粉、小麦麸皮、小米糠的含量为1-16重量份。
