技术领域
本发明涉及到日用化学品领域,尤其涉及一种清洁剂配方及清洁剂的制备方法。
背景技术
蒸箱和烤箱在使用过程中会有食物滴落或飞溅到内胆表面,经高温加热后食物氧化固化,牢牢粘附在内胆表面,给用户清洗带来很大麻烦。现有技术方案是一种包含碱盐、表面活性剂、熬合剂、阻垢剂等成份的清洗剂,或者是用乙二醇醚类、异丙醇等有机溶剂进行清洗,这类溶剂有较大的毒性。含表面活性剂的清洗剂针对此类顽固污垢清洗效果差,清洗不干净。有机溶剂清洗效果相对较好,但也不能完全清洗干净,且有机溶剂易挥发吸入人体,危害人身健康。
CN200510027112.7公开了一种《高固体含量阻垢型机用餐具洗涤剂》,其包括:苛性碱30~50%;耐碱低泡表面活性剂1~5%;有机多元膦酸盐型阻垢剂0.5~5%;螯合剂10~40%;助洗剂5~25%;有机硅消泡剂0.5~3%;含氯杀菌剂0.1~1%;水余量。该申请将高浓度碱、低泡表面活性剂、螯合剂和有机多元膦酸盐复配,既提高去污力又降低表面活性剂和水中的钙、镁等离子同污垢中蛋白质、脂肪酸生成不溶于水的盐在导电电极表面结垢及在被清洗表面残留。无磷螯合剂含氯杀菌剂,具有杀菌作用。但是该洗涤剂对顽固类污垢清除效果不理想。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的现状提供一种能有效清除顽固污垢且环境友好的清洁剂配方。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种清洁剂配方,其特征在于包括下述重量组成:

所述碱盐选自碳酸钠和/或偏硅酸钠;
所述表面活性剂选自含脂肪酸盐阴离子表面活性剂、脂肪醇聚氧烷基醚非离子表面活性剂和EO-PO型嵌段聚醚非离子表面活性剂中的至少一种;
所述螯合剂选自柠檬酸盐、乙二胺四乙酸四钠、甲基甘氨酸二乙酸三钠、羟基乙叉二磷酸盐、二乙基二胺基五磷酸钠、氨基三亚甲基磷酸盐、聚天冬氨酸盐和植酸盐中的至少一种;
所述漂白剂选自过碳酸钠、过硼酸钠、过硫酸钠、次氯酸钠或二氧化氯;
所述漂白活性剂选自四乙酰基乙二胺、对乙酰氧基苯磺酸钠或三乙酰基乙氰脲酸酯;
所述阻垢剂选自聚丙烯酸、丙烯酸与马来酸酐共聚物、环氧琥珀酸钠和丙烯酸与丙酰胺共聚物中的至少一种;
所述水溶性有机溶剂选自丙二醇甲醚、丙二醇正丁醚、丙二醇正丙醚、二丙二醇正丙醚和三异丙醇胺中的至少一种;
所述缓蚀剂选自苯并三氮唑和咪唑琳复合物中的至少一种;
所述酶选自脂肪酶、淀粉酶和蛋白酶中的至少一种。
优选所述碱盐包括碳酸钠15-30份和偏硅酸钠5-10份。
更优选所述碱盐包括碳酸钠25份和偏硅酸钠10份;所述氢氧化钠用量为0份。
优选所述酶为淀粉酶1份和蛋白酶2份。
较好的,所述螯合剂可以包括羟基乙叉二磷酸钠1-5份、甲基甘氨酸二乙酸三钠5-15份和植酸钠1-5份。
更好地,所述螯合剂包括羟基乙叉二磷酸钠3份、甲基甘氨酸二乙酸三钠5份和植酸钠2份。
上述各方案中,所述咪唑淋复合物优选自2-甲基咪唑啉、2-乙基咪唑啉、油酸基羟乙基咪唑啉、甜菜碱咪唑啉、咪唑啉酰胺和环烷基咪唑啉中的至少一种。
作为优选,所述层状结晶二硅酸钠的用量为10-20份。
更好地,所述层状结晶二硅酸钠的用量为10重量份。
使用上述各方案中清洁剂配方制备清洁剂的方法,其特征在于包括下述步骤:
1)按配方称取各组分
2)将所述碱盐、螯合剂、漂白剂、阻垢剂依次加入到容器中,并搅拌均匀;
3)向容器中加入所述的漂白活性剂和酶,搅拌均匀;
4)向容器中加入所述的有机溶剂以及预先混合好的表面活性剂和改性层状硅酸钠的混合物,搅拌均匀,得到清洁剂混合物;
5)对所述清洁剂混合物研磨成粒度均匀的粉末,即得到清洁剂粉末。
使用所制备的清洁剂的方法,其特征在于将制备得到的清洁剂粉末加5~10倍的水稀释后使用。
本申请中的碱盐能够提供本配方碱性环境,以利于油脂的皂化并协同表面活性剂促乳化;表面活性剂通过渗透、润湿、乳化促使污物脱离基材表面;螯合剂能螯合硬水和污物中的钙镁铁锌等离子,防止表面活性剂因硬水而失效,并使污物中钙镁离子与螯合剂螯合而脱离基材;漂白剂有助于污物因氧化而分解,从而脱离基材表面;漂白活性剂协助漂白剂分解出活性氧;阻垢剂防止污物二次沉淀;水溶性有机溶剂能渗透污物底层,促使污物溶胀溶解;缓蚀剂能保护基材不被腐蚀;酶能分解相应的污物;改性层状二硅酸盐能在配料时吸附表面活性剂,在清洗时能吸附钙镁离子和污物,并可用作擦拭时的研磨剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明所提供的清洁剂配方、清洁剂制备方法以及使用方法能够轻松、有效地清除顽固污渍,且环境友好,符合GB14930.1《食品安全国家标准洗涤剂》标准,尤其适合作为食品容器的清洁剂使用。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例1至实施例5的配方如表1所示。
清洁剂的制备方法如下:
1)按配方称取各组分
2)将所述碱盐、螯合剂、漂白剂、阻垢剂依次加入到容器中,并搅拌均匀;
3)向容器中加入所述的漂白活性剂和酶,搅拌均匀;
4)向容器中加入所述的有机溶剂以及预先混合好的表面活性剂和改性层状硅酸钠的混合物,搅拌均匀,得到清洁剂混合物;
5)对所述清洁剂混合物研磨成粒度均匀的粉末,即得到清洁剂粉末。

注:表1中的四乙酰基乙二胺为漂白活性物。
对上述各实施例制备得到的清洁剂粉末进行检测,各实施例产品均符合GB14930.1《食品安全国家标准洗涤剂》。
洗涤性能测试:
1、标准污染物的制备
蒸箱或烤箱烹饪的食物种类繁多,归纳一下为蛋白质、脂肪、淀粉三大类,我们以这三大类污染物中最难处理的代表食物为标准污染物,分别是鸡翅、鱼和番薯,而且采用蒸烤组合的烹饪工艺,分别将规定数量的鸡翅、鱼和番薯按程序烹饪完毕,以此为一个循环,每天两个循环,以五天后混合残留物为最终的标准污染物。
2、清洗
使用方太ZK55-Z3蒸烤箱,选择清洗程序,清洗温度为60℃-70℃,清洗时间20分钟,清洗过程中对内胆间隔喷300克水蒸汽。将被清洗的内胆底部均匀涂上30克清洗剂粉末,开启清洗程序进行清洗,清洗程序结束后冷却,再用抹布擦拭内胆表面,观察清洁程度。
清洗结果如表2所示:

注:表2中的对比1采用的是米勒内胆清洗剂替换实施例粉末;对比例2采用市售洗碗粉替换实施例粉末。

1.一种清洁剂配方,其特征在于包括下述重量组成:

所述碱盐选自碳酸钠和/或偏硅酸钠;
所述表面活性剂选自含脂肪酸盐阴离子表面活性剂、脂肪醇聚氧烷基醚非离子表面活性剂和EO-PO型嵌段聚醚非离子表面活性剂中的至少一种;
所述螯合剂选自柠檬酸盐、乙二胺四乙酸四钠、甲基甘氨酸二乙酸三钠、羟基乙叉二磷酸盐、二乙基二胺基五磷酸钠、氨基三亚甲基磷酸盐、聚天冬氨酸盐和植酸盐中的至少一种;
所述漂白剂选自过碳酸钠、过硼酸钠、过硫酸钠、次氯酸钠或二氧化氯;
所述漂白活性剂选自四乙酰基乙二胺、对乙酰氧基苯磺酸钠或三乙酰基乙氰脲酸酯;
所述阻垢剂选自聚丙烯酸、丙烯酸与马来酸酐共聚物、环氧琥珀酸钠和丙烯酸与丙酰胺共聚物中的至少一种;
所述水溶性有机溶剂选自丙二醇甲醚、丙二醇正丁醚、丙二醇正丙醚、二丙二醇正丙醚和三异丙醇胺中的至少一种;
所述缓蚀剂选自苯并三氮唑和咪唑琳复合物中的至少一种;
所述酶选自脂肪酶、淀粉酶和蛋白酶中的至少一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的清洁剂配方,其特征在于所述碱盐包括碳酸钠15-30份和偏硅酸钠5-10份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的清洁剂配方,其特征在于所述碱盐包括碳酸钠25份和偏硅酸钠10份;所述氢氧化钠用量为0份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的清洁剂配方,其特征在于所述酶为淀粉酶1份和蛋白酶2份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的清洁剂配方,其特征在于所述螯合剂包括羟基乙叉二磷酸钠1-5份、甲基甘氨酸二乙酸三钠5-15份和植酸钠1-5份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的清洁剂配方,其特征在于所述螯合剂包括羟基乙叉二磷酸钠3份、甲基甘氨酸二乙酸三钠5份和植酸钠2份。
7.根据权利要求1所述的清洁剂配方,其特征在于所述咪唑淋复合物选自2-甲基咪唑啉、2-乙基咪唑啉、油酸基羟乙基咪唑啉、甜菜碱咪唑啉、咪唑啉酰胺和环烷基咪唑啉中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的清洁剂配方,其特征在于所述层状结晶二硅酸钠的用量为10-20份。
9.如权利要求1至8任一项所述的清洁剂配方的制备方法,其特征在于包括下述步骤:
1)按配方称取各组分
2)将所述碱盐、螯合剂、漂白剂、阻垢剂依次加入到容器中,并搅拌均匀;
3)向容器中加入所述的漂白活性剂和酶,搅拌均匀;
4)向容器中加入所述的有机溶剂以及预先混合好的表面活性剂和改性层状硅酸钠的混合物,搅拌均匀,得到清洁剂混合物;
5)对所述清洁剂混合物研磨成粒度均匀的粉末,即得到清洁剂粉末。
10.使用如权利要求9所制备的清洁剂的方法,其特征在于将制备得到的清洁剂粉末加5~10倍的水稀释后使用。
