Abstract
The invention discloses a TPM document automatic management system and a TPM document automatic management method, wherein the TPM document automatic management system comprises a TPM data management module, a TPM data analysis module, a TPM file creation module and a TPM file output module; the TPM data management module is used for assisting a user in adding equipment information, editing or adding TPM spot check content of the equipment, automatically managing TPM ID content of the equipment, assisting the user in configuring TPM document parameters for each equipment, and automatically counting configuration parameters and use data in a database; the TPM data analysis module is used for creating an equipment instance, initializing the instance and loading the equipment information in the database into the instance; the TPM file creating module is used for creating a TPM document instruction book and a click-through table; the TPM file output module is used for exporting the created TPM document into an independent Excel file and deleting unnecessary contents in the Excel file.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of TPM (full production maintenance and full production security) document management, in particular to a TPM document automatic management system and a TPM document automatic management method.
Background
The TPM document in the existing equipment maintenance generally is modified and edited manually, the checking content, personnel, risk analysis and the picture corresponding to the checking content in the document are edited, and each piece of equipment needs to configure the TPM document, so that the TPM document management work is repeated and complicated, most working time of staff is occupied, and finally, a plurality of problems occur in TPM file management and equipment maintenance:
1, the TPM document can not be updated in time, so that the updating of the TPM file content is delayed or omitted;
2, TPM document management occupies most time of the staff, so that the staff cannot pay attention to TPM implementation work of the equipment in a drawing mode, and TPM point inspection content is not implemented in place;
3. the TPM documents of the equipment have the same points and different points, but the staff need to edit each file manually, and the working efficiency is low.
4. If the TPM check content or the image needs to be updated, all the devices using the TPM check content need to be modified, managers need to open and search each TPM document and then edit the TPM document, and the work task is repeated but the equivalent value is not created;

s4, calculating the addresses of each cell of the content to be filled according to the template, initializing the content of the existing template, deleting unnecessary content, preparing for generating a new TPM document, writing the information in the equipment object into the corresponding cell according to the address information, and creating a new picture graph according to the shape, the size and the position information;
s5, adjusting graphics and pictures: the method comprises the steps that a TPM document is created for the first time, positions and sizes of graphics and pictures are software defaults, a user needs to adjust the positions and sizes of pictures and sequence icons of a home page, add or adjust an auto-definition graph to the pictures of TPM text content to identify, select and store a picture and graphic information command in a menu, store current pictures and graphic information, and automatically update contents in a picture and graphic information base by a program;
s6, TPM file output: and the software generates the finally generated TPM document into an independent workbook, deletes unnecessary contents in the workbook and performs some necessary settings.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without any inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides an automatic TPM document management system, which includes a menu initialization module 1, a TPM data management module 2, a TPM data parsing module 3, a TPM file creation module 4, and a TPM file output module 5.
The menu initialization module 1 is used for initializing the system menu and managing commands according to the page selected by the user. When the system software is opened every time, the system menu initialization program can be automatically executed, a temporary menu is created in the 'loading item' of the main menu, and when the system software is closed, the temporarily created menu can be automatically destroyed, so that other files are prevented from being affected.
The TPM data management module 2 is used for assisting a user to add equipment information, edit or add TPM spot check content of the equipment, automatically manage TPM ID content of the equipment, assist the user to configure TPM document parameters for each equipment, and automatically count configuration parameters and use data in a database.
The TPM data analysis module 3 is used for creating an equipment instance, initializing the instance, and loading the equipment information and TPM spot check content in the database into the instance.
Specifically, the TPM data analysis module 3 includes a device information analysis module 31, a TPM content analysis module 32, and a graphic information management module 33.
The device information analysis module 31 is configured to create a device class object, and perform default setting on a TPM picture position of a device.
The TPM content analysis module 32 is configured to analyze and sort the basic information loaded into the device in the device basic information table, so that the user can select and use the basic information; collecting, analyzing and recombining TPM point inspection content, a main view picture, a TPM point inspection matching picture and the like of the equipment, verifying whether the picture link is legal, and creating output information corresponding to the TPM document.
The graphic information management module 33 is used for reading information such as shapes and positions of graphics and pictures in the TPM document, and reading storage data information such as storage information of the graphics and the pictures.
The TPM file creating module 4 is used for creating a TPM document guide book and a point checking table.
Specifically, the TPM file creation module 4 includes a template address resolution module 41, a content initialization module 42, a TPM content insertion module 43, and a picture graphics insertion module 44.
The template address resolution module 41 is configured to resolve the cell address of each page of the TPM document according to an existing template, so as to fill TPM checkpointing content in each cell address.
The content initialization module 42 is used for cleaning the old TPM content, TPM graphics, and picture information in the template, and removing unnecessary content.
The TPM content inserting module 43 is configured to insert the device information and TPM content for spot inspection into the parsed cell address, and set a page printing range of the template.
The picture graph inserting module 44 is used for inserting the picture and the icon of the main view into the TPM document, and inserting the position, the size and the shape information of each picture graph according to the TPMID.
The TPM file output module 5 is configured to export the created TPM document as an independent Excel file, and delete unnecessary contents therein, such as codes and formulas.
As shown in fig. 2, this embodiment further provides an automatic TPM document management method, which includes the following steps:
1. initialization menu (step 1001): when the software is opened, the program automatically initializes the software menu item;
2. update device and TPM information (step 1002): the method comprises the steps of assisting a user to add equipment information, editing or adding TPM spot check content of the equipment, automatically managing TPM ID content of the equipment, assisting the user to configure TPM document parameters for each equipment, and automatically counting configuration parameters and use data in a database, wherein the user and software are required to collaboratively edit and adjust the TPM content.
3. Prepare interaction data (steps 1003 and 1004): and analyzing a production line and equipment number list from the equipment information, and determining the number of the required target equipment by a user through a dialog box interacted with the user.
4. Creating a device instance class object and initializing (step 1005), wherein the initialized content is mainly the shape and position information of pictures and graphs; collecting and parsing the device TPM information (step 1006); in the analysis process, the information is confirmed (step 1007), if an illegal condition is found, the program prompts a user, and then the program execution is interrupted (step 1002); if there is no exception, the next operation is executed, i.e. the TPM template content is initialized (step 1008).
5. TPM file creation (steps 1009-1010): the software calculates each cell address of the content to be filled according to the template (step 1009), initializes the unnecessary content in the existing model, prepares for generating a new TPM document (step 1010), and writes the information in the device class object into the corresponding cell according to the address information and creates the information according to the information of the picture graph.
6. Graphics and picture adjustment (steps 1011 and 1012): the TPM document is created for the first time, a user needs to adjust the picture and the serial number icon of the home page, the picture of the TPM text content is identified by using a user-defined graph (step 1011), finally, a command for saving the picture and the graph information is selected from a menu, the current picture and the graph information are stored, and the program automatically updates the content in the picture graph information base (step 1012).
7. TPM file output (step 1013): software generates an independent workbook from the TPM document generated finally, deletes unnecessary content in the workbook, and performs some necessary settings, such as setting a printing area, so that the user can use the TPM document directly after confirming the TPM document.

the TPM data analysis module is used for creating an equipment instance, initializing the instance and loading the equipment information and TPM spot check content in the database into the instance;
the TPM file creating module is used for creating a TPM document instruction book and a click-through table;
the TPM file output module is used for exporting the created TPM document into an independent Excel file and deleting unnecessary contents in the Excel file.
2. The TPM document automatic management system of claim 1, wherein the TPM data parsing module comprises an equipment information parsing submodule, a TPM content analyzing submodule, and a graphic information management submodule;
the equipment information analysis submodule is used for creating an equipment class object and performing default setting on the TPM picture position of the equipment;
the TPM content analysis submodule is used for analyzing and sequencing the basic information loaded into the equipment by the equipment basic information table for the user to select and use; collecting, analyzing and recombining TPM click-check content, a main view picture, a TPM click-check matching picture and the like of the equipment, verifying whether a picture link is legal, and creating output information corresponding to a TPM document;
